技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊工艺,尤其是一种铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程。
背景技术
铝合金广泛用于建筑铝门窗、幕墙的框架,具有高塑性、高强度、优良的抗腐蚀性能,适宜压力加工。但由于其熔化温度较低,故其钎焊性差,致使铝合金的应用受到很大局限。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程,它温度为恒温控制,加热均匀、迅速,焊缝质量高,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程,工艺步骤依次为:
a)焊前准备:将基体金属铝合金和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗、干燥后将制件用夹具夹持好;
b)加热:将装有钎剂的盐浴槽放入氩气保护的炉中加热,升温至700℃;
c)保温:将提前装备好的制件放入盐浴槽中保温一定时间;
d)冷却:将制件取出冷却;
e)焊后处理:将制件放入沸水中冲洗除去工件表面残留钎剂,再放入盛有5%硝酸溶液的酸洗槽中浸洗5-15分钟,最后放入清水中冲洗,干燥。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程,所述的钎焊工艺步骤依次为:
a)焊前准备:将基体金属铝合金和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗、干燥后将制件用夹具夹持好;
b)加热:将装有钎剂的盐浴槽放入氩气保护的炉中加热,升温至700℃;
c)保温:将提前装备好的制件放入盐浴槽中保温一定时间;
d)冷却:将制件取出冷却;
e)焊后处理:将制件放入沸水中冲洗除去工件表面残留钎剂,再放入盛有5%硝酸溶液的酸洗槽中浸洗5-15分钟,最后放入清水中冲洗,干燥。
实施例2
一种铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程,其特征在于,工艺步骤依次为:
a)焊前准备:将基体金属铝合金和钎料在70℃温度下用6%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗、干燥后将制件用夹具夹持好;
b)加热:将装有钎剂的盐浴槽放入氩气保护的炉中加热,升温至700℃;
c)保温:将提前装备好的制件放入盐浴槽中保温一定时间;
d)冷却:将制件取出冷却;
e)焊后处理:将制件放入沸水中冲洗除去工件表面残留钎剂,再放入盛有5%硝酸溶液的酸洗槽中浸洗5-15分钟,最后放入清水中冲洗,干燥。

1.一种铝合金的盐浴钎焊工艺过程,其特征在于,工艺步骤依次为:
a)焊前准备:将基体金属铝合金和钎料在60—70℃温度下用5%—6%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗、干燥后将制件用夹具夹持好;
b)加热:将装有钎剂的盐浴槽放入氩气保护的炉中加热,升温至700℃;
c)保温:将提前装备好的制件放入盐浴槽中保温一定时间;
d)冷却:将制件取出冷却;
e)焊后处理:将制件放入沸水中冲洗除去工件表面残留钎剂,再放入盛有5%硝酸溶液的酸洗槽中浸洗5-15分钟,最后放入清水中冲洗,干燥。
