本发明涉及一种耐氯提升剂及其制备方法与应用,属于纺织品染整技术领域。
背景技术
游泳池都要添加一定量的氯水来杀菌消毒,游泳衣经过长时间含氯游泳池水浸泡后会发生褪色和变色,造成泳衣服装的色光变化很大,脱离原有风格,影响消费者的穿着体验。因此,耐氯水色牢度是泳衣织物的一项重要性能指标,通常要求其耐氯色牢度达到4级以上(最高5级)。为了改善锦氨纶泳衣织物的耐氯色牢度,需要用耐氯固色剂进行后处理。
专利CN201420041092.3公开了一种高耐氯泳装面料,通过织物组织结构设计,在纺织层上面设置了一层由多胺类耐氯固色剂组成的高耐氯层,达到提高耐氯牢度的目的。专利CN201280054268.2公开了一种增加聚酰胺纤维材料耐氯漂牢度的方法,在染色后用硫脲/甲醛/双酚缩合物或硫脲/异氰酸酯加成物的水性液体处理聚酰胺纤维材料,可增加染色的聚酰胺纤维材料的耐氯漂牢度。这些方法在提高耐氯色牢度方面卓有成效,但由于这些方法使用的耐氯固色剂大多是带芳环的水溶性刚性高分子聚合物,对织物的手感和色光有负面影响,存在整理后织物色变大、手感偏硬以及耐洗性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐氯提升剂及其制备方法与应用,该耐氯提升剂可提高锦氨纶染色织物的耐氯色牢度,而且色变小,手感好,耐洗性好。
本发明提供的耐氯提升剂,以质量百分含量计,它由下述组分组成:1%~5%聚丙烯酸酯、5%~48%酰肼衍生物、0.5%~6%分散剂和余量的水。
上述的耐氯提升剂中,以质量百分含量计,具体可由下述1)-5)中的任一种的组分组成:
1)1.5%~3.2%聚丙烯酸酯、5%~34%酰肼衍生物、2%~4.8%分散剂和余量的水;
2)2%聚丙烯酸酯、15%酰肼衍生物、2%分散剂和余量的水;
3)2.5%聚丙烯酸酯、16%酰肼衍生物、2%分散剂和余量的水;
4)1.5%聚丙烯酸酯、18%酰肼衍生物、2.5%分散剂和余量的水;
5)2.3%聚丙烯酸酯、23%酰肼衍生物、3.5%分散剂和余量的水;
6)3.2%聚丙烯酸酯、34%酰肼衍生物、4.8%分散剂和余量的水。
优选地,以质量百分含量计,所述耐氯提升剂由2%聚丙烯酸酯,15%酰肼衍生物,2%分散剂和余量的水组成。
上述的耐氯提升剂中,所述聚丙烯酸酯是指以丙烯酸酯类单体合成的聚合物,所述丙烯酸酯类单体包括但不限于丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、2-甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等,其分子量可为2000~6000。
上述的耐氯提升剂中,所述“酰肼衍生物”具有如下结构通式,

(1)将所述酰肼衍生物、所述分散剂与水混合后进行砂磨,制得耐氯中间体;
(2)将所述聚丙烯酸酯加入步骤(1)制得的耐氯中间体中,持续搅拌,即得耐氯提升剂。
上述的制备方法中,以质量百分含量计,各原料的配比如下:1%~5%聚丙烯酸酯,5%~48%肼类衍生物,0.5%~6%分散剂和余量的水。
上述的制备方法中,步骤(1)中,所述酰肼衍生物、分散剂、去离子水混合的加料顺序可为:1)先将所述分散剂与水混合后再加入所述酰肼衍生物;或2)先将所述酰肼衍生物与所述分散剂混合后再加入水。
上述的制备方法中,步骤(1)中,所述砂磨的转速可为200~2000转/分钟,具体可为300~800转/分钟、300~600转/分钟、400~800转/分钟、300转/分钟、400转/分钟、600转/分钟或800转/分钟;所述砂磨的时间可为5~48小时,具体可为8~30小时、8~20小时、10~30小时、8~10小时、10~15小时、15~20小时、24~30小时、8小时、10小时、15小时、20小时、24小时或30小时。

本发明进一步提供了利用上述耐氯提升剂对锦氨纶染色织物进行整理的方法,包括浸轧步骤和热定型步骤;所述浸轧步骤中,浸轧工作液为上述耐氯提升剂的水溶液。
上述的整理方法中,所述浸轧工作液中耐氯提升剂的浓度可为5~20g/L,具体可5~15g/L、5~10g/L、8~15g/L、5g/L、8g/L、10g/L或15g/L;所述浸轧工作液的pH值可为4~7,具体可为4~5.5、4~4.5、4.5~5、5~6、6~7、4、4.5、5或6;所述浸轧工作液的pH值可用柠檬酸或醋酸调节。
所述浸轧步骤中,所述浸轧方式可为一浸一轧或两浸两轧;所述轧液率可为30%~100%,具体可为60%~80%、65%~75%、70%~80%、65%、70%、75%或80%。

下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
下述实施例中的聚丙烯酸酯均购自BASF公司,商品名为Helizarin,产品型号为Binder VT ECO。
除油剂FK-9507N购自东莞市中纺化工有限公司,抗高温黄变剂FK-161购自东莞市中纺化工有限公司,防沾色净洗剂FK-9500NY购自东莞市中纺化工有限公司,抗高温黄变剂FK-161D购自东莞市中纺化工有限公司,耐氯固色剂NL-50购自东莞市中纺化工有限公司。所用助剂也可由其它具有相似结构或相似性能的助剂替代。
实施例1、耐氯提升剂的制备及应用
一、制备
将2份十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入81份去离子水中,搅拌溶解后,再加入15份十二烷二羧酸二酰肼,搅拌均匀后,再转移到砂磨机中,以600转/分钟的速度砂磨10小时,然后加入2份聚丙烯酸酯,以150转/分钟的转速搅拌2小时。出料,即得耐氯提升剂。
本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂的外观为:乳白色分散液,其组成为:聚丙烯酸酯2%,酰肼衍生物15%,分散剂2%,去离子水81%。
二、应用
将上述制备得到的耐氯提升剂锦氨纶泳衣织物继续染整,步骤如下:
(1)浸轧:将本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂配成15g/L的工作液(浓度为15g/L的耐氯提升剂的水溶液),用柠檬酸调节工作液pH值为4,采用一浸一轧的方式处理锦氨纶泳衣织物(77%锦纶23%氨纶,克重150g/m2,卡其色),轧液率为80%。
(2)热定型:将浸轧过耐氯提升剂工作液的织物在定型机上进行热定型,定型温度为150度,定型时间为50秒。
实施例2、耐氯提升剂的制备及应用
一、制备
将1份分散剂NNO、6份异烟酰肼和10份辛二酸二酰肼混合均匀,再将其边搅拌边加入预先溶解有1份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚【C13H27(CH2CH2O)9H】和79.5份去离子水的溶液中,搅拌均匀后,再转移到砂磨机中,以800转/分钟的速度砂磨8小时,然后加入2.5份聚丙烯酸酯,以100转/分钟的转速搅拌3小时。出料,即得耐氯提升剂。
本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂的外观为:乳黄色分散液,其组成为:聚丙烯酸酯2.5%,酰肼衍生物16%,分散剂2%,去离子水79.5%。
二、应用
将上述制备得到的耐氯提升剂锦氨纶泳衣织物继续染整,步骤如下:
(1)浸轧:将本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂配成10g/L工作液(浓度为10g/L的耐氯提升剂的水溶液),用柠檬酸调节工作液pH值为4.5,采用一浸一轧的方式处理锦氨纶泳衣织物(92%锦纶8%氨纶,克重170g/m2,湖蓝色),轧液率为70%。
(2)热定型:将浸轧过耐氯提升剂工作液的织物在定型机上进行热定型,定型温度为160度,定型时间为30秒。
实施例3、耐氯提升剂的制备及应用
一、制备
将0.5份脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠和2.5份椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺加入78份去离子水中,搅拌溶解后,再加入5份壬二酸二酰肼和13份间苯二甲酰肼,搅拌均匀后,再转移到砂磨机中,以400转/分钟的速度砂磨20小时,然后加入1.5份聚丙烯酸酯,以200转/分钟的转速搅拌1.5小时。出料,即得耐氯提升剂。
本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂的外观为:乳白色分散液,其组成为:聚丙烯酸酯1.5%,酰肼衍生物18%,分散剂2.5%,去离子水78%。
二、应用
将上述制备得到的耐氯提升剂锦氨纶泳衣织物继续染整,步骤如下:
(1)浸轧:将本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂配成10g/L工作液(浓度为10g/L的耐氯提升剂的水溶液),用醋酸调节工作液pH值为5.5,采用二浸二轧的方式处理锦氨纶泳衣织物(82%锦纶18%氨纶,克重190g/m2,天蓝色),轧液率为65%。
(2)热定型:将浸轧过耐氯提升剂工作液的织物在定型机上进行热定型,定型温度为160度,定型时间为50秒。
实施例4、耐氯提升剂的制备及应用
一、制备
将3份脂肪醇聚氧乙醚【C18H37(CH2CH2O)40H】和0.5份十二烷基联苯醚二磺酸钠加入78份去离子水中,搅拌溶解后,再加入23份1,2-二甲基-1,2-二苯甲酰肼,搅拌均匀后,再转移到砂磨机中,以300转/分钟的速度砂磨30小时,然后加入2.3份聚丙烯酸酯,以150转/分钟的转速搅拌2小时。出料,即得耐氯提升剂。
本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂的外观为:乳白色分散液,其组成为:聚丙烯酸酯2.3%,酰肼衍生物23%,分散剂3.5%,去离子水71.2%。
二、应用
(1)浸轧:将本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂配成8g/L工作液(浓度为8g/L的耐氯提升剂的水溶液),用醋酸调节工作液pH值为5.5,采用一浸一轧的方式处理锦氨纶泳衣织物(92%锦纶8%氨纶,克重170g/m2,荧光红色),轧液率为75%。
(2)热定型:将浸轧过耐氯提升剂工作液的织物在定型机上进行热定型,定型温度为160度,定型时间为30秒。
实施例5、耐氯提升剂的制备及应用
一、制备
将2.8份十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱和1.5份脂肪醇聚氧乙醚【C18H37(CH2CH2O)20H】和0.5份十二烷基磺酸钠加入78份去离子水中,搅拌溶解后,再加入31份十二烷二羧酸二酰肼和3份1,2-二异烟酰基肼,搅拌均匀后,再转移到砂磨机中,以300转/分钟的速度砂磨30小时,然后加入3.2份聚丙烯酸酯,以150转/分钟的转速搅拌2小时。出料,即得耐氯提升剂。
本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂的外观为:乳白色分散液,其组成为:聚丙烯酸酯3.2%,酰肼衍生物34%,分散剂4.8%,去离子水58%。
二、应用
将上述制备得到的耐氯提升剂锦氨纶泳衣织物继续染整,步骤如下:
(1)浸轧:将本实施例制备的耐氯提升剂配成5g/L工作液(浓度为5g/L的耐氯提升剂的水溶液),用柠檬酸调节工作液pH值为5.5,采用一浸一轧的方式处理锦氨纶泳衣织物(92%锦纶8%氨纶,克重170g/m2,浅肤色),轧液率为70%。
(2)热定型:将浸轧过耐氯提升剂工作液的织物在定型机上进行热定型,定型温度为160度,定型时间为30秒。
以北京中纺化工股份有限公司的耐氯固色剂NL-50(用量20g/L)作对比,按照标准ISO 105-E03-1997《纺织品色牢度试验第E03部分耐氯水色牢度(游泳池水)》(有效氯50ppm)测试实施例、对比例以及按照标准AATCC 61-2A-2003《家庭及商业上颜色之洗涤坚牢》水洗1次后的实施例及对比例的耐氯水色牢度,按照ISO 105-A02-1993《纺织品—色牢度试验—评定变色用灰色样卡》进行评级,测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,利用本发明耐氯提升剂对整理后的锦氨纶染色织物的耐氯色牢度与对比例相当或优于对比例,实施例经1次水洗后的耐氯色牢度相比对比例高0.5级,而且色变更小、对手感无影响。本发明提供的耐氯提升剂的制备方法及应用,可以解决现有耐氯固色剂耐洗性差、色变大及手感偏硬的问题,使染色织物的耐氯色牢度达到4级以上,而且色变小,手感好,耐洗性好。
实施例6、耐氯提升剂在制备耐氯印花色浆中的应用
一、配方
以质量百分含量计,高耐氯印花色浆由下述组分组成:
二、制备方法
按照如下步骤制备耐氯印花色浆:
(1)称取7份瓜尔胶、5份硫酸铵和55份水于烧杯中,在电动搅拌机上持续搅拌3小时(转速为200转/分钟),制得印花原糊;
(2)称取0.15份酸性染料、5份尿素、0.5份乙二胺邻苯基大乙酸钠,用25份沸水充分溶解并过滤,滤液即为制得的染料母液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的印花原糊倒入步骤(2)染料母液混合均匀后,再加入3份耐氯单体,在电动搅拌机上持续搅拌0.5小时(转速为150转/分钟),充分搅拌均匀,制得高耐氯印花色浆。粘度为5000CPS。
三、应用
锦氨纶泳衣织物规格:82%锦纶18%氨纶,克重190g/m2
按照如下工艺步骤制备锦氨纶泳衣织物:
锦氨纶坯布除油(除油剂FK-9507N 2g/L;80℃×20min;溢流机除油)→预定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161 20g/L;195℃×30sec)→印花→焙烘(110℃×3min)→汽蒸(102℃×40min)→水洗(拉缸机,皂洗(防沾色净洗剂FK-9500NY 2g/L,纯碱2g/L;50℃×10min)→清水洗→皂洗(防沾色净洗剂FK-9500NY 2g/L,纯碱2g/L;50℃×10min)→清水洗)→成品定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161D 5g/L;160℃×30sec)。
作为本实施例的对比例的印花色浆由按质量百分比的下述物质组成:染料(染料品种及百分含量与对应的实施例相同);二乙基乙二醇5%;海藻酸钠5%;硫酸铵5%;水余量。其成品定型工艺为耐氯固色剂NL-50 20g/L,160℃×30sec。其余应用工艺与实施例完全相同。
按照标准ISO 105-E03-1997《纺织品色牢度试验第E03部分耐氯水色牢度(游泳池水)》(有效氯20ppm)测试实施例、对比例以及按照标准AATCC 61-2A-2003《家庭及商业上颜色之洗涤坚牢》水洗1次后的实施例及对比例的耐氯水色牢度,并对印花着色部位及白底部位分别进行评级,测试结果见表2。

实施例7、耐氯提升剂在制备耐氯印花色浆中的应用
一、配方
以质量百分含量计,高耐氯印花色浆由下述组分组成:

按照如下步骤制备高耐氯印花色浆:
(1)称取7份海藻酸钠、2份柠檬酸和55份水于烧杯中,在电动搅拌机上持续搅拌2小时(转速为250转/分钟),制得印花原糊;
(2)称取0.5份酸性染料、5份尿素、1份六偏磷酸钠,用25份沸水充分溶解并过滤,滤液即为制得的染料母液;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的印花原糊倒入步骤(2)染料母液混合均匀后,再加入5份耐氯单体,在电动搅拌机上搅拌1小时(转速为100转/分钟),充分搅拌均匀,制得高耐氯印花色浆。粘度为4800CPS。
三、应用
锦氨纶泳衣织物规格:92%锦纶8%氨纶,克重170g/m2
按照如下工艺步骤制备锦氨纶泳衣织物:
锦氨纶坯布除油(除油剂FK-9507N 4g/L;85℃×15min;平幅水洗机除油)→预定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161 20g/L,荧光增白剂NFW 450%2g/L;190℃×50sec)→印花→焙烘(120℃×2min)→汽蒸(105℃×35min)→水洗(6槽平幅水洗机,2-5槽防沾色净洗剂FK-9500NY 2g/L,纯碱2g/L;55℃×10min)→成品定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161D 8g/L;160℃×50sec)
作为本实施例的对比例的印花色浆由按质量百分比的下述物质组成:染料(染料品种及百分含量同相对应的实施例);尿素5%;海藻酸钠6%;柠檬酸2%;水余量。其成品定型工艺为耐氯固色剂NL-50 20g/L,160℃×50sec。其余应用工艺与实施例完全相同。
按照标准ISO 105-E03-1997《纺织品色牢度试验第E03部分耐氯水色牢度(游泳池水)》(有效氯50ppm)测试实施例、对比例以及按照标准AATCC 61-2A-2003《家庭及商业上颜色之洗涤坚牢》水洗1次后的实施例及对比例的耐氯水色牢度,并对印花着色部位及白底部位分别进行评级,测试结果见表3。

(3)将步骤(1)制得的印花原糊倒入步骤(2)染料母液混合均匀后,再加入3份耐氯单体,在电动搅拌机上搅拌0.5小时(转速为150转/分钟),充分搅拌均匀,制得高耐氯印花色浆。粘度为4500CPS。
三、应用
锦氨纶泳衣织物规格:77%锦纶23%氨纶,克重150g/m2
按照如下工艺步骤制备锦氨纶泳衣织物:
锦氨纶坯布除油(除油剂FK-9507N 2g/L;80℃×20min;溢流机除油)→预定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161 20g/L,荧光增白剂NFW 450%2g/L;195℃×30sec)→印花→焙烘(130℃×1min)→汽蒸(105℃×40min)→水洗(6槽平幅水洗机,2-5槽防沾色净洗剂FK-9500NY2g/L,纯碱2g/L;45℃×10min)→成品定型(抗高温黄变剂FK-161D 10g/L;160℃×30sec)
作为本实施例的对比例的印花色浆由按质量百分比的下述物质组成:染料(染料品种及百分含量与对应的实施例相同);尿素5%;醚化淀粉5%;硫酸铵5%;水余量。其成品定型工艺为耐氯固色剂NL-50 20g/L,160℃×30sec。其余应用工艺与实施例完全相同。
按照标准ISO 105-E03-1997《纺织品色牢度试验第E03部分耐氯水色牢度(游泳池水)》(有效氯50ppm)测试实施例、对比例以及按照标准AATCC 61-2A-2003《家庭及商业上颜色之洗涤坚牢》水洗1次后的实施例及对比例的耐氯水色牢度,并对印花着色部位及白底部位分别进行评级,测试结果见表3。

从表2、表3及表4可以看出,实施例在印花着色部位的耐氯色牢度与对比例相当,而在白底部位的耐氯色牢度相比对比例高1级以上。利用本发明耐氯提升剂制备得到的高耐氯印花色浆,可以解决现有定型使用耐氯固色剂工艺印花织物白底耐氯色牢度差的问题,使印花织物的整体耐氯色牢度达到4级以上,而且色变小,手感好,耐洗性好,按AATCC标准水洗1次后仍具有可观的耐氯色牢度。

Claims (11)

1.一种耐氯提升剂,以质量百分含量计,它由下述组分组成:1%~5%聚丙烯酸酯、5%~48%酰肼衍生物、0.5%~6%分散剂和余量的水;
所述酰肼衍生物的结构式如式Ⅰ所示,
式Ⅰ中,R为—(CH2)5-11CH3
R1为—H或—CH3
R2为—H、—CH3或—CH2CH3
R3为—H、—CH3、—CH2CH3
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐氯提升剂,其特征在于:以质量百分含量计,所述耐氯提升剂由下述组分组成:2%聚丙烯酸酯、15%酰肼衍生物、2%分散剂和余量的水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐氯提升剂,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸酯的分子量为2000~6000。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐氯提升剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基联苯醚二磺酸钠、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、十二烷基磺丙基甜菜碱、十二烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙醚硫酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐氯提升剂,其特征在于:所述耐氯提升剂的粒径为0.1~2μm;所述耐氯提升剂为分散液。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的耐氯提升剂的制备方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述酰肼衍生物、所述分散剂与水混合后进行砂磨,制得耐氯中间体;
(2)将所述聚丙烯酸酯加入步骤(1)制得的耐氯中间体中,持续搅拌,即得耐氯提升剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述混合为1)先将所述分散剂与水混合后再加入所述酰肼衍生物;或2)先将所述酰肼衍生物与所述分散剂混合后再加入水;和/或,
步骤(1)中,所述砂磨的转速为200~2000转/分钟,时间为5~48小时;和/或,
步骤(2)中,所述搅拌的转速为50~400转/分钟,时间为0.5~4小时。
8.权利要求1-5中任一项所述的耐氯提升剂在下述1)-3)中的至少一种中的应用:
1)在纺织品染色后整理中的应用;
2)在提高锦氨纶染色织物的耐氯色牢度中的应用;
3)在制备耐氯色浆中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:所述应用为在锦氨纶染色织物后整理中的应用。
10.利用权利要求1-5中任一项所述的耐氯提升剂对锦氨纶染色织物进行整理的方法,其特征在于:它包括浸轧步骤和热定型步骤;所述浸轧步骤中,浸轧工作液为权利要求1-5中任一项所述的耐氯提升剂的水溶液。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于:所述浸轧步骤中,所述浸轧工作液中,所述耐氯提升剂的浓度为5~20g/L;所述浸轧工作液的pH值为4~7;和/或,
所述浸轧步骤中,所述浸轧方式为一浸一轧或两浸两轧,轧液率为30%~100%;和/或,
所述热定型步骤中,所述热定型的温度为150~170℃,时间为30~60秒。
