技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝绸数码印花无浆料前处理方法。
背景技术
数码喷墨印花作为一种全新的印花方式,近年来得到了迅速的发展,代表了未来纺织品印花领域的发展趋势。数码印花较传统印花有4个优点:(1)省去了传统印花方法中的制版工序,使印花打样速度大大加快,而且打样成本降低。(2)不受花样的花围大小、套数的限制,对花精准、层次丰富,印花效果好,可用于高档纺织品的印花。(3)实现了小批量、快反应的客户需求,可生产高档化、个性化的印花产品。(4)按需喷墨,印花前后的污染很少。印染业内对数码印花的优越性已经达成了共识,称之为“一次纺织印花工艺技术的革命”。数码印花按照着色剂的不同,可分为活性数码印花、酸性数码印花、分散数码印花以及涂料数码印花等。本发明涉及的是活性数码印花。活性数码印花目前的技术状态下前处理工艺就是面料的上浆工序。上浆糊料中主要包括了糊料、碱剂、尿素等助剂。加入糊料的目的是为了在喷印或者蒸化的过程中花型不渗化。它在印花过程中起着载体的作用,在面料蒸化后,糊料在水洗工序中将被去除。无论是天然糊料还是合成糊料,它的存在不仅会延长水洗时间,能耗上升,也会导致废水处理难度增大。碱剂在上浆糊料中的作用是固着活性染料。但由于真丝不耐碱剂,在工艺上对选择何种碱剂以及具体用量至关重要,容易出现薄型丝绸强力下降或者发色不稳定等现象。尿素是一种常见的吸湿剂,有助染料更好的发色,却是导致氨氮指标增高的最大因素。因此,数码印花相比传统工艺虽有较大优势,但仍存在很大的进步空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供了一种丝绸数码印花无浆料前处理方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该丝绸数码印花无浆料前处理方法,包括以下步骤:
浸轧工序:在轧槽内预先配制好由柔软剂、拒水剂、氯化钠和水组成的浸轧液,使丝绸面料平幅进入轧槽,车速在20米/分钟,轧液率控制在80%_100%;
烘干工序:将浸轧后的面料在平幅状态下拉幅烘干,烘干温度在100℃_140℃,拉幅烘干的时间为2_3分钟;
喷印工序:采用数码喷印机进行花型喷印;
蒸化工序:在圆筒蒸化设备内蒸化,蒸化温度为116℃_120℃,蒸化时间为45分钟_60分钟;
水洗工序;
烘干工序:将浸轧后的面料在平幅状态下拉幅烘干,烘干温度在100℃_130℃,拉幅烘干的时间为2_3分钟。
本发明所述的浸轧液中柔软剂的质量浓度为0.2_1克/升,拒水剂的质量浓度为0.2_1克/升,氯化钠的质量浓度为20_40克/升,其余为水,柔软剂和拒水剂的质量浓度比为1:1。
本发明所述的浸轧液配制的顺序为:水、柔软剂、拒水剂先加,搅拌均匀后加入氯化钠。
本发明水洗工序采用平幅水洗机水洗2遍,水洗温度在95℃_100℃,车速20米/分钟,每次水洗2_3分钟。
本发明水洗工序采用采用绳状水洗机,水洗温度在95℃_100℃,皂煮30分钟后再清水洗。
本发明所述的柔软剂属于阳离子柔软剂或者阳离子与非离子柔软剂的混合物,包括季铵盐型柔软剂、脂肪酸酯型柔软剂、石蜡型柔软剂。

本发明具有的有益效果是:数码喷印采用无浆料前处理工艺后,喷印的织物轮廓清晰,层次立体逼真,色彩鲜艳,柔软度好,相比上浆前处理工艺,喷印产品质量整体得到明显提升,解决了以往喷印过程中经常出现的得色浓艳度与精细度相矛盾以及薄型面料由于退浆不尽,手感发硬等问题。另外,无浆料前处理工艺中由于没有糊料存在,因此大大减轻了水洗负担;没有碱剂存在,因此无面料泛黄、强力下降等问题;没有尿素存在,因此无氨氮指标过高的问题。本发明提供的前处理方法适合大规模生产,工艺流程简洁易操作,产品质量稳定。
