Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造车辆外表面构件的方法以及一种车辆外表面构件。
背景技术
这种车辆外表面构件例如是车顶开启系统(如滑式车顶或者导流车顶)的顶盖或者车辆的外壳构件。
DE 10 2008 064 233 A1描述了一种登车板条(Einstiegsleiste),该登车板条具有模内成型膜(Inmoldfolie),该模内成型膜至少区段地构成登车板条的表面并且由聚碳酸酯或者可类比的塑料材料制成。在模内成型膜的背侧上,通过注塑方法成型有由透光的塑料材料制成的塑料材料部分,该塑料材料部分可作为照明光源用的光导体使用。在由透光塑料材料制成的塑料材料部分上,注塑有由非透光塑料材料制成的另一塑料材料部分。这种由非透光塑料材料制成的另一塑料材料部分可构成登车板条的载体构件,并且可确保针对该构件设定的机械要求所需的登车板条刚度。此外,模内成型膜在构成其表面区段的前侧上设有由聚硅氧烷制成的硬覆盖层。然而,这种由聚硅氧烷制成的硬覆盖层不足以耐刮划。塑料材料中的刮划不能直接被去除。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于:提出一种开头部分所述的用于制造车辆外表面构件的方法,该方法提供了改进的车辆外表面构件;以及提出一种这样的车辆外表面构件。
根据本发明,该任务通过一种用于制造车辆外表面构件的方法来解决,该方法具有以下步骤:
-在注塑成型模具中提供由热塑性塑料制成的载体构件,其方式是,将热塑性塑料注入到注塑成型模具中,或者,将由热塑性塑料预制成的载体构件置入,并且
-将由一种在刮划情况下自修复的塑料材料制成的覆盖层注入到封闭的注塑成型模具内,用于给载体构件涂层。
此外,该任务还通过一种车辆外表面构件来解决,该车辆外表面构件具有层结构,该层结构设有至少一个载体层和覆盖层,其中,覆盖层由一种在刮划情况下自修复的塑料材料制成。
在优选实施方式中分别给出本发明的有利构型。
因此,根据本发明的方法的特征在于:为了制造车辆外表面构件,作为覆盖层使用并且注入一种由软塑料材料制成的涂层、尤其一种“清层(clear-coat)”或者透明涂层,所述覆盖层在刮划情况下可自修复(selbstheilend)。自修复意味着:如果在受损或者刮划的情况下,只要覆盖层的塑料材料的分子结构或分子网未过度地受损或者毁坏,则覆盖层的塑料材料在受损的情况下能够完全可逆地自行修复或者被修复。这种塑料材料是“软”的,这在意义方面是:该塑料材料能够避免受损,而不是——如硬材料的情况——受伤或者刮划。恢复性能与材料的玻璃点(Glaspunkt)相关。因此,可通过借助外部温度源进行热供给而使材料温度升高,从而激励了材料的自修复。此外,该材料也可通过表面抛光来修复。
因此,在根据本发明的方法中,不是将已涂层的薄膜作为覆盖层置入到模具中,而是使在注塑成型模具中已准备好的或者已制好的载体层在注塑成型模具中借助注塑覆盖层来涂层。
在注塑成型模具中准备好由热塑性塑料制成的载体构件,这或是能够通过将热塑性塑料注入到注塑成型模具内,或是能够通过置入由热塑性塑料预制成的载体构件来实现。置入的载体构件可以在覆盖层被注上之前在注塑成型模具中被附加地涂层。
载体构件尤其是层形式的,并且,如果该载体构件是置入式部件,则该载体构件可以是薄膜,例如由塑料或者由合成材料或复合材料制成的薄膜,这些合成或复合材料具有PU基质(PU-Matrix)或者树脂基质(Harzmatrix)。
特别优选的是,覆盖层的塑料材料是PUR(聚氨酯)或者PUA(聚脲)并且尤其制造成具有高光亮的表面。PUR与PUA都具有自修复特性,即使在覆盖层制造成非常薄的情况下也是如此,例如层厚为0.1mm至2.0mm。
优选设定,PUR或者PUA是耐紫外线的塑料材料。因此,根据本发明的车辆外表面构件可耐久地使用,而不会由于紫外线的照射而出现材料变化。在车顶构件透明的情况下,可阻止紫外线照入到车辆内空间中。
根据适宜的方法构型,在覆盖层被注入之前,在注塑成型模具中,可以将中间层或者功能层施加到载体构件上,从而然后在该中间层或功能层上施加有覆盖层。因此,根据本发明的车辆外表面构件可具有其它的功能和特性。
单独的和组合的适宜工艺流程用于制造车辆外表面构件都是优选的。因此,载体构件和/或中间层或功能层可构造成透明的、半透明的或者染色的和/或构造有光滑的、压有凸纹的或者结构化的表面和/或构造有文字或者图案。因此,例如能够将制造商名称或者商标施加到透明的中间层或功能层上并且耐刮划地覆盖有透明的覆盖层。
根据优选的方法变型,载体构件可以制造成具有结构化表面并且被透明的覆盖层覆盖,从而表面结构虽被保护地且平滑地覆盖,但仍可被看到。结构化的表面例如可通过注塑成型模具的模具半部或转台模具相应作为阴模的成型表面来制造。结构化表面例如包含有:纹理、施加到载体构件上的文字或图形的印样、或者成型的三维结构。
此外,中间层或功能层适宜地可以包含有至少一个光导体、或者可以构成光导层、并且可以包含有设计层或用以产生信号的接触敏感层、或者可以包括有天线装置或加热金属丝、或者可以至少在部分区域中构造成三维结构。而且这种构型也可单独地或组合地实施。
最后,如果不需要透明而希望是彩色的构型,则覆盖层也可被上色。
根据本发明的车辆外表面构件尤其根据上述方法之一来制造。因此,在该车辆外表面构件中,功能层可以是光导层、或者可以包含有至少一个光导体、可以是设计层或是用以产生信号的接触敏感层、或者可以包括有天线装置或加热金属丝。
该车辆外表面构件例如可以是柱外壳登车板条或者车顶模块的固定式或可运动式(尤其是透明的)顶盖。

具体实施方式
图1以示意性截面图示出车辆外表面构件1(例如呈车顶模块的顶盖的构型)。由热塑性塑料制成的载体层2构造成具有结构化的上侧3或者表面。载体层2被涂层有覆盖层4,该覆盖层由一种自修复塑料(例如PUR或PUA)制造并且尤其由透明的塑料组成,从而结构化的表面3是可见的。覆盖层4的表面5可以是平滑的且光亮的或者也可以结构化地构成。

Claims (16)
1.一种用于制造车辆外表面构件(1)的方法,具有以下步骤:
-在注塑成型模具中提供由热塑性塑料制成的载体构件(2),其方式是:将热塑性塑料注入到注塑成型模具中,或者,将由热塑性塑料预制成的载体构件置入;并且
-将由在刮划情况下自修复的塑料材料制成的覆盖层(4)注入到封闭的注塑成型模具中,用于给所述载体构件(2)涂层,其中,所述覆盖层(4)的塑料材料是PUR(聚氨酯)或PUA(聚脲),并且其中,将所述覆盖层作为注塑成型层在注塑成型模具中施加到载体层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述覆盖层(4)的塑料材料制造成具有高光亮的表面(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述PUR或PUA是耐紫外线的塑料材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:在注入所述覆盖层(4)之前,在注塑成型模具中将中间层或功能层(6)施加到所述载体构件(2)上,并且,将所述覆盖层(4)施加到所述中间层或功能层(6)上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述载体构件(2)构造成透明的、半透明的或者染色的,和/或所述载体构件构造成具有光滑的、有纹理的或结构化的表面,和/或所述载体构件构造成具有文字或图形图案。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述中间层或功能层(6)构造成透明的、半透明的或者染色的,和/或所述中间层或功能层构造成具有光滑的、有纹理的或结构化的表面,和/或所述中间层或功能层构造成具有文字或图形图案。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述载体构件(2)制造成具有结构化表面(3)并且被透明的覆盖层(4)覆盖。
8.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于:所述中间层或功能层(6)包含有至少一个光导体,或者,所述中间层或功能层构造成光导层,所述中间层或功能层是设计层或是用以产生信号的接触敏感层,或者,所述中间层或功能层包括天线装置或加热金属丝(7),或者,所述中间层或功能层至少在部分区域中构造成三维结构。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述覆盖层(4)被上色。
10.一种车辆外表面构件,其具有层结构,该层结构设有至少一个载体层和覆盖层,该载体层由热塑性塑料制成,其特征在于:所述覆盖层由在刮划情况下自修复的塑料材料制成,其中,所述覆盖层(4)的塑料材料是PUR(聚氨酯)或PUA(聚脲),并且其中,将所述覆盖层作为注塑成型层在注塑成型模具中施加到所述载体层上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:所述覆盖层构造成高光亮的和/或耐紫外线的。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:在所述载体层与所述覆盖层之间设置有中间层或功能层,并且,将所述覆盖层施加到所述中间层或功能层上。
13.根据权利要求12所述的车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:所述功能层是光导体层,或者,所述功能层包含至少一个光导体,所述功能层是设计层或是用以产生信号的接触敏感层,或者,所述功能层包括天线装置或加热金属丝。
14.根据权利要求10或11所述的车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:该车辆外表面构件是柱外壳、登车板条或者车顶模块的固定式或可运动式顶盖。
15.根据权利要求10或11所述的车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:该车辆外表面构件是透明的顶盖。
16.一种车辆外表面构件,其特征在于:该车辆外表面构件是按照根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法制造。
