Abstract
本发明涉及一种可预涂厌氧胶的组成。
现有技术中将胶液制成微胶囊再与粘附材料配合使用,这样会使制备工作量较大。本发明提供的预涂厌氧胶,是采用丙烯酸-乙烯基化合物-马来酸酐三元共聚物制成粘附材料,其用量为胶液的4-20%,多羟基化合物的丙烯酸酯及其混合物为厌氧胶单体,其用量为胶液的20-60%,并加入用高分子材料包覆的固化促进剂和固化引发剂微胶囊组成预涂厌氧胶。该胶具有无公害、成本低廉、工艺简便的优点。

本发明涉及一种可预涂厌氧胶的组成。
厌氧性粘合密封(简称厌氧胶),在氧气存在下,能呈液体状态贮存,在用于各种机械零件装配与固定时,由于与空气隔绝而很快固化,从而达到粘合与密封的目的,厌氧胶虽然已广泛地应用于各种机械制造与维修工业中的零部件防松,防漏与粘接,但是一般的液体厌氧胶在使用时需要现场清洗零件、涂胶、除去余胶等工艺,给操作带来不便。可预涂厌氧胶可以预先在零件上(如螺纹件上)涂布好厌氧胶胶囊进行干燥,制成预涂胶零件,可贮存起来待装配使用时挤压破胶币而发生反应,从而达到自动固化密封锁固的目的,不需现场涂布,使操作大为方便。可预涂厌氧胶的制造方法,以往多为将胶液制成微胶囊,再与粘附剂配合使用,将厌氧胶液制成微胶囊的方法有最早的凝胶法,以后的用氧化还原引发的界面聚合法,近年来也有采用有机合成聚合物作壳体的包覆法,这些方法已应用于生产,但缺点是,一般需要将所有厌氧胶液都制成胶囊,再与粘附剂配合使用,这样制备工作量较大而且由于环保的原因,近年已向水剂型发展,将微胶囊与粘附剂混合制成胶浆状液体,即为可预涂厌氧胶。
预涂厌氧胶的制造方法除微胶囊方法外,也有将厌氧胶液与腊状高分子化合物制成固体状不流动厌氧胶,使用时熔化涂布于螺纹件上,制成预涂件,待装配后固化(EP.103,474,Ger.effen.1,900,126)及将厌氧胶液先涂刷在螺纹件上,再涂上一层氰基丙烯酸酯使表面形成一层膜而制成预涂件(Can.993,733.Bril.1,422,439),此外还有用马来酸酐与乙烯基化合物的二元共聚物的水溶液为分散介质的技术(USP.4,417,028,1983)。
本发明的可预涂胶,采用悬浮分散粘附剂和厌氧胶组成,促进剂与引发剂分别用高分子包覆法制成不溶于水的微胶囊,当各组成混合物成为胶液后,胶液中的厌氧胶组成物不易相互发生反应,在制成预涂零件使用时由于挤压胶囊破裂才迅速反应。
本发明提供的可预涂厌氧胶是这样组成的:
预涂厌氧胶的粘附剂材料:采用水溶性三元共聚合物材料丙烯酸—乙烯基化合物——马来酸酐三元共聚合物为粘附剂材料,推荐用甲基丙烯酸——苯乙烯——马来酸酐,对金属材料特别是对一些堕性材料如锌、镉表面粘附性能好,在制备粘附剂时可调节粘附剂组成比例来改变粘附性能,粘附剂的用量通常为胶液的4-20%,最佳用量为5-15%,粘附剂的PH值为3-8,最好PH为4-7,PH值用氨水或氢氧化钠来调节。粘附剂中含有阻聚剂,如对苯二酚,蒽醌,用量为胶液的0.001-5%。
预涂胶单体的主要组份:本发明采用多羟基化合物的丙烯酸酯及其混合物为厌氧胶单体,如乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,一缩二乙醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,苯酐——一缩二乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯环氧树脂(甲基)丙烯酸酯等,单体用量为胶液的20-60%,最佳用量为30-50%,厌氧胶液制成分散稳定的悬浮液。
固化促进剂:含氮或含硫的有机化合物,如糖精,脂肪族和芳香族叔胺,四甲基硫脲,苯基硫脲、或采用有机金属化合物如二茂铁,二茂铜及其它金属盐,本发明的促进剂是用高分子材料预先包覆制成微胶囊,促进剂用量一般为0.001-2%最佳为0.01-1%。
固化引发剂:可采用有机过氧化物,如叔丁基过氧化氢,过氧化氢异丙苯,过氧化二苯甲酰,过氧化二叔丁基,过氧化二异丙苯等,引发剂用高分子化合物包覆制成微胶。
引发剂用量为0.5-10%,最佳用量1-5%,引发剂微胶囊单独贮存,涂布前才与胶液混合。
预涂胶的其它组成还有螯合剂,触变剂,染料,填料等。
本发明可预涂厌氧胶是以水溶性高聚物材料为粘附材料,具有无公害,成本低廉的优点。
实施例一
粘附剂材料用丙烯酸——苯乙烯——马来酸酐共聚物的合成:苯乙烯20g,丙烯酸40g,马来酸酐40g,二氯甲烷600ml,偶氮二异丁腈0.5g,在60℃聚合3小时,产物经过滤,干燥,而制得。
促进剂:环氧树脂E-5113.7g,环氧660 5.8g,二茂铁0.5g,溶解均匀后慢慢加入含PVA-1788 2.0g,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5g,OP-101.0的80kg水溶液中,分散均匀,加热至60℃,加二乙烯三胺8.0g,反应3小时,产物经水洗、干燥、过筛后即可使用。
固化剂:称取甲醛水溶液(36%)250g,尿素90%,调节PH7~9,加热至70℃反应1小时,制得预聚体,再取预聚体100g,过氧化二苯甲酰10g,调节PH1.5-3,反应3小时,洗涤、过滤、干燥、过筛即可使用。
胶液的配制:将丙烯酸——苯乙烯——马来酸酐共聚物。加水溶解,用NaOH调节PN为4-6,再加入促进剂,单体及其它组成搅拌,分散均匀。
将以上所制备的胶液100g,加3g固化剂分别涂布于M10的钢制螺栓和M10钢制磷化螺栓,在70℃下烘干30分钟冷至室温后,装配螺母、在室温下固化24小时,测得破坏扭矩Tg/松出钮矩Tg如表1。上述预涂胶可有多种组成,如:

Claims (11)
1、一种水基型预涂厌氧胶,由高分子聚合物制成悬浮分散粘附剂和厌氧胶液组成,其特征在于采用丙烯酸-乙烯基化合物-马来酸酐三元共聚物制成粘附材料,其用量为胶液的4~20%,多羟基化合物的丙烯酸酯及其混合物为厌氧胶单体,其用量为胶液的20~60%,并加入用高分子材料包覆的含氮或含硫有机化合物的固化促进剂,和有机过氧化物组成的固化引发剂微胶囊,组成预涂厌氧胶。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于粘附剂的三元共聚物是甲基丙烯酸-苯乙烯-马来酸酐,其用量为胶液的5~15%。
3、根据权利要求1中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于粘附剂水液中含有阻聚剂。
4、根据权利要求3中所述的阻聚剂,其特征在于所述阻聚剂是对苯二酚或蒽醌,其用量为胶液的0.001~1%。
5、根据权利要求1中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于粘附剂含有触变剂。
6、根据权利要求5中所述的触变剂,其特征在于所述的触变剂是二氧化硅,其用量为胶液的0.01~5%。
7、根据权利要求1中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于厌氧胶单体所用的多羟基化合物是一缩二乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,二缩三乙醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,苯酐-一缩二乙二醇双甲基丙烯酸酯,环氧树脂甲基丙烯酸酯及其混合物,单体用量为30~50%。
8、根据权利要求1中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于固化促进剂为有机胺类,二茂金属盐,其用量为胶液的0.001~2%。
9、根据权利要求1或8中所述的预涂厌氧胶,其特征在于固化促进剂有机胺类,二茂金属盐用量为0.01~1%。
