本发明公开了一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱及其制备工艺,组分及其重量份数包括:木浆100份、聚乙烯蜡6‑9份、甲壳素8‑10份、热固性树脂15‑20份、聚乳酸纤维1‑3份、聚合氯化铝1‑3份、防潮剂3‑6份及稀释剂30‑45份;在纸箱表面还涂覆有一防水保护层,防水保护层的组分及其重量份数包括:大豆油20‑25份、脱水蓖麻油5‑8份、醇酸树脂15‑20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3‑5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6‑10、甲基纤维素3‑6、水80‑90份;在防水保护层表面还覆盖有一层聚乙烯薄膜。由内至外依次采用三层防水设计:原料层、防水保护层、聚乙烯薄膜,提高防水性能,具有非常好的防潮防霉菌能力,耐潮湿耐腐蚀;同时,原料简单易取得,制备工艺简单易操作,生产成本低。

本发明属于纸箱盒制造技术领域,具体涉及一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱及其制备工艺。
背景技术
纸箱(英文carton或hard paper case):是应用最广泛的包装制品,按用料不同,有瓦楞纸箱、单层纸板箱等,有各种规格和型号。包装纸箱作为现代物流不可缺少的一部分,承担着容装、保护产品、美观的重要责任,包装纸箱的物理性能指标则成为其质量评估的依据。
现有的纸箱应用到越来越多的领域中,对其负载量及保存品质的要求越来越高,很多纸箱需要长期置放于潮湿阴暗的库房中和在工作环境恶劣的情况下工作,尤其是现在快递物流行业的飞速发展,对于纸箱的需求日益提高,尤其是在雨天环境下,高湿度环境对于纸箱的要求越来越高。所以对纸箱所使用的材料的性能要求非常严格,要求其必须具备耐腐蚀防潮的特点,但是市场上的纸箱不能满足现有的要求,并且使用寿命短。因此,研发出具有较高的防潮特性的纸箱产品,成为本领域的重点研究方向。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱及其制备工艺,具有较高的防潮防水耐腐蚀的特性,且成本低,易于制造。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱,组分及其重量份数包括:木浆100份、聚乙烯蜡6-9份、甲壳素8-10份、热固性树脂15-20份、聚乳酸纤维1-3份、聚合氯化铝1-3份、防潮剂3-6份及稀释剂30-45份;在纸箱表面还涂覆有一防水保护层,所述防水保护层的组分及其重量份数包括:大豆油20-25份、脱水蓖麻油5-8份、醇酸树脂15-20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3-5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6-10、甲基纤维素3-6、水80-90份;在所述防水保护层表面还覆盖有一层聚乙烯薄膜。
进一步的,所述稀释剂为乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液的体积比为1:(30-40)。
进一步的,所述防潮剂为由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照质量比10:(1-3):(15-30)混合而成的混合物。
进一步的,所述热固性树脂为由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、邻苯二甲二烯丙酯树脂以及不饱和聚酯按照质量比10:6:3:2混合组成的混合物。
上述的防水耐腐蚀纸箱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆100份与稀释剂30-45份混合均匀,加入聚乙烯蜡6-9份、甲壳素8-10份、热固性树脂15-20份、聚乳酸纤维1-3份、聚合氯化铝1-3份及防潮剂3-6份,加热,再次混合均匀,制得纸箱的木浆混料;

3)将大豆油20-25份、脱水蓖麻油5-8份、醇酸树脂15-20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3-5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6-10、甲基纤维素3-6、水80-90份混合,加热混合均匀,制得防水保护层混料;
4)在纸板内外壁均涂覆所述防水保护层混料;
5)在防水保护层外侧再覆盖一层聚乙烯薄膜。
有益效果:本发明的一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱及其制备工艺,与现有技术相比,具有以下优势:由内至外依次采用三层防水设计:原料层、防水保护层、聚乙烯薄膜,尽可能地提高防水性能,具有非常好的防潮防霉菌能力,耐潮湿耐腐蚀;同时,原料简单易取得,制备工艺简单易操作,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
防水耐腐蚀纸箱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆100份与稀释剂40份混合均匀,加入聚乙烯蜡7份、甲壳素9份、热固性树脂17份、聚乳酸纤维2份、聚合氯化铝2份及防潮剂5份,加热,再次混合均匀,制得纸箱的木浆混料;
2)将混合均匀的木浆混料制成纸板;
3)将大豆油23份、脱水蓖麻油6份、醇酸树脂18份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚4、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯8、甲基纤维素5、水85份混合,加热混合均匀,制得防水保护层混料;
4)在纸板内外壁均涂覆所述防水保护层混料;
5)在防水保护层外侧再覆盖一层聚乙烯薄膜。
优选的,所述稀释剂为乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液的体积比为1:35。
优选的,所述防潮剂为由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照质量比10:2:20混合而成的混合物。
优选的,所述热固性树脂为由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、邻苯二甲二烯丙酯树脂以及不饱和聚酯按照质量比10:6:3:2混合组成的混合物。
本实施例制得的纸箱,防潮性能符合GJB 1109A–2000规定。
实施例2
防水耐腐蚀纸箱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆100份与稀释剂30份混合均匀,加入聚乙烯蜡9份、甲壳素10份、热固性树脂20份、聚乳酸纤维3份、聚合氯化铝3份及防潮剂6份,加热,再次混合均匀,制得纸箱的木浆混料;
2)将混合均匀的木浆混料制成纸板;
3)将大豆油25份、脱水蓖麻油8份、醇酸树脂20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯10、甲基纤维素6、水80份混合,加热混合均匀,制得防水保护层混料;
4)在纸板内外壁均涂覆所述防水保护层混料;
5)在防水保护层外侧再覆盖一层聚乙烯薄膜。
优选的,所述稀释剂为乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液的体积比为1:40。
优选的,所述防潮剂为由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照质量比10:3:30混合而成的混合物。
优选的,所述热固性树脂为由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、邻苯二甲二烯丙酯树脂以及不饱和聚酯按照质量比10:6:3:2混合组成的混合物。
本实施例制得的纸箱,防潮性能符合GJB 1109A–2000规定。
实施例3
防水耐腐蚀纸箱的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆100份与稀释剂45份混合均匀,加入聚乙烯蜡6份、甲壳素8份、热固性树脂15份、聚乳酸纤维1份、聚合氯化铝1份及防潮剂3份,加热,再次混合均匀,制得纸箱的木浆混料;
2)将混合均匀的木浆混料制成纸板;
3)将大豆油20份、脱水蓖麻油5份、醇酸树脂15份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6、甲基纤维素3、水90份混合,加热混合均匀,制得防水保护层混料;
4)在纸板内外壁均涂覆所述防水保护层混料;
5)在防水保护层外侧再覆盖一层聚乙烯薄膜。
优选的,所述稀释剂为乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液的体积比为1:30。
优选的,所述防潮剂为由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照质量比10:1:15混合而成的混合物。
优选的,所述热固性树脂为由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、邻苯二甲二烯丙酯树脂以及不饱和聚酯按照质量比10:6:3:2混合组成的混合物。
本实施例制得的纸箱,防潮性能符合GJB 1109A–2000规定。

Claims (5)
1.一种防水耐腐蚀纸箱,其特征在于:组分及其重量份数包括:木浆100份、聚乙烯蜡6-9份、甲壳素8-10份、热固性树脂15-20份、聚乳酸纤维1-3份、聚合氯化铝1-3份、防潮剂3-6份及稀释剂30-45份;在纸箱表面还涂覆有一防水保护层,所述防水保护层的组分及其重量份数包括:大豆油20-25份、脱水蓖麻油5-8份、醇酸树脂15-20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3-5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6-10、甲基纤维素3-6、水80-90份;在所述防水保护层表面还覆盖有一层聚乙烯薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀纸箱,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为乙醇水溶液,所述乙醇水溶液的体积比为1:(30-40)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀纸箱,其特征在于:所述防潮剂为由氧化钙、铁粉、硅胶按照质量比10:(1-3):(15-30)混合而成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐腐蚀纸箱,其特征在于:所述热固性树脂为由酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、邻苯二甲二烯丙酯树脂以及不饱和聚酯按照质量比10:6:3:2混合组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的防水耐腐蚀纸箱的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将木浆100份与稀释剂30-45份混合均匀,加入聚乙烯蜡6-9份、甲壳素8-10份、热固性树脂15-20份、聚乳酸纤维1-3份、聚合氯化铝1-3份及防潮剂3-6份,加热,再次混合均匀,制得纸箱的木浆混料;
2)将混合均匀的木浆混料制成纸板;
3)将大豆油20-25份、脱水蓖麻油5-8份、醇酸树脂15-20份、氧化烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚3-5、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯6-10、甲基纤维素3-6、水80-90份混合,加热混合均匀,制得防水保护层混料;
4)在纸板内外壁均涂覆所述防水保护层混料;
5)在防水保护层外侧再覆盖一层聚乙烯薄膜。
