Description

本发明一般来说涉及切割和成型球形体的装置,更具体说涉及用于成型基本上为园形的食品的装置。该食品由面团和馅料组成。成型时无材料粘结、凹凸不平或者不均匀的面团厚度以及馅料从面团中挤出等问题产生。
如专利号为US4,734,024的美国专利所公开的那样,通过使用连续供给的两层材料来切割和成型一种包封小面包状的物品的各种方法已予以公开。例如,公开了一种用于成型由面皮和馅料组成的园形食品的装置,该装置包括一个用于成型球形体的由许多园周排列的组合零件构成的部件。每个这种零件都有至少两个滑动面,这些零件的组合方式是:一个零件的一个滑动面可在另一个零件的一个滑动面上滑动;通过使这些零件相互滑动,在部件的中心形成一个开口或者使开口关闭;该开口是由这些零件的滑动面内露部分组成的壁围成的,当开口完全打开的时候,其横截面积足以让下降的园柱体通过。

本发明的另一目的在于提供一种用于切割和成型球形产品的改进装置,该装置使用一种新的、由许多可回转的多边形零件构成的一种活门或者光圈状部件机构。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种切割和成型球形产品的改进装置,该装置由于有新的、特殊设计的多边形零件而能防止材料粘结到这些零件上。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种切割和成型球形产品的改进装置,该装置由于使用新的和特殊设计的传动机构和多边形零件制得具有均匀而平滑的外皮的产品。
根据上述的发明目的和其它目的,本发明提供一种切割和成型球形产品的改进装置。该装置包括一个由许多相同形状的多边形零件10组成的部件,零件10装在等距排列在园周a上的转轴B上且可以转动;结果,当每个零件都转离开该园周a的中心A时,这些零件就在该园周的中心A形成一个开口16;而当每个零件都转向该园周a的中心A时,则使该开口16关闭;从而切割和成型通过该开口16的材料。

在图8A、8B和8C中,刀片同面皮40的接触面积很宽,并在以刀片厚度T同面皮40保持接触的情况下,使其移向中心。当所有的刀片在该部件的中心相互接邻时,移动的面团分别在刀片的上下两侧被压成连续条料的上部和下部,并在实现该上部和下部分离的同时,完全包封住馅料41。多边形零件的这种形状适于切割和成型硬的和弹性高的材料。

换句话说,如果要切割的材料为薄而软的包封料,则在切割过程的后期阶段包封料的扩展变得非常不足,以致于有露馅的可能性。为了避免出现这种情况,在切割过程的后期阶段,以比较多的包封料移向中心部份使其慢慢地扩展,同时使接触面积逐渐减小,以便使包封料的扩展稳定可靠。
图10中,多边形零件的刀片厚度向着尖端18恒定地减薄而达到一个规定厚度。多边形零件的这种形状适合于软的而弹性比较高的材料。图11和12表示本发明其它实施例的刀片。刀片的分界线19是倾斜的或者具有园的截面,以便制得具有平整、均匀外皮的产品。这是因为,因有锐角的分界线而引起的粗糙的外皮在这些实施例中被消除掉。
如果刀片有如图13所示的凸园形曲线,则其效果如同图8和10所示的这些刀片与材料的关系相类似,在整个切割过程中,它都要求大量移动包封料。
图14和15表示另外的实施例的刀片,这些刀片的每一边向着尖端的厚度减薄率有所不同。当这些刀片的上表面和下表面的接触面积有不同角度的减小率的情况下,产品的外皮的厚度可进行调节,如果需要,可在产品的上部、侧部或下部进行调节。

这些零件具有下述的相互关系,即:当这些零件绕各自的转轴转动时,每个零件的第二弧形侧面y2的邻近尖端18的那部分在紧邻的另一零件的第一弧形侧面y1上滑动、而且,每个零件除在其尖端附近的区域的厚度向着尖端18非等角地减薄外,其它部分的厚度都是均匀的。
2、一种用于切割和成型球形体的装置,包括一个由许多相同形状的多边形零件10构成的部件,该多边形零件10可转动地装在等距分布在一个园周上的转轴B上,从而使得当每个多边形零件转离开该园周的中心A时,这些零件在该园周的中心A形成一个开口16;而当每个多边形零件都转向该园周的中心A时,这些零件就闭合该开口16,从而切割和成型通过该开口16的材料,
每个零件10都有第一和第二两个相互对着的弧形侧面y1和y2,并且这两个侧面y1和y2在位于转轴B对着一端的尖端18处相互邻接,该第一和第二弧形侧面的决定方法是,其每个侧面的园弧半径都等于相邻两转轴B1和B2之间的距离a′,而其园心用下述方法决定,即:当每个零件的尖端18都位于园周的中心A时,第一弧形侧面y1的园弧的中心x1位于以该零件的转轴B1的中心为园心、以园周的半径R为半径和以园周的中心A为园心、以距离a′为半径的两园弧的交点上;而第二弧形侧面y2的园弧的中心x2则位于以在从y1到y2的方向上的下一个零件的转轴B2的中心为园心、以园周的半径R为半径和以园周的中心A为园心、以距离a′为半径的两园弧的交点上,
这些零件具有下述的相互关系,即:当这些零件绕各自的转轴转动时,每个零件的第二弧形侧面y2的邻近尖端18的那部分在紧邻的另一零件的第一弧形侧面y1上滑动,而且每个零件除在其尖端附近的区域的厚度向着尖端减薄且达到一予定厚度外,其它部分的厚度都是均匀的。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于:在这些多边形零件的尖端区的分界线为倾斜线。
4、根据权利要求1和2所述的装置,其特征在于:在这些多边形零件的尖端区的分界线有弧形截面。
