Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹棉混纺面料及其生产工艺,由65~80wt%的埃及长绒棉、20~35?wt%%的竹纤维混纺而成,竹纤维为经纱,埃及长绒棉为纬纱,经纱密度为60~65根/厘米,纬纱密度为70~100根/厘米,长绒棉的纱线为180N/3,其生产工艺包括如下步骤:整经、上浆、定型、织造、退浆水洗、煮练、拉幅定型。本发明一种竹棉混纺面料具有透气性好、抗菌抑菌的效果良好的特点,且其生产工艺简单,生产成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料及其生产工艺,尤其是涉及一种竹棉混纺面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
竹棉混纺纤维具有透气性好、抗菌抑菌的效果。目前其织造,后处理工艺存在流程复杂、生产成本较高等的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹棉混纺面料及其生产工艺具有透气性好、抗菌抑菌的效果良好的特点,且其生产工艺简单,生产成本较低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种竹棉混纺面料及其生产工艺。
该混纺面料是由65~80wt%的埃及长绒棉、20~35wt%%的竹纤维混纺而成,竹纤维为经纱,埃及长绒棉为纬纱,经纱密度为58~65根/厘米,纬纱密度为70~100根/厘米,长绒棉的纱线为180N/3。
该混纺面料的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)整经:采用GAI62E型整经机对经纱和纬纱分别整经,经纱整经车速400~550m/min,纬纱整经车速650~850m/min;
2)上浆:对整经之后的经纱和纬纱同时上浆,经、纬纱上浆工艺为H-80A变性淀粉和SBF丙烯酸浆料的混合浆料,前者和后者的比例为3:1,PH在6.5~7.5,上浆温度85℃,浆料粘度7~7.5s,上浆率在10%~12%;
3)定型:蒸汽定型,定型温度100~120℃,定型时间30min;
4)织造:采用G1726型织机织造,车速350~500r/min;
5)退浆水洗:采用淀粉酶MTA为退浆酶5~7g/L,NaCl20g/L,渗透剂2.5g/L,浸轧酶液,保证轧余率在100%~120%,堆置10h后水洗,烘干;
6)煮练:精炼剂TF125C3~4g/L,渗透剂3g/L,浸轧,保证轧余率在80%~85%,时间20min,水洗,烘干;
7)拉幅定型:湿度6%,拉幅定型时车速20~80m/min。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种竹棉混纺面料及其生产工艺具有透气性好、抗菌抑菌的效果良好的特点,且其生产工艺简单,生产成本较低。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
一种竹棉混纺面料是由65wt%的埃及长绒棉、35wt%%的竹纤维混纺而成,竹纤维为经纱,埃及长绒棉为纬纱,经纱密度为58根/厘米,纬纱密度为70根/厘米,长绒棉的纱线为180N/3。
一种竹棉混纺面料的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)整经:采用GAI62E型整经机对经纱和纬纱分别整经,经纱整经车速400m/min,纬纱整经车速650m/min;
2)上浆:对整经之后的经纱和纬纱同时上浆,经、纬纱上浆工艺为H-80A变性淀粉和SBF丙烯酸浆料的混合浆料,前者和后者的比例为3:1,PH在6.5,上浆温度85℃,浆料粘度7s,上浆率在10%;
3)定型:蒸汽定型,定型温度100℃,定型时间30min;
4)织造:采用G1726型织机织造,车速350r/min;
5)退浆水洗:采用淀粉酶MTA为退浆酶5g/L,NaCl20g/L,渗透剂2.5g/L,浸轧酶液,保证轧余率在100%,堆置10h后水洗,烘干;

实施例2:
一种竹棉混纺面料是由80wt%的埃及长绒棉、20wt%的竹纤维混纺而成,竹纤维为经纱,埃及长绒棉为纬纱,经纱密度为65根/厘米,纬纱密度为100根/厘米,长绒棉的纱线为180N/3。
一种竹棉混纺面料的生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)整经:采用GAI62E型整经机对经纱和纬纱分别整经,经纱整经车速550m/min,纬纱整经车速850m/min;
2)上浆:对整经之后的经纱和纬纱同时上浆,经、纬纱上浆工艺为H-80A变性淀粉和SBF丙烯酸浆料的混合浆料,前者和后者的比例为3:1,PH在7.5,上浆温度85℃,浆料粘度7.5s,上浆率在12%;
3)定型:蒸汽定型,定型温度120℃,定型时间30min;
4)织造:采用G1726型织机织造,车速500r/min;
5)退浆水洗:采用淀粉酶MTA为退浆酶7g/L,NaCl20g/L,渗透剂2.5g/L,浸轧酶液,保证轧余率在120%,堆置10h后水洗,烘干;
6)煮练:精炼剂TF125C4g/L,渗透剂3g/L,浸轧,保证轧余率在85%,时间20min,水洗,烘干;
7)拉幅定型:湿度6%,拉幅定型时车速80m/min。

Claims (2)
1.一种竹棉混纺面料,其特征在于:由65~80wt%的埃及长绒棉、20~35wt%%的竹纤维混纺而成,所述竹纤维为经纱,所述埃及长绒棉为纬纱,所述经纱密度为58~65根/厘米,所述纬纱密度为70~100根/厘米,所述长绒棉的纱线为180N/3。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种竹棉混纺面料,其生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)整经:采用GAI62E型整经机对经纱和纬纱分别整经,经纱整经车速400~550m/min,纬纱整经车速650~850m/min;
2)上浆:对整经之后的经纱和纬纱同时上浆,经、纬纱上浆工艺为H-80A变性淀粉和SBF丙烯酸浆料的混合浆料,前者和后者的比例为3:1,PH在6.5~7.5,上浆温度85℃,浆料粘度7~7.5s,上浆率在10%~12%;
