本发明公开了一种适合女性饮用的保健酒,属于保健食品技术领域。该保健酒由以下原料泡制而成：石斛25g，白芍25g，女贞子20g，香橼15g，麦冬20g，土木香15g，丁香20g，小茴香15g，天门冬25g，山楂70g，红枣40g，桑果80g，酒精度40°的白酒5kg。女性饮用具有滋阴补血、调气解郁、养肝明目、安神等功效；本发明通过各原料的结合配比，制得的保健酒不仅味道清香甘甜、温和、具有适宜女性的保健功效，而且饮用后无口干舌燥的症状，特别适合女性饮用。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域，具体是一种适合女性饮用的保健酒。
背景技术
我国有悠久的白酒文化，早在古代，白酒就受到了人民的欢迎，它在保健、治病功效更被医家们所看好，广泛应用于医药领域。饮酒已经成为人们家庭佐餐，朋友聚会，商务谈判等不可或缺的部分。目前饮酒以男性为主，特别是白酒，因其口感甘冽、辛辣，而少有被女性朋友接受。近年来，市场上出现了一款适合女性饮用的酒类——果酒，因其口感酸甜，酒精度低而深入女性喜爱，然而，这类酒与普通含酒精饮料差别不大，作为休闲饮品，不具有保健功能，没能充分发挥白酒的保健效果。市场上的保健酒多以高度白酒加各种中药材泡制而成，但该保健酒的口味同样较为辛辣，同时药材味不易于被大多数女性朋友接受。而且现有的保健酒饮用后会引起口干舌燥、减少唾液分泌等现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是解决现有技术的不足，提供一种口感清香甘甜、饮用后不会出现口干舌燥等不良反应、并具有保健功效的适合女性饮用的保健酒。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明采取如下技术方案：
一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，由以下原料泡制而成：石斛20～30g，白芍20～30g，女贞子15～30g，香橼10～20g，麦冬10～30g，土木香10～20g，丁香10～25g，小茴香10～25g，天门冬15～30g，山楂50～100g，红枣30～50g，桑果50～100g，酒精度40°的白酒5kg。
优选地，本发明的一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，由以下原料泡制而成：石斛25g，白芍25g，女贞子20g，香橼15g，麦冬20g，土木香15g，丁香20g，小茴香15g，天门冬25g，山楂70g，红枣40g，桑果80g，酒精度40°的白酒5kg。
优选地，所述白酒为纯高粱白酒，其余原料均为干品。
本发明还提供前述适合女性饮用的保健酒的制备方法，包括步骤如下：将所述重量份的干品原料用清水洗净；然后将洗净后的原料干品放入蒸锅蒸20分钟，待水汽风干后加入盛有5kg所述白酒的容器中，密封保存2～3个月，过滤即得本发明所述的保健酒。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用多种保健中药材，如：白芍、女贞子、香橼、土木香、麦冬等，女性饮用具有滋阴补血、调气解郁、养肝明目、安神等功效；同时加入桑果、山楂、红枣、丁香可视泡制的保健酒清香甘甜，入口温和且兼具保健功效；原料中的桑果、麦冬、天门冬具有生津止渴、润肺清火的功效，避免饮酒后出现的口干舌燥等不良反应。本发明通过各原料的结合配比，制得的保健酒不仅味道清香甘甜、温和、具有适宜女性的保健功效，而且饮用后无口干舌燥的症状，特别适合女性饮用。
具体实施方式
实施例
本发明的提供一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，其中包括如下原料：石斛25g，白芍25g，女贞子20g，香橼15g，麦冬20g，土木香15g，丁香20g，小茴香15g，天门冬25g，山楂70g，红枣40g，桑果80g；其中，各原料均为干品；还包括酒精度40°的纯高粱白酒5kg。
按分量称取上述原料，并置于清水中洗净；洗净后将上述原料放入蒸锅中蒸制20分钟，消毒杀菌；待蒸好后的原料风干水汽之后放入装有上述分量的白酒的容器中，置于阴凉干燥处密封保存80天，启封后过滤即得本发明的保健酒。本实施了制得的保健酒气味清香，口味甘甜，微酸并带有清淡的药材味，同时入口温和，饮用后无口干舌燥等反应，具有开胃消实等功效。其具有的保健效果和温润的口感，最适合作为女性专用的一款保健酒。

1.一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，其特征在于，由以下原料泡制而成：石斛20～30g，白芍20～30g，女贞子15～30g，香橼10～20g，麦冬10～30g，土木香10～20g，丁香10～25g，小茴香10～25g，天门冬15～30g，山楂50～100g，红枣30～50g，桑果50～100g，酒精度40°的白酒5kg。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，其特征在于，由以下原料泡制而成：石斛25g，白芍25g，女贞子20g，香橼15g，麦冬20g，土木香15g，丁香20g，小茴香15g，天门冬25g，山楂70g，红枣40g，桑果80g，酒精度40°的白酒5kg。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种适合女性饮用的保健酒，其特征在于：所述白酒为纯高粱白酒，其余原料均为干品。
4.制备如权利要求3所述的一种适合女性饮用的保健酒的方法，其特征在于，步骤如下：
将所述重量份的干品原料用清水洗净；然后将洗净后的原料干品放入蒸锅蒸20分钟，待水汽风干后加入盛有5kg所述白酒的容器中，密封保存2～3个月，过滤即得本发明所述的保健酒。
