Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物饮料,所述植物饮料的原料成分的重量配比为:荷花8~10份、维生素B1~3份、金银花10~20份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯4~6份、白术15~25份、蜂蜜3~5份、郁李仁20~40份、木糖醇5~7份、桑叶4~6份、陈皮6~8份、胖大海4~6份、水150~250份,经过粉碎、煎煮、浸泡、提取、翻炒制得。本发明还提供了一种通过上述制备方法得到的植物饮料。本发明植物饮料的制备工艺简单,能够充分发挥各种原材料的功效,消费群体广泛。

技术领域
本发明属于饮料领域,涉及一种植物饮料。
背景技术
植物饮料,指的是以植物或植物抽提物(茶、咖啡除外)为原料(非果蔬类植物的根、茎、叶、花、种子及竹或树木自身分泌的汁液,如谷物、食用菌、食用藻类和蕨类、可可、菊花等)经加工或发酵制成的饮料制品,是继碳酸、果蔬饮料之后的第三代饮品。植物饮料由于天生具备“天然、绿色、营养、健康”的品类特征,符合饮料市场发展潮流和趋势,越来越受消费者喜爱。经常服用金银花浸泡或煎剂有利于风火目赤、咽喉肿痛、肥胖症、肝热症和肝热型高血压的治疗与康复,菊花具有治疗冠心病、降低血压、预防高血脂、抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗衰老等多种药理活性。虽然目前的市场上出现有利用金银花或菊花作为原料制备的植物饮料,但制备过程中添加有白砂糖等高热量甜味剂以及防腐剂等化学物质,不仅降低了产品的营养保健价值,而且对于糖尿病人不适合饮用,消费群体有限。
针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种植物饮料,该植物饮料不仅能够发挥金银花和菊花营养保健功效,而且几乎适合所有的消费者饮用,本发明的植物饮料不仅具有独特的口感,而且具有清热利肺、利尿解毒、祛痰止咳、健脾开胃、降血脂、降血压功效。另外,上述植物饮料具有较高的营养价值,且老少皆宜,四季都适合饮用。

针对上述问题,本发明提供一种植物饮料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种植物饮料,原料成分的重量配比如下:荷花8~10份、维生素B1~3份、金银花10~20份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯4~6份、白术15~25份、蜂蜜3~5份、郁李仁20~40份、木糖醇5~7份、桑叶4~6份、陈皮6~8份、胖大海4~6份、水150~250份。
进一步,所述植物饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:荷花8份、维生素B1份、金银花10份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯4份、白术15份、蜂蜜3份、郁李仁20份、木糖醇5份、桑叶4份、陈皮6份、胖大海4份、水150份。
进一步,所述植物饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:荷花9份、维生素B2份、金银花15份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯5份、白术20份、蜂蜜4份、郁李仁30份、木糖醇6份、桑叶5份、陈皮7份、胖大海5份、水200份。
进一步,所述植物饮料,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:荷花10份、维生素B3份、金银花20份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯6份、白术25份、蜂蜜5份、郁李仁40份、木糖醇7份、桑叶6份、陈皮8份、胖大海6份、水250份。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有效清除体内热气、积火的清热泻火的功效;
(2)制作工艺简单,无污染。
