技术领域
本发明涉及一种钎焊工艺,尤其是一种3003防锈铝合金的钎焊工艺。
背景技术
3003防锈铝合金是一种用途最为广泛的防锈铝,在退火状态有很高的塑性,在半冷作硬化时塑性尚好,冷作硬化时塑性低,耐腐蚀好,焊接性良好,可切削性能不良。主要用于要求高的可塑性和良好的焊接性的零件。但由于铝合金低的熔化温度,故其钎焊性较差,致使其应用受到局限。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种3003防锈铝合金的钎焊工艺,重点是选择4343铝硅合金作为焊接材料进行焊接,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种3003防锈铝合金的钎焊工艺,其钎焊工艺的步骤依次为:
a)选择钎料:钎料选用4343铝硅合金,具有熔点低、流动性好、耐蚀性好等特点,主要成分(单位:wt%)Si4.5-5.2,Zn0.1-0.2,Ag0.8,Cu0.2-0.3,Al余量,熔化温度为560~600℃;
b)材料准备:基体金属选用3003防锈铝合金板材与波浪形带料;
c)材料清洗:将基体金属和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗后干燥;
d)钎焊:钎焊在氮气保护的钎焊炉中进行,具体步骤依次为:
(1)将钎剂用分析纯的乙醇稀释成糊状;
(2)将钎剂刷涂于基体金属的待焊面上;
(3)将基体金属与钎料自下而上依次按照3003板材,4343铝硅钎料,3003波浪形带料,4343铝硅钎料,3003板材的顺序摆放,并用夹具夹紧;
(4)将氮气保护的钎焊炉温度预设至600℃,接通电源,开始升温;
(5)带炉温升到预定温度后,将装配好的工件放入炉子中,使工件均匀达到炉温后,保温15~20分钟;
(6)关闭电源,使工件在炉中冷却;
(7)取出工件;
e)焊后处理:用清水冲洗除去工件表面残留钎剂,再用10%硝酸溶液浸洗5-10分钟,取出工件烘干。

如图1所示的一种3003防锈铝合金的钎焊工艺,其钎焊工艺步骤依次为:
a)选择钎料:钎料选用4343铝硅合金,具有熔点低、流动性好、耐蚀性好等特点,主要成分(单位:wt%)Si4.5-5.2,Zn0.1-0.2,Ag0.8,Cu0.2-0.3,Al余量,熔化温度为560~600℃;
b)材料准备:基体金属选用3003防锈铝合金板材与波浪形带料;

1.一种3003防锈铝合金的钎焊工艺,其特征在于,所述的钎焊工艺步骤依次为:
a)选择钎料:钎料选用4343铝硅合金,具有熔点低、流动性好、耐蚀性好等特点,主要成分(单位:wt%)Si4.5-5.2,Zn0.1-0.2,Ag0.8,Cu0.2-0.3,Al余量,熔化温度为560~600℃;
b)材料准备:基体金属选用3003防锈铝合金板材与波浪形带料;
c)材料清洗:将基体金属和钎料在60℃温度下用5%(质量分数)的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡1-2分钟除掉表面杂质和油污,再用大量水冲洗后干燥;
d)钎焊:钎焊在氮气保护的钎焊炉中进行,具体步骤依次为:
(1)将钎剂用分析纯的乙醇稀释成糊状;
