本发明公开了一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,包括如下步骤:依次加入58份量的MDI,0.0152份量的甲基磺酸、0.54份量的气相二氧化硅(A200),30份量的GE-210,0.22份量的BHT,0.44份量的S-490十二烷基硫酸钠,0.95份量的PEG6000,4.36份量的GE-303,0.049份量的甲基磺酸,0.84份量的SAG1000,1.4份量的Y-23。本工艺制配的聚氨酯胶,强度大,粘性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯胶,具体涉及一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺。
背景技术
一种利用聚氨酯胶与玻璃纤维布制成的修复带,可以很方便的修复日常工具,例如铁锹柄等。因此需要一种强度大,粘性高的聚氨酯胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种强度大、粘性高的聚氨酯胶制配工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)预热物料锅至20-50℃;
(2)加入58份量的MDI,加热至60℃;
(3)维持60℃的状态下,加入0.0152份量的甲基磺酸、0.54份量的气相二氧化硅,搅拌20分钟;
(4)维持在60℃~75℃下,加入30份量的GE-210,搅拌20分钟;
(5)维持在70℃~75℃的状态下依次加入0.22份量的BHT,0.44份量的S-490十二烷基硫酸钠,0.95份量的PEG6000融化成液态后加入,搅拌20分钟;
(6)维持在50℃~75℃,加入4.36份量的GE-303,搅拌20分钟;
(7)维持在50℃~75℃,加入0.049份量的甲基磺酸,搅拌15分钟;(8)维持在50℃~75℃,加入0.84份量的SAG1000,搅拌15分钟;
(9)维持在50℃~75℃,加入1.4份量的Y-23,搅拌1小时。

一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)预热物料锅至50℃;
(2)加入58份量的MDI,加热至60℃;
(3)维持60℃的状态下,加入0.0152份量的甲基磺酸(ASM)、0.54份量的气相二氧化硅(A200),搅拌20分钟;
(4)维持在70℃下,加入30份量的GE-210,搅拌20分钟;
(5)维持在70℃的状态下依次加入0.22份量的BHT,0.44份量的S-490十二烷基硫酸钠,0.95份量的PEG6000融化成液态后加入,搅拌20分钟,其中BHT与S-490十二烷基硫酸钠要缓缓加入;
(6)维持在70℃,加入4.36份量的GE-303,搅拌20分钟;
(7)维持在70℃,加入0.049份量的甲基磺酸(ASM),搅拌15分钟;
(8)维持在70℃,加入0.84份量的SAG1000(硅油),搅拌15分钟;
(9)维持在70℃,加入1.4份量的Y-23,搅拌1小时。
依照此工艺制配的聚氨酯胶,经过监测,各方面性能如下:

Claims (8)

1.一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)预热物料锅至20-50℃;
(2)加入58份量的MDI,加热至60℃;
(3)维持60℃的状态下,加入0.0152份量的甲基磺酸、0.54份量的气相二氧化硅,搅拌20分钟;
(4)维持在60℃~75℃下,加入30份量的GE-210,搅拌20分钟;
(5)维持在70℃~75℃的状态下依次加入0.22份量的BHT,0.44份量的S-490十二烷基硫酸钠,0.95份量的PEG6000融化成液态后加入,搅拌20分钟;
(6)维持在50℃~75℃,加入4.36份量的GE-303,搅拌20分钟;
(7)维持在50℃~75℃,加入0.049份量的甲基磺酸,搅拌15分钟;(8)维持在50℃~75℃,加入0.84份量的SAG1000,搅拌15分钟;
(9)维持在50℃~75℃,加入1.4份量的Y-23,搅拌1小时。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中物料锅预热至50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯胶制配工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)维持在70℃。
