本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料。
背景技术
经济的快速发展,各种商务应酬越来越多,很多人的喝酒的频率越来越高,大量频繁的饮酒,过量饮酒可以使饮酒者引起头痛弦晕、恶心呕吐、烦燥,记忆力减退等,严重时甚至因呼吸肌麻痹而导致死亡。长期饮酒还可引起精神障碍、胃溃疡以及脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎、肝硬化等疾病。同时大量高脂肪高糖食物的摄取,越来越多的人患上三高,迫切需要解酒护肝降压降脂的药品或食品出现,是药三分毒,不提倡服药,研制出纯天然无毒的饮料来缓解酒精对人体的伤害,成为研究保健食品的人士的焦点,现有的保健饮料,但不同配方的解酒制品的效果是有很大差别的,大多是碳酸饮料,没有保健作用,有的通过添加各种不同的激素,来达到某一方面的功效,长期饮用的这样的物质对身体会产生副作用。迫切需要针对性强,纯天然的功能性解酒护肝降三高保健饮料的出现。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料,本饮料具有解酒护肝的功效,同时具有降脂降压的功效。
为实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
1.一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料,其特征在于,由下述重量份数的原料制成:葛根4—6份、葛花4—6份、枳椇子8-12份、陈皮2-3份、山楂5-7份、玉米须3-5份、茯苓4-6份、营养添加剂0.5-1、水100-150。
2.权利要求1所述的一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它由以下步骤组成:
(1)枳椇子加水浸泡2小时后,煎煮30分钟,得到枳棋子的煎液和药渣,所述的水和枳椇子的重量比为5:1;
(2)将葛根、葛花、陈皮、山楂、玉米须、茯苓混合后加入其重量的4-5倍水浸泡2小时,然后在其中加入步骤(1)的枳椇子的煎液和其药渣,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,得到第一次滤液,残渣再加入中药重量的5倍的水,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,得到第二次滤液,两次滤液混合后,浓缩,得到,浓缩得到提取液100重量份;
(3)按重量份称取浓缩提取液100、营养添加剂3-6,充分混合后,装灌,杀菌,即可。
3.权利要求1所述的一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料,其特征在于,所述的营养添加剂由下列成分组成:亚硒酸钠0.002-0.004、乳酸锌0.02-0.04、维生素B10.5-1.0、维生素B20.5-1.0维生素B120.01-0.02、牛磺酸0.5-0.8、螺旋藻0.01-0.02、β-胡萝卜素0.01-0.02、胶原蛋白0.01-0.02、精氨酸0.01-0.02,葡萄糖酸钙0.01-0.02、果寡糖0.1-0.2、柠檬酸0.2-0.3、苹果酸0.1-0.2、茶多酚0.02-0.04。
本营养保健饮料具有降脂降压护肝解酒保健功效,特别适合中老年人及经常饮酒、三高的人士饮用。
具体实施方式
一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料,由下述重量份数的原料制成:葛根5份、葛花5份、枳椇子10份、陈皮2.5份、山楂6份、玉米须4份、茯苓5份、营养添加剂4.52、水130。
其中营养添加剂由下述重量份数的原料组成:亚硒酸钠0.003、乳酸锌0.03、维生素B10.6、维生素B20.6、维生素B120.015、牛磺酸0.6、螺旋藻0.02、β-胡萝卜素0.015、胶原蛋白0.015、精氨酸0.015,葡萄糖酸钙0.015、果寡糖0.15、柠檬酸0.25、苹果酸0.15、茶多酚0.03。
一种护肝解酒营养保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)枳椇子加水浸泡2小时后,煎煮30分钟,得到枳棋子的煎液和药渣,所述的水和枳椇子的重量比为5:1;
(2)将葛根、葛花、陈皮、山楂、玉米须、茯苓混合后加入其重量的4-5倍水浸泡2小时,然后在其中加入步骤(1)的枳椇子的煎液和其药渣,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,得到第一次滤液,残渣再加入中药重量的5倍的水,煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,得到第二次滤液,两次滤液混合后,浓缩,得到,浓缩得到提取液100重量份;
(3)按重量份称取浓缩提取液100、营养添加剂4.52,充分混合后,装灌,杀菌,即可。
