本发明揭示了一种高效胶粘剂,所述高效胶粘剂包括基料、固化剂、增塑剂、填充剂、增稠剂以及防老剂,所述的基料为烯丙基树脂,所述的固化剂为苯酚-4-磺酸,所述的增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯,所述的填充剂为玻璃纤维,所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述的防老剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉。通过在烯丙基树脂中添加多种添加剂,使得混合而成的高效胶粘剂具有固化性好、塑性好、增强性佳、粘稠性好并且能够防老化的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工材料,具体涉及一种高效胶粘剂。
背景技术
过去,胶粘剂的种类很多,有的胶黏剂中含有一些有害物质,现有的胶粘剂在工作效果上一般存在一定的欠缺,生产成本也较高。传统的双组分无溶剂聚氨酯胶黏剂触变性不好,粘结强度不高,在室温下不能固化,受环境影响较大,使用效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固化性好、塑性好、增强性佳、粘稠性好、防老化的高效胶粘剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高效胶粘剂,所述高效胶粘剂包括基料、固化剂、增塑剂、填充剂、增稠剂以及防老剂,所述的基料为烯丙基树脂,所述的固化剂为苯酚-4-磺酸,所述的增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯,所述的填充剂为玻璃纤维,所述的增稠剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述的防老剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高效胶粘剂中各成分重量配比范围为:所述烯丙基树脂占61%-74%,所述苯酚-4-磺酸占3.2%-5.3%,所述偏苯三酸三辛酯占4.6%-6.1%,所述玻璃纤维占12.4%-15.2%,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮占2.4%-4.5%,所述2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉占3.4%-7.9%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高效胶粘剂中各成分具体重量配比为:所述烯丙基树脂占64.3%,所述苯酚-4-磺酸占4.8%,所述偏苯三酸三辛酯占5.3%,所述玻璃纤维占14.7%,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮占4.1%,所述2,2,4-三甲基-1,2-二氢化喹啉占6.8%。
本发明所述为一种高效胶粘剂,通过在烯丙基树脂中添加多种添加剂,使得混合而成的高效胶粘剂具有固化性好、塑性好、增强性佳、粘稠性好并且能够防老化的功效。
