本发明公开了一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)上浆(2)印花(3)蒸化(4)裁剪(5)缝制(6)后整理。本发明牛仔裤免洗生产工艺将现代电脑科技、化工科技、机械自动化科技、印刷科技等完美结合,具有以下三方面优点:低成本,所产的牛仔裤比传统方法便宜约5‑20元不等;高品质,使用的染料为活性染料,色牢度达四级,比传统牛仔裤靛蓝、硫化染料牢度高,耐水洗不掉色、长久如新;低污染,用水量少,尤其不需传统工艺大量使用铅、镉等重金属化合物及壬基酚、辛基酚、全氟辛烷璜酸、联苯胺、甲醛等剥色处理牛仔裤。

一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及服装领域,具体涉及一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺。
背景技术
牛仔裤源于美国,在美国市场已流行了近一百年。在初期,牛仔裤只是一种粗硬坚牢耐用的工作服装而已,因与“时装”两字沾不上边而一直未能登上大雅之堂。直到近二、三十年,经过纺、织、染制衣界的不断努力改进创新,将牛仔裤由粗硬简单而变为织、色、款的多样化,使其由普通单一的西裤类型创出各式独特的风格,再加上其它各具特色的配件变化令人耳目一新,于是牛仔裤逐渐地演变成独具类别的时装,深受青年男女的欢迎。
牛仔裤在生产缝制中一般采用流水作业,整个制作流程包括款式、规格及生产工艺的设计,还包括验料、排料、铺料、裁剪、缝制、水洗、熨烫、烘干和整形等多种生产工艺。
牛仔裤后整理环节中很重要的一环就是洗水工艺,其中主要有:猫须、磨损、褶皱、怀旧、马骝洗、炒雪花、套色。洗水工艺是以严重危害服装生产工人的健康、严重污染自然环境为代价的。洗水工艺中,喷砂的做旧方式已经在外国被禁用,因为进行喷砂操作的工人得不到安全的防护,很容易患上硅肺病。洗水工艺需要使用上百种有毒的化学物品对牛仔裤进行各种漂染和清洗,残留在牛仔裤上的化学物质很可能还会影响穿着者的健康。
因此发明一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,对保护环境和工人身体健康有着十分重要的意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低成本、高品质、低污染的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)上浆:用浆料对白胚布进行预处理;
(2)印花:将活性染料凹印油墨直接喷印到PET薄膜形成图案,再将PET薄膜上的图案转印到上浆后的白胚布;
(3)蒸化;
(4)裁剪;
(5)缝制;
(6)后整理。
所述步骤(1)中的浆料包括下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:印花糊料1-5%,防染盐0-2%,元明粉1-5%,尿素6-10%,小苏打1-3%,余量为水。
所述浆料的制备方法为:将水、印花糊料,防染盐,元明粉,尿素和小苏打,搅拌混合均匀。
所述步骤(2)中的活性染料凹印油墨由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:活性染料25-35%,连接料20-30%,有机溶剂10-30%,消泡剂0.3-0.5%,余量为水。
优选地,所述的活性染料为K型活性染料、M型活性染料或者P型活性染料。
优选地,所述的连接料选自氧化淀粉、酸解淀粉、阳离子淀粉、羟乙基淀粉、淀粉醋酸酯、淀粉磷酸酯、双醛淀粉、交联淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、海藻酸钠中的一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的连接料由40-60wt%羧甲基淀粉钠和40-60wt%羟乙基淀粉组成。
优选地,所述的有机溶剂选自甲苯、酮系有机溶剂(例如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮等),酯系有机溶剂(例如乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸正丙酯、乙酸正丁酯、乙酸异丁酯等),醇系有机溶剂(例如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等),烃系溶剂(甲苯、甲基环己烷等)中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的有机溶剂为乙醇。
优选地,所述的消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、环甲基硅氧烷、氨基硅氧烷、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷中的一种或多种的混合物。
所述活性染料凹印油墨的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
(1)制备色浆:将有机溶剂、水、连接料、消泡剂和活性染料,搅拌混合均匀,得到色浆;
(2)色浆研磨:将所述色浆,置于球磨机中研磨。
优选地,所述步骤(3)蒸化温度95-110℃,时间6-9分钟。
本发明牛仔裤免洗生产工艺将现代电脑科技、化工科技、机械自动化科技、印刷科技等完美结合,具有以下三方面优点:低成本,所产的牛仔裤比传统方法便宜约5-20元不等;高品质,使用的染料为活性染料,色牢度达四级,比传统牛仔裤靛蓝、硫化染料牢度高,耐水洗不掉色、长久如新;低污染,用水量少,尤其不需传统工艺大量使用铅、镉等重金属化合物及壬基酚、辛基酚、全氟辛烷璜酸、联苯胺、甲醛等剥色处理牛仔裤。
具体实施方式
实施例各原料介绍:
活性染料为K型活性染料,采用江苏申新染料化工股份有限公司生产的型号为K-6G的活性嫩黄染料。
羟乙基淀粉,CAS号:9005-27-0,采用西安康诺化工有限公司生产的型号为kono的羟乙基淀粉。
羧甲基淀粉钠,CAS号:9063-38-1,可以制备或者购买得到,采用河北燕兴化工有限公司生产的羧甲基淀粉钠。
消泡剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷,CAS号:63148-62-9。
有机溶剂采用乙醇,CAS号:64-17-5。
印花糊料是指加在印花色浆中能起到增稠作用的高分子化合物。印花糊料在加到印花色浆之前,一般均溶于水或在水中充分溶胀而分散的亲水性高分子稠厚胶体溶液或者是油/水型或水/油型乳化糊.调制成印花色浆时,一部分染料溶解在水中,另一部分染料则溶解、吸附或分散在印花原糊中。组成印花糊料是印花色浆的主要组分,它决定着印花运转性能,染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的光洁度等。
实施例中,印花糊料选用糊料DGT-6,具体采用上海迪灵化工有限公司生产的数码活性上浆糊料DGT-6。
防染盐采用间硝基苯磺酸钠,CAS号:127-68-4,具体采用上虞市海利化工有限公司生产的防染盐S。
元明粉,CAS号:7757-82-6,采用山东鲁秋盐化有限公司生产的型号为一级品,粒度为微晶400目的元明粉。
尿素,CAS号:57-13-6,采用安徽淮化股份有限公司生产的工业尿素。
小苏打,CAS号:144-55-8,采用潍坊海之源化工有限公司生产的粒度为120-170目的工业级小苏打。
白胚布,采用昌邑市华伟布业有限公司生产的纱支24×24,密度68×63,140g/m2,幅宽63-105的全棉胚布。
实施例1
牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)上浆:用浆料对白胚布进行浸泡,温度为60℃,时间为30min,然后在100℃下烘干;
(2)印花:把设计好的花型采用数码喷绘印花,数码喷绘是将通过数字化技术处理的图像输入到计算机,经过电脑印花分色系统(CAD)编辑处理后,再由专用软件(RIP)控制喷印系统将活性染料凹印油墨直接喷印到PET薄膜形成图案,制成转移印花PET薄膜;再将上浆后的白胚布与转移印花PET薄膜同时送入轧车加压,温度160℃,时间3分钟,在上浆后的白胚布上得到印花图案;
(3)蒸化:蒸化温度100℃,时间8分钟;
(4)裁剪,采用智能大视觉激光切割机,对印好的牛仔裤片进行切割裁剪;
(5)缝制;
(6)后整理。
所述步骤(1)中的浆料包括下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:糊料DGT-62%,防染盐S 1%,元明粉2%,尿素8%,小苏打2%,水85%。
浆料的制备方法为:按顺序向水中依次加入糊料DGT-6,防染盐S,元明粉,尿素,小苏打,待每样原料打匀后再加入下一种原料,用磷酸三钠调节PH至8.5,检查浆料无明显颗粒后,再放置2小时,让各原料混合均匀,确保浆料有良好的均一性。
所述活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羧甲基淀粉钠12%、羟乙基淀粉12%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%。
活性染料凹印油墨的制备方法,其包括下述步骤:
(1)制备色浆:先将乙醇和去离子水置于搅拌机中,搅拌8min,在温度30度,转速300转/分时缓慢加入连接料,直至连接料完全溶解,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷作为消泡剂搅拌8min,再加入K型活性染料,搅拌机转速提高到1300转/分,搅拌40分钟,控制黏度至900厘泊,即40度。
(2)色浆研磨:将步骤(1)所得的色浆,置于球磨机中研磨,保持研磨48小时,使色浆细度至0.6微米,控制粘度至80秒,即藏氏2#杯,30度。
实施例2
按实施例1的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺和原料配比制备牛仔裤,区别仅仅在于,其中活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羧甲基淀粉钠24%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%,得到实施例2的牛仔裤。
实施例3
按实施例1的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺和原料配比制备牛仔裤,区别仅仅在于,其中活性染料凹印油墨,由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:K型活性染料30%、羟乙基淀粉24%、乙醇15%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.4%,去离子水30.6%,得到实施例3的牛仔裤。
测试例1
对实施例1-3制得的牛仔裤进行质量测试,具体结果见表1:

由表1可以明显的看出,实施例1(羧甲基淀粉钠和羟乙基淀粉复配)制得牛仔裤质量比实施例2-3(羧甲基淀粉钠和羟乙基淀粉中单一原料)的牛仔裤质量更优。

Claims (5)

1.一种牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)上浆:用浆料对白胚布进行预处理;
(2)印花:将活性染料凹印油墨直接喷印到PET薄膜形成图案,再将PET薄膜上的图案转印到上浆后的白胚布;
(3)蒸化;
(4)裁剪;
(5)缝制;
(6)后整理;
所述步骤(2)中的活性染料凹印油墨由下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:活性染料25-35%,连接料20-30%,有机溶剂10-30%,消泡剂0.3-0.5%,余量为水;
所述的连接料由40-60wt%羧甲基淀粉钠和40-60wt%羟乙基淀粉组成。
2.如权利要求1所述牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,其特征在于,活性染料凹印油墨包括以下步骤制备:
(1)将有机溶剂、水、连接料、消泡剂和活性染料,搅拌混合均匀,得到色浆;
(2)将所述色浆,置于球磨机中研磨。
3.如权利要求1所述的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的浆料包括下述重量百分比的原料制备而成:印花糊料1-5%,防染盐0-2%,元明粉1-5%,尿素6-10%,小苏打1-3%,余量为水。
4.如权利要求1所述的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浆料的制备方法为:将水、印花糊料,防染盐,元明粉,尿素和小苏打,搅拌混合均匀。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的牛仔裤免洗生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)蒸化温度95-110℃,时间6-9分钟。
