一种正营养水果复合原体浆高级保健饮料的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
分别将各种水果原料用杀菌水清洗,再用无菌饮用水清洗干净,用消毒杀菌过后去皮去核的机器或人工加工各种可食部原料,除刺梨、桑葚和无花果不加工,因为这3种水果是100%的可食部,有些水果不需要去核,象草莓、猕猴桃、芭蕉、菠萝,加工方式有所差别。把加工好的可食部各种水果原料组合在一起,进入杀菌过的纳米粉碎机和纳米磨浆机组合的加工设备,加工成一种正营养水果复合原体浆成品即可。用1:1的方式加无菌饮用水即成一种正营养水果复合原体浆高级保健饮料。

蛋白质9.82克、脂肪3.89克、碳水化合物187.13克、膳食纤维21.54克、维生素A843微克、胡萝卜素5120微克、维生素B10.33毫克、维生素B20.47毫克、烟酸4.59毫克、维生素C2392.20毫克、维生素E14.52毫克、钙462.35毫克、磷271.50毫克、钾1678.15毫克、纳43.81毫克、镁170.20毫克、铁15.21毫克、锌3.87毫克、硒9.07微克、铜2.30毫克、锰2.98毫克。

1000克正营养水果复合原体浆是以可食部苹果50克、香梨60克、大山楂45克、海棠果15克、蜜桃45克、李子20克、酸枣50克、樱桃15克、杏15克、鲜枣40克、葡萄60克、柿子25克、桑葚55克、沙棘60克、无花果35克、草莓25克、猕猴桃60克、蜜橘25克、柚子15克、芭蕉55克、菠萝20克、刺梨60克、桂圆60克、荔枝50克、枇杷40克,以1:1的方式加无菌饮用水就是一种正营养水果复合原体浆高级保健饮料。
