本发明公开了一种皮革上色剂及其制备方法,该皮革上色剂包括以下组分及其重量百分含量为:特软丙烯酸树脂:10%~15%;中软丙烯酸树脂:8%~10%;特软聚氨酯树脂:8%~10%;中软聚氨酯树脂:8%~10%;非离子手感剂:3%~6%;阴离子蜡乳液:1.8%~3.6%;阴离子酪素:1.8%~3.6%;皮革颜料膏:15%~21%;金属络合染水:3.75%~7%;去离子水:13.8%~40.65%;以上各组分的总量之和为100%。本发明的皮革上色剂成分简单,各组成分均为无毒环保原料,且各组分能够起到协同作用,因此皮革上色修复效果显著。将本发明所述皮革上色剂直接涂抹于皮革制品表面,更易遮盖磨损伤残,其上色修复效果显著;本发明的皮革上色剂制备方法简单,适宜于手工业化生产。

一种皮革上色剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及皮革上色剂的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种皮革上色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
很多皮革制品在穿着使用一段时间之后会发生磨损、褪色、色花等现象,明显颜色丢失发白,这种情况下清洗是解决不了色泽问题的,必须进行上色修复,如果按照皮革厂的工艺来上色修复,其上色修复过程复杂,难以应用到皮革制品的上色修复应用上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述技术缺陷,提供一种上色修复功能的皮革上色剂及其制备方法。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种皮革上色剂,所述皮革上色剂按质量百分含量包括以下组分:
上述各组分的质量分数之和为100%。
其中,上述特软丙烯酸树脂、中软丙烯酸树脂、特软聚氨酯树脂以及中软聚氨酯树脂均是现有技术中皮革涂饰常用的材料,无需付出任何创造性劳动,可以直接购买使用。
本发明提供的皮革上色剂,按质量百分含量可由如下组分组成:特软丙烯酸树脂10%,中软丙烯酸树脂8%,特软聚氨酯树脂8%,中软聚氨酯树脂8%,非离子手感剂3%,阴离子蜡乳液1.8%,阴离子酪素1.8%,皮革颜料膏15%,金属络合染水3.75%,去离子水40.65%;特软丙烯酸树脂15%,中软丙烯酸树脂10%,特软聚氨酯树脂10%,中软聚氨酯树脂10%,非离子手感剂6%,阴离子蜡乳液3.6%,阴离子酪素3.6%,皮革颜料膏21%,金属络合染水7%,去离子水13.8%;特软丙烯酸树脂12%,中软丙烯酸树脂9%,特软聚氨酯树脂9%,中软聚氨酯树脂9%,非离子手感剂5%,阴离子蜡乳液3%,阴离子酪素3%,皮革颜料膏18%,金属络合染水6%,去离子水26%;特软丙烯酸树脂13%,中软丙烯酸树脂8.5%,特软聚氨酯树脂8.5%,中软聚氨酯树脂9.5%,非离子手感剂4%,阴离子蜡乳液2.4%,阴离子酪素2.4%,皮革颜料膏20%,金属络合染水5%,去离子水26.7%;特软丙烯酸树脂11%,中软丙烯酸树脂8.2%,特软聚氨酯树脂9.3%,中软聚氨酯树脂8.7%,非离子手感剂5.5%,阴离子蜡乳液3.3%,阴离子酪素3.3%,皮革颜料膏17%,金属络合染水4.25%,去离子水29.45%。
本发明提供的皮革上色剂,上色效果显著,各组分之间具有协同作用,并且各组成分均安全无毒,因此是绿色环保型皮革上色剂。
本发明提供的皮革上色剂中,所述非离子手感剂、阴离子蜡乳液和阴离子酪素的质量配比为5:3:3。
本发明提供的皮革上色剂中,所述皮革颜料膏和金属络合染水的质量配比为3~4:1。
本发明还提供了上述皮革上色剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、按重量配比将特软丙烯酸树脂、中软丙烯酸树脂、特软聚氨酯树脂、中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入去离子水,在500~1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌5~10分钟;
B、按重量配比将非离子手感剂、阴离子蜡乳液和阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1000~1500转/分钟的转速下搅拌10~20分钟;
C、按重量配比将皮革颜料膏、金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在500~1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20~30分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
本发明所述皮革上色剂的各组分均可商购获得,制备本发明皮革上色剂的设备也属于一般的常用设备,本领域的技术人员可轻易获得。
本发明提供的皮革上色剂用于皮衣、皮包、皮鞋、皮沙发等各种皮革制品的上色修复,适用于家庭使用;同样也适用于洗衣店、皮革护理店、皮革销售店等商店作为商用。采用皮革上色剂对皮革进行上色,其效果显著,特别是对表面磨损、褪色、色花、发白的皮革进行上色修复时,效果更为显著。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的皮革上色剂成分简单,各组成分均为无毒环保原料,且各组分能够起到协同作用,因此皮革上色修复效果显著。将本发明所述皮革上色剂直接涂抹于皮革制品表面,更易遮盖磨损伤残,其上色修复效果显著;本发明的皮革上色剂制备方法简单,适宜于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
1、配方
一种皮革上色剂,按质量百分含量包括:特软丙烯酸树脂10%,中软丙烯酸树脂8%,特软聚氨酯树脂8%,中软聚氨酯树脂8%,非离子手感剂3%,阴离子蜡乳液1.8%,阴离子酪素1.8%,皮革颜料膏15%,金属络合染水3.75%,去离子水40.65%。
2、制备方法
制备100Kg的皮革上色剂,按照上述配方量准备各组分;将10Kg特软丙烯酸树脂、8Kg中软丙烯酸树脂、8Kg特软聚氨酯树脂、8Kg中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入40.65Kg去离子水,在1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌5分钟;将3Kg非离子手感剂、1.8Kg阴离子蜡乳液和1.8Kg阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1500转/分钟的转速下搅拌10分钟;将15Kg皮革颜料膏、3.75Kg金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
实施例2
1、配方
特软丙烯酸树脂15%,中软丙烯酸树脂10%,特软聚氨酯树脂10%,中软聚氨酯树脂10%,非离子手感剂6%,阴离子蜡乳液3.6%,阴离子酪素3.6%,皮革颜料膏21%,金属络合染水7%,去离子水13.8%。
2、制备方法
制备100Kg的皮革上色剂,按照上述配方量准备各组分;将15Kg特软丙烯酸树脂、10Kg中软丙烯酸树脂、10Kg特软聚氨酯树脂、10Kg中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入13.8Kg去离子水,在500转/分钟的转速下搅拌10分钟;将6Kg非离子手感剂、3.6Kg阴离子蜡乳液和3.6Kg阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20分钟;将21Kg皮革颜料膏、7Kg金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在500转/分钟的转速下搅拌30分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
实施例3
1、配方
特软丙烯酸树脂12%,中软丙烯酸树脂9%,特软聚氨酯树脂9%,中软聚氨酯树脂9%,非离子手感剂5%,阴离子蜡乳液3%,阴离子酪素3%,皮革颜料膏18%,金属络合染水6%,去离子水26%。
2、制备方法
制备100Kg的皮革上色剂,按照上述配方量准备各组分;将12Kg特软丙烯酸树脂、9Kg中软丙烯酸树脂、9Kg特软聚氨酯树脂、9Kg中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入26Kg去离子水,在800转/分钟的转速下搅拌12分钟;将5Kg非离子手感剂、3Kg阴离子蜡乳液和3Kg阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌15分钟;将18Kg皮革颜料膏、6Kg金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在600转/分钟的转速下搅拌25分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
实施例4
1、配方
特软丙烯酸树脂13%,中软丙烯酸树脂8.5%,特软聚氨酯树脂8.5%,中软聚氨酯树脂9.5%,非离子手感剂4%,阴离子蜡乳液2.4%,阴离子酪素2.4%,皮革颜料膏20%,金属络合染水5%,去离子水26.7%。
2、制备方法
制备100Kg的皮革上色剂,按照上述配方量准备各组分;将13Kg特软丙烯酸树脂、8.5Kg中软丙烯酸树脂、8.5Kg特软聚氨酯树脂、9.5Kg中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入26.7Kg去离子水,在800转/分钟的转速下搅拌12分钟;将4Kg非离子手感剂、2.4Kg阴离子蜡乳液和2.4Kg阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌15分钟;将20Kg皮革颜料膏、5Kg金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在600转/分钟的转速下搅拌25分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
实施例5
1、配方
特软丙烯酸树脂11%,中软丙烯酸树脂8.2%,特软聚氨酯树脂9.3%,中软聚氨酯树脂8.7%,非离子手感剂5.5%,阴离子蜡乳液3.3%,阴离子酪素3.3%,皮革颜料膏17%,金属络合染水4.25%,去离子水29.45%。
2、制备方法
将11Kg特软丙烯酸树脂、8.2Kg中软丙烯酸树脂、9.3Kg特软聚氨酯树脂、8.7Kg中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入29.45Kg去离子水,在800转/分钟的转速下搅拌12分钟;将5.5Kg非离子手感剂、3.3Kg阴离子蜡乳液和3.3Kg阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1200转/分钟的转速下搅拌15分钟;将17Kg皮革颜料膏、4.25Kg金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在600转/分钟的转速下搅拌25分钟,制成皮革上色剂。

1.一种皮革上色剂,其特征在于,所述皮革上色剂按质量百分含量包括以下组分:
以上各组分质量分数之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮革上色剂,其特征在于,所述非离子手感剂、阴离子蜡乳液和阴离子酪素的质量配比为5:3:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的皮革上色剂,其特征在于,所述皮革颜料膏和金属络合染水的质量配比为3~4:1。
4.一种如权利要求1至3任一所述的皮革上色剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、按重量配比将特软丙烯酸树脂、中软丙烯酸树脂、特软聚氨酯树脂、中软聚氨酯树脂依次加入反应器中,再加入去离子水,在500~1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌5~10分钟;
B、按重量配比将非离子手感剂、阴离子蜡乳液和阴离子酪素依次加入反应器中,在1000~1500转/分钟的转速下搅拌10~20分钟;
C、按重量配比将皮革颜料膏、金属络合染水依次加入反应器中,在500~1000转/分钟的转速下搅拌20~30分钟,制成皮革上色剂。
