Abstract

本发明属于复合染料领域。为得到性能优良的鲜艳大红色分散染料,本发明提供一种染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料。它是由一种或两种单偶氮型吡啶酮系染料I与一种或两种单偶氮含氰基染料Ⅱ复配而成,其中染料Ⅰ的含量5-50%(重量),染料Ⅱ的含量95-50%(重量)。该复合染料具有优良的染色性能,色泽比较鲜艳,匀染性及提升力好、竭染率高。除用于常规细度的涤纶纤维染色外,在超细纤维上使用也可获得较好的效果,还可用于快速染色。

Description

染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料
本发明属于复合染料领域,特别是涉及单偶氮红色复合染料的配方及其制备工艺。
据文献记载,由两个在吡啶酮环氮原子上带有不同碳原子个数(如CH3及C2H5)的染料复配使用于染色和印花时,可提高上染率(见Ger.Offen 4,331,008);添加第三组份后可得到需要的色调(见中国专利申请CN1125240A)。但未曾见有用结构式为I的吡啶酮衍生物复配大红色分散染料的报导。
为了得到性能明显优于单偶氮型吡啶酮系染料I及单偶氮含氰基染料II单独使用效果的而且是鲜艳的大红色分散染料,本发明提供了一种染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料。
本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料是由一种或两种单偶氮型吡啶酮系染料I(以下简称染料I)与一种或两种单偶氮含氰基染料II(以下简称染料II)复配而成,其中染料I的含量为5-50%(重量),染料II的含量为95-50%,染料I与染料II的结构式如下:

式中,R1及R2为NO2、Cl或OCH3;R3为C1-C4的烷基;X为Cl、Br或CN;Y为SO2CH3或COCH3;R4及R5为C2H5、C3H7或C3H5
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I的结构式中的R1为Cl或OCH3,R2为NO2,R3为C2H5或C4H9;染料II的结构式中的X为CN,Y为COCH3,R4及R5为C2H5、C3H7或C3H5
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I的结构式中的R1为Cl或OCH3,R2为NO2,R3为C2H5或C4H9;染料II的结构式中的X为CN,Y为SO2CH3
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I的结构式中的R1为NO2,R2为Cl或OCH3,R3为C2H5或C4H9;染料II的结构式中的X为CN,Y为COCH3
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I的结构式中的R1为NO2,R2为Cl或OCH3,R3为C2H5或C4H9;染料II的结构式中的X为CN,Y为SO2CH3
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I及染料II的制备方法可以分别用两个不同的重氮组分与一种结构的吡啶酮衍生物或间取代氨基-N,N-二烷基苯胺偶合制得;同样可以用一种重氮组分和两种不同取代基的相应衍生物合成得到。对于染料I来说,硝基的位置对染料色光影响较大,对于染料II而言,N-取代基的性质对染料II的λmax及染色性能有明显影响。本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料的制备方法是用单一染料在研磨之前按比例进行复配,或者将单一染料在研磨之后进行湿拼喷干均可得到商品化染料。后一种方法对染料II更为适宜。
在本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料中,染料I的含量为5-50%(重量),染料II的含量为50-95%。所用的分散剂主要是阴离子型扩散剂,如木质素磺酸的碱金属盐、烷基取代(或未取代)萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、取代或未取代苯酚和甲醛及亚硫酸盐等的缩合物。扩散剂的磺化度及分子量大小直接影响染料研磨的难易程度及其高温分散稳定性。
染料在研磨之前要先进行预处理,该处理过程可以与研磨结合进行。预处理的介质为水或有机溶剂,温度为70-120℃,以90℃以上为宜,介质中添加0.2-3%的非离子型表面活性剂或扩散剂,在高温下搅拌4-10小时,然后进行过滤、洗涤。原染料干品和扩散剂的比例是:染料25-60%(重量),扩散剂40-75%(重量),由于扩散剂的用量不同可制成力份为100-200份的商品。
染料的研磨可在10-80℃之间进行,以室温较为适宜。染料的颗粒必须研磨到一定的细度,一般在0.2-0.5μm,以0.3μm左右较为适宜。粒度<0.2μm的染料用于染超细纤维,其上染率略有提高。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的优点:本发明的复合染料以结构式为I的吡啶酮衍生物进行复配制备大红色分散染料的研制成功扩大了鲜艳大红色染料的品种;并且本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料具有优良的染色性能,上染率在90%左右色泽比较鲜艳,匀染性及提升力好、竭染率高;除可用于常规细度的涤纶纤维染色外,在超细纤维上使用也可以获得较好的效果,还可以用于快速染色。
下面是本发明的实施例,用于不加限制地进一步说明本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料。
实施例1:单偶氮红色复合染料由40份染料I及60份染料II组成(重量),具体组成如下:

复合染料的λmax为497nm。
染料I-1a及I-1b是由对-氯(对-甲氧基)邻硝基苯胺在盐酸介质中重氮化后与N-丙基-吡啶酮在近中性介质中偶合得到,产品过滤后洗到中性,滤饼用0.5%非离子型表面活性剂溶液升温到85℃以上热处理4-6小时,过滤后用热水洗涤之。
染料II-2a及II-2b系用对甲基-2,6-二溴苯胺在亚硝酰硫酸溶液中重氮化后与相应的N,N-二乙基-及N,N-二丙基-间乙酰氨基苯胺偶合后,再用氰化亚铜进行氰化制得。
合成染料40份,Reax 85A 30份,扩散剂MF 30份,和水120-150份一同进行研磨到粒度接近0.2μm,进行喷雾干燥。
取0.25g染料分散在250ml水中,吸取20ml染液和60ml水混合,加入少量匀染剂后用磷酸或醋酸调染浴到pH=5,放入1g 0.5d涤纶微纤维进行染色,于3.0min内由70℃升温到130℃保温1h,用残液法测定染料的上染率~90%,染色布样为大红色,各项牢度均好。
实施例2-6:由染料I-1及II-1按不同比例复配,可以得到不同色调的红色染料,其染色性能与实施例1中的染料结构类同。其各种红色染料的取代基及重量复配比例见表1:

实施例7:由染料I-2及染料II-2复配得到鲜艳的红色分散染料,后处理方法同实施例1。染料的结构及组成如下:

本发明的染合纤用单偶氮红色复合染料可广泛用于常规细度的涤纶纤维的染色,在超细纤维上使用也可以获得较好的效果,还可以用于快速染色。

Claims (5)

1、一种单偶氮红色染料,其特征在于,它是由一种或两种单偶氮型吡啶酮系染料I与一种或两种单偶氮含氰基染料II复配而成,其中染料I的重量含量为5-50%,染料II的重量含量为50-95%,染料I与染料II的结构式如下:

式中,R1及R2为NO2、Cl或OCH3;R3为C1-C4的烷基;X为Cl、Br或CN;Y为SO2CH3或COCH3;R4及R5为C2H5、C3H7或C3H5,R4与R5可相同或不相同。
2、如权利要求1所述的单偶氮红色复合染料,其特征在于,所述的染料I的结构式中的R1为Cl或OCH3,R2为NO2,R3为C2H5或C4H9;染料II的结构式中的X为CN,Y为COCH3
