Abstract

本发明公开了一种切刀联动组合装置,包括切刀底座和安装板,在切刀底座的一侧设有气缸座,气缸座连接驱动气缸,切刀底座上固定有若干导向座,驱动气缸一侧伸出的活塞杆连接有刀盘连杆,刀盘连杆安装在所述导向座上,刀盘连杆由驱动气缸带动沿导向座的导向做左右的往复运动;切刀底座上设有与圆孔相对应的若干切刀组;切刀组由刀盘、切刀组成。本发明采用一个驱动气缸为动力源,通过驱动刀盘连杆对多个刀盘进行控制,能够一次完成多个包馅产品的切断和收口,提高生产效率、降低能源成本,采用将刀盘摆动转换为切刀旋转闭合运动来进行包馅食材的切断和收口的方式,切断的断口更美观,在保证了食品卫生安全的同时也让降低了设备的维修维护成本。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工设备领域中的食品切断装置,更具体而言,本发明涉及一种切刀联动组合装置。
背景技术
食品行业中,包馅食品占有很高的比例,但传统的手工制作方法太过复杂,而且浪费人力和时间成本。于是,现在需要大力发展机械设备来替代人工操作,在包馅食品的机械化生产过程中,需要对食材用切刀进行切断。切刀主要用于食品行业包馅产品的切断和收口,目前市场上存在的切刀,多为单组,这种单组切刀一次只能完成一个包馅产品,生产效率低下,而且多是采用切刀摆动切断的方式,包馅产品切断时会有残留,对食品卫生、设备清洁、设备安全都会造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种切刀联动组合装置,该装置能够一次完成多个包馅产品的切断和收口,提高生产效率、降低能源成本,而且切断更方便、更美观。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种切刀联动组合装置,包括切刀底座和安装板,在所述切刀底座的一侧设有气缸座,所述气缸座连接驱动气缸,所述切刀底座上固定有若干导向座,所述驱动气缸一侧伸出的活塞杆连接有刀盘连杆,所述刀盘连杆安装在所述导向座上,所述刀盘连杆由所述驱动气缸带动沿所述导向座的导向做左右的往复运动;
所述切刀底座上设有若干圆孔,在所述切刀底座上设有与所述圆孔相对应的若干切刀组;
所述切刀组由刀盘、切刀组成,所述刀盘上设有刀盘滑槽,在所述刀盘连杆上设有与所述切刀组相对应的刀盘滑动轴,所述刀盘滑动轴与所述刀盘滑槽相配合;所述切刀环形排列安装在所述刀盘上,在所述切刀的一端固定有切刀转动轴,在切所述刀的中段设有切刀滑动槽,在所述刀盘上固定有若干环形排列的切刀滑动轴,所述切刀滑动槽与所述切刀滑动轴相配合。
进一步的,所述切刀底座上安装切刀盖板,在所述切刀盖板上开设若干与所述切刀组相对应的盖板圆孔,所述切刀转动轴固定在所述盖板圆孔的周侧。
进一步的,所述切刀底座和所述安装板上固定有辅助支撑板。
进一步的,所述导向座的数量为三个。
进一步的,所述切刀组的数量为六个。
进一步的,所述每个切刀组中切刀的数量为六个。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明采用一个驱动气缸为动力源,通过驱动刀盘连杆对多个刀盘进行控制,能够一次完成多个包馅产品的切断和收口,大大提高了生产效率、降低了能源成本,而且采用上述的将刀盘摆动转换为切刀旋转闭合运动来进行包馅食材的切断和收口的方式,当食材流经圆孔时多个切刀能从食材的外围一圈开始往里切断,而不是现有的摆动切割从单边切割,本发明的这种切断方式能让包馅食材的切断的断口更美观,收口更加方便,不会有面料或馅料的残留,在保证了食品卫生安全的同时也让降低了设备的维修维护成本。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种切刀联动组合装置,包括切刀底座3和安装板12,在切刀底座3的一侧设有气缸座2,气缸座2连接驱动气缸1,在切刀底座3上固定有若干导向座5,驱动气缸1一侧伸出的活塞杆连接有刀盘连杆4,刀盘连杆4安装在导向座5上,刀盘连杆4由驱动气缸1带动沿导向座5的导向做左右的往复运动;
在切刀底座3上设有若干圆孔,在切刀底座3上设有与若干圆孔相对应的若干切刀组,切刀组由刀盘6、切刀7组成,刀盘6上设有刀盘滑槽61,在刀盘连杆4上设有与切刀组相对应的刀盘滑动轴9,刀盘滑动轴9与刀盘滑槽61相配合,刀盘滑动轴9能在刀盘滑槽61中滑动,在刀盘连杆4的左右往复运动下刀盘滑动轴9能够带动刀盘6绕轴心摆动;在切刀7的一端固定有切刀转动轴10,在切刀7的中段设有切刀滑动槽71,在刀盘6上固定有若干环形排列的切刀滑动轴72,切刀滑动槽71与切刀滑动轴72相配合,切刀滑动轴72能在切刀滑动槽71中滑动,若干个切刀7环形排列在刀盘6中,为了保护切刀及起固定作用,切刀底座3上安装切刀盖板8,在切刀盖板8上开设若干与切刀7组相对应的盖板圆孔,切刀转动轴10固定在盖板圆孔的周侧,在刀盘6绕轴心进行摆动时,切刀滑动轴72带动切刀7绕切刀转动轴10转动,切刀7的刀片部分会向中心处闭合,完成切断作业。
在切刀底座3和安装板12上还固定有辅助支撑板11,辅助支撑板11更好地将安装板12、切刀底座3固定安装在一起,增加了整体结构的稳定性和结构强度。
如图1和图2中以具有六个切刀组、每个切刀组中具有六个切刀7为例,在切刀底座3上安装有三个导向座5,驱动气缸1为整个装置的动力源,驱动气缸1带动刀盘连杆4沿着导向座5进行左右往复运动,刀盘连杆4上的六个刀盘滑动轴9带动各自连接的六个刀盘6绕轴心摆动,刀盘6的摆动又带动固定在刀盘6上的六把切刀7绕着切刀转动轴10转动,切刀7上以切刀滑动轴72在切刀滑动槽71中的运动轨迹进行开闭。当食材流经切刀底座3上的圆孔并且达到所需的长度以后,切刀7逐渐闭合并切断食材,实现包馅产品的切断和收口,在完成切断后,切刀7再在刀盘6的带动下绕切刀转动轴10向外转动,形成一孔位让食材继续供料。采用上述的将刀盘6摆动转换为切刀7旋转闭合运动来进行包馅食材的切断和收口的方式,当食材流经圆孔时多个切刀7能从食材的外围一圈开始往里切断,而不是现有的摆动切割从单边切割,本发明的这种切断方式能让包馅食材的切断的断口更美观,收口更加方便,不会有面料或馅料的残留。而且本发明采用一个驱动气缸1为动力源,通过驱动刀盘连杆4对多个刀盘6进行控制,能够一次完成多个包馅产品的切断和收口,大大提高了生产效率、降低了能源成本。

1.一种切刀联动组合装置,包括切刀底座和安装板,其特征在于:在所述切刀底座的一侧设有气缸座,所述气缸座连接驱动气缸,所述切刀底座上固定有若干导向座,所述驱动气缸一侧伸出的活塞杆连接有刀盘连杆,所述刀盘连杆安装在所述导向座上,所述刀盘连杆由所述驱动气缸带动沿所述导向座的导向做左右的往复运动;
所述切刀底座上设有若干圆孔,在所述切刀底座上设有与所述圆孔相对应的若干切刀组;
所述切刀组由刀盘、切刀组成,所述刀盘上设有刀盘滑槽,在所述刀盘连杆上设有与所述切刀组相对应的刀盘滑动轴,所述刀盘滑动轴与所述刀盘滑槽相配合;所述切刀环形排列安装在所述刀盘上,在所述切刀的一端固定有切刀转动轴,在切所述刀的中段设有切刀滑动槽,在所述刀盘上固定有若干环形排列的切刀滑动轴,所述切刀滑动槽与所述切刀滑动轴相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切刀联动组合装置,其特征在于:所述切刀底座上安装切刀盖板,在所述切刀盖板上开设若干与所述切刀组相对应的盖板圆孔,所述切刀转动轴固定在所述盖板圆孔的周侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的切刀联动组合装置,其特征在于:所述切刀底座和所述安装板上固定有辅助支撑板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的切刀联动组合装置,其特征在于:所述导向座的数量为三个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的切刀联动组合装置,其特征在于:所述切刀组的数量为六个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的切刀联动组合装置,其特征在于:所述每个切刀组中切刀的数量为六个。
