Abstract

本发明为一种厌氧胶及其制备方法。本厌氧胶含有有机酰肼、乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐、甲基丙烯酸双酯单体、邻苯磺酰亚胺及气相二氧化硅等。其制备方法简单易行,且使用方便,是一种既快固又高度稳定且贮存期长的厌氧胶。

Description

一种厌氧胶及其制备方法
本发明涉及胶类,特别是涉及一种含有有机酰肼、螯合剂的新型厌氧胶及其制备方法。
随着改革开放的不断深入,国民经济的不断发展,各行各业的新生事物层出不穷,特别是性能优良的新型材料更是有取代使用多年的、已经暴露了很多缺陷而不适应现代化工业生产要求的旧式材料的明显趋势。目前,市售现有的厌氧胶组成一般均采用的是含氮化合物(如三乙胺、N、N-二甲基苯胺等)、或者是含硫化合物(如四甲基硫脲等)做为加速剂,而以酚类(如对苯二酚)、醌类(如对苯醌)做稳定剂,这些厌氧胶普遍存在着固化慢、贮存期短、制备时添加量要求严格、生产过程易凝胶及气味大等缺点。
本发明的目的是提供一种既快固又高度稳定的厌氧胶。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述厌氧胶的制备方法。
本发明的厌氧胶含有甲基丙烯酸双酯单体、有机酰肼、邻苯磺酰亚胺、乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐、气相二氧化硅和有机过氧化物,所述成份的重量份数配比如下:
甲基丙烯酸双酯单体        60~95份
有机酰肼                  0.1~5份
邻苯磺酰亚胺              0.1~5份
乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐      0.1~5份
气相二氧化硅              0.1~5份
有机过氧化物              1~10份
本发明的厌氧胶还可以含有染料,如孔雀绿、耐晒红和亚甲兰,重量份数配比为0.005~1份。
本发明的厌氧胶还可以包括填料,如氧化钛、氧化铝、硅微粉和四氟粉,重量份数配比为10~30份。
本发明的厌氧胶中所述甲基丙烯酸双酯单体,优选为E-44环氧二甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醚二异氰酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯、三缩四乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯及聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
本发明的厌氧胶中所述有机酰肼是促进剂,优选为苯甲酰肼和乙酰苯肼;所述乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐是螯合剂,在胶组成中起到稳定剂的作用;所述气相二氧化硅在胶组成中起到触变剂的作用。
本发明的厌氧胶中所述有机过氧化物是固化引发剂,优选为异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢。
本发明的厌氧胶利用有机酰肼做促进剂,以螯合剂作稳定剂,具有既能快速固化:在1~5min内可固定,又高度稳定,且贮存期长:可达1年半至2年等特点。
本发明的厌氧胶是这样制备的:先将甲基丙烯酸双酯单体与乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐在60~90℃下混合搅拌1-3小时后,加入有机酰肼、邻苯磺酰亚胺及气相二氧化硅,搅拌至全溶后,冷至室温,再加入有机过氧化物搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的厌氧胶的制备方法工艺合理,设备简单,操作方便,成本低,效益高。
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例
制备一种既快固又高度稳定的新型厌氧胶,它含有三缩四乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、异丙苯过氧化氢、苯甲酰肼、邻苯磺酰亚胺、乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐、亚甲兰、气相二氧化硅,其中每种成份的重量份数配比如下:
三缩四乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯     92份
异丙苯过氧化氢    4.0份    苯甲酰肼    1.0份
邻苯磺酰亚胺      1.2份    亚甲兰       0.2份
气相二氧化硅      1.0份    乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐    0.6份
制备时,先将三缩四乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯同乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐一起,在80℃下搅拌2小时,再加入除异丙苯过氧化氢外的其余组份,搅拌至全溶后,冷至室温,最后加入异丙苯过氧化氢,搅拌均匀即得成品。
本胶液可使钢制(普通低碳钢)M10螺栓和螺母在3~5min定位,室温下固化24小时后,测得的破坏扭矩为25N.M,松出平均扭矩为28N.M。

Claims (8)

1、一种厌氧胶,其特征是它含有甲基丙烯酸双酯单体、有机酰肼、邻苯磺酰亚胺、乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐、气相二氧化硅和有机过氧化物。
2、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于:所述成份的重量份数配比如下:
甲基丙烯酸双酯单体           60~95份
有机酰肼                    0.1~5份
邻苯磺酰亚胺                0.1~5份
乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐         0.1~5份
气相二氧化硅                0.1~5份
有机过氧化物                1~10份
3、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于还含有染料,所述染料为孔雀绿、耐晒红和亚甲兰,重量份数配比为0.005~1份。
4、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于还包括填料,所述填料为氧化钛、氧化铝、硅微粉和四氟粉,重量份数配比为10~30份。
5、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于:所述甲基丙烯酸双酯单体,为E-44环氧二甲基丙烯酸酯、聚醚二异氰酸酯二甲基丙烯酸酯、三缩四乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯及聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯。
6、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于:所述有机酰肼为苯甲酰肼和乙酰苯肼;
7、如权利要求1所述的厌氧胶,其特征在于:所述有机过氧化物为异丙苯过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢。
8、一种如权利要求1-7之一的厌氧胶的制备方法,其特征是:将甲基丙烯酸双酯单体与乙撑二胺四乙酸二钠盐在60~90℃下混合搅拌1-3小时后,加入有机酰肼、邻苯磺酰亚胺及气相二氧化硅,搅拌至全溶后,冷至室温,再加入有机过氧化物搅拌均匀即可。
