瓷砖美缝剂是缝隙装饰的高档产品,适用于瓷砖,马赛克,石材等缝隙美化。他表面光洁,易于擦洗,方便清洁,防水防潮。而且其材料不含甲苯,二甲苯等有毒有害物质。目前市面上的销售的美缝剂常常存在凝固后收缩严重,不牢固,需要进行二次填缝的缺点。

一种瓷砖美缝剂,由以下组分按重量百分比混合而成:南亚128树脂50-55%,苯扎氯胺12-15%,壬基酚1-3%,毕克助剂BYK-607 2-4%,气象二氧化硅8-12%,稳定剂对苯二酚0.05-0.15%,环氧活性稀释剂8-12%,促进剂K540.05-0.15%,其它助剂0.8-1.2%,颜料6-10%。
进一步的,可以由以下组分按重量百分比混合而成:南亚128树脂52%,苯扎氯胺13%,壬基酚2%,毕克助剂BYK-607 3%,气象二氧化硅10%,稳定剂对苯二酚0.1%,环氧活性稀释剂10%,促进剂K54 1%,其它助剂0.9%,颜料8%。
进一步的,所述苯扎氯胺采用日本产的BAC。
进一步的,所述其它助剂为偶联剂或纳米银或流平剂。
