技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊工艺,尤其是一种5052铝合金的钎焊工艺。
背景技术
5052铝合金具有很高的塑性、中等强度、优良的抗腐蚀性能,适宜压力加工。但由于其熔化温度较低,故其钎焊性很差,致使5052铝合金的应用受到很大局限。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种5052铝合金的钎焊工艺,重点是选择4343铝合金作为钎料进行焊接,它操作步骤简单、方便、易于掌握、合格率高,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种5052铝合金的钎焊工艺,其步骤依次为:
a) 钎料选择:钎料选用4343铝合金,牌号CT760,主要成分(单位:wt%)Zn58,Cd39.2,Ag0.8,Cu2,熔化温度为275~365℃;
b) 材料清洗:将基体金属和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗后干燥;
c) 钎焊:具体步骤依次为:
(1)将钎剂用分析纯的乙醇稀释成糊状;
(2)将钎剂刷涂于待焊面上,并放置钎料;
(3)将真空钎焊炉温度预设至410℃,接通电源,开始升温;
(4)升到预定温度后,将装配好的工件放入炉子中加热,使工件均匀达到炉温,保温15~20分钟;
(5)关闭电源,炉中冷却;
(6)取出工件;
d) 焊后处理:用清水冲洗出去工件表面残留钎剂,再用10%硝酸溶液浸洗5-15分钟,干燥。
本发明具有如下优点:操作步骤简单、方便、易于掌握、合格率高,用此工艺焊接的5052铝合金制件具有良好的机械性能和力学性能。

下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种5052铝合金的钎焊工艺,其步骤依次为:
a) 钎料选择:钎料选用4343铝合金,牌号CT760,主要成分(单位:wt%)Zn58,Cd39.2,Ag0.8,Cu2,熔化温度为275~365℃;

1.一种5052铝合金的钎焊工艺,其特征在于,所述的钎焊工艺步骤依次为:
a) 钎料选择:钎料选用4343铝合金,牌号CT760,主要成分(单位:wt%)Zn58,Cd39.2,Ag0.8,Cu2,熔化温度为275~365℃;
b) 材料清洗:将基体金属和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗后干燥;
c) 钎焊:具体步骤依次为:
(1)将钎剂用分析纯的乙醇稀释成糊状;
(2)将钎剂刷涂于待焊面上,并放置钎料;
(3)将真空钎焊炉温度预设至410℃,接通电源,开始升温;
(4)升到预定温度后,将装配好的工件放入炉子中加热,使工件均匀达到炉温,保温15~20分钟;
(5)关闭电源,炉中冷却;
(6)取出工件;
