本发明涉及复合材料的制作加工领域,尤其涉及一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,其技术方案是:其主要组成成分是碳纤维40-60%、尼龙30-40%、橡胶丝20-30%、乳胶丝弹力线15-20%,本发明的特点是弹力大,密度高,利用碳纤维、橡胶丝和乳胶丝弹力线制作出来的复合材料不仅具有良好的超弹力而且具有强度高,耐高温耐高压的效果。

本发明涉及复合材料的制作加工领域,尤其涉及一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们制作发明出来的复合材料种类也越来越多,主要运用于航空航天、医疗、建筑、节能环保等领域,以及作为特殊环境下的结构材料、功能材料,但是材料在运用时往往出现很多不足的问题,比如说材料硬度不够强、弹力不大等等的问题。
所以针对这一情况特别研制了一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,此材料的研发不仅可以适用于更多领域,而且还具有较强的弹力和压力。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对微波炉在使用过程中存在的不足,提供一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法。
其技术方案是:其主要组成成分是碳纤维40-60%、尼龙30-40%、橡胶丝20-30%、乳胶丝弹力线15-20%,所述的一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,其特征是:首先将尼龙、橡胶丝和乳胶丝弹力线,在800-1200℃的环境下进行高温熔化,15min之后,加入碳纤维,待熔化完毕之后,制成弹簧形状。
本发明的特点是:弹力大,密度高,利用碳纤维、橡胶丝和乳胶丝弹力线制作出来的复合材料不仅具有良好的超弹力而且具有强度高,耐高温耐高压的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:其主要组成成分是碳纤维40-60%、尼龙30-40%、橡胶丝20-30%、乳胶丝弹力线15-20%。

所述的一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,其特征是:首先将尼龙。橡胶丝和乳胶丝弹力线,在1000-1200℃的环境下进行高温熔化,10min之后,加入碳纤维,待熔化完毕之后,制成弹簧形状。
另外,本发明创造不意味着说明书所局限,在没有脱离设计宗旨的前提下可以有所变化。

1.一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,其特征是:其主要组成成分是碳纤维40-60%、尼龙30-40%、橡胶丝20-30%、乳胶丝弹力线15-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹力碳素复合材料的制备方法,其特征是:首先将尼龙,橡胶丝和乳胶丝弹力线,在800-1200℃的环境下进行高温熔化,15min之后,加入碳纤维,待熔化完毕之后,制成弹簧形状。
