   本实用新型涉及一种用于肉鸡加工流水线中的割头机。
背景技术
    当前在肉鸡食品加工行业中的去头工艺一直沿用着传统的人工操作，其劳动强度大，生产效率底下，远不能满足各大、中型企业的现代化文明生产需求，因此解放生产力，尽快实现生产工艺自动化，是本行业的急需。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的便是提供一种用于肉鸡加工流水线中的割头机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型在支撑架的上部设有滑套，在滑套的一侧设有电机架，在电机架上固定有电机，在电机的输出轴上设有圆盘割刀，在滑套的另一侧设有调整涡轮，调整涡轮与设在支撑架上的齿条相配合。
通过以上设置，本实用新型配套使用在肉鸡加工流水线上，实现禽体在悬挂输送时进行割头工序，代替原始的人工手动操作。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型在支撑架1的上部设有滑套2，在滑套2的一侧设有电机架3，在电机架3上固定有电机4，在电机4的输出轴上设有圆盘割刀5，在滑套2的另一侧设有调整涡轮6，调整涡轮6与设在支撑架1上的齿条7相配合。通过以上设置，本实用新型配套使用在肉鸡加工流水线上，可根据需要通过调节调整涡轮6调节圆盘割刀5的高度，当导向轨8上的悬挂禽体经过圆盘割刀5时，被高速旋转的圆盘割刀5将头割下，实现禽体在悬挂输送时进行割头工序。
