随着人类对地球保护意识、能源枯竭意识、安全意识和纺织卫生意识的增强,追求时尚,生态、环保、健康逐渐成为主流意识。浙江真爱毯业科技有限公司研制开发的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯,所用原料蓄热保暖纤维是蓄热保暖纤维,可以将阳光转换为远红外线的纤维,阳光中波长0.3-2μm的能量占其总能量的95%以上,而人体散发的热辐射波长为10μm,几乎100%被反射,因此蓄热保暖纤维具有极好的蓄热保温功能,并且能使人体血管扩张,促进血液流动,改善新陈代谢。
奈纳锗纤维是将无机锗研磨成纳米粉体后,结合无机载体制作成母粒,在纺丝时加入,使纤维具有永久的功能性。奈纳锗纤维释放出的负离子可促使微血管扩张,加速血液循环,使人体升温保暖;还可以促进人体新陈代谢,加快能量交换,减少疲劳感,运动后促使人体肌肉组织生成较多能量物质糖元,可以快速恢复体能。负离子空气被人们称之为“长寿素”或“空气维生素”,能有效减少自由基,减少对人体正常组织细胞的损害,有效减缓人体衰老,增强人体免疫力。临床实践证明负离子具有调整血液酸碱度、改善心肌功能、增强细胞代谢、提高免疫力等功效,对人体的健康、长寿及生态产生重大的影响。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了解决现有制作的毛毯光泽黯淡,手感较差,且没有保健功能的缺陷而提供一种环保,具有手感滑爽、吸湿透气性好、色泽亮丽、毯面丰满圆滑、保暖性好蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以蓄热保暖纤维与奈纳锗纤维作为毛绒纱,涤纶牵伸丝作为地纱,5根蓄热保暖纤维与1根奈纳锗纤维合成一股;
2)编织:在双针床经编机上对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织、剖绒,得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品;
3)前整理:将步骤2)得到的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行定型、刷毛、烫光、打卷;
4)染色:将染色液pH调节至5.8-6.8后,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品置于染色液中进行染色,之后用还原清洗液对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行还原清洗,再用质量百分浓度为0.5-0.6%的醋酸溶液中和,水洗出缸,之后烘干,对烘干后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行蒸化,蒸化后用柔软液进行柔软平滑处理,最后再烘干;
5)后整理:对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫光、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合,即得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库。
在本技术方案中,本发明以150D/72F蓄热保暖纤维与奈纳锗纤维作为毛绒纱,150D/36FFDY涤纶牵伸丝作为编链、衬纬纱在HDR5DPLM30拉舍尔经编机上织造,整经过程中通过减小纱线张力,利用H40-21NC电脑控制(CNC)拷贝整经机的优良性能,保证纱线张力均匀一致;在织造过程,通过控制车间的相对温湿度,结合HDR5DPLM30拉舍尔经编机的性能,设计出符合其特性的上机组织。对剖绒后的白坯布先进行预定型和烫光处理,使染色前的毯面绒毛卷曲度降低,毛束散松有利于染色、柔软处理及后整理加工。
作为优选,蓄热保暖纤维的规格为150D/72F,奈纳锗纤维的规格为140D/70F-160D/150F,涤纶牵伸丝的规格为150D/36F。
作为优选,步骤(2)中编织的具体工艺为:在机号为16-20,型号为E2291A的双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12mm,编织速度为430-450转/分;用1、6号梳栉在前后针床分别编织3针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉在前后针床分别编织开口编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前后针床编织闭口编链组织毛绒。

作为优选,步骤4)中,染色液pH用醋酸或硫酸铵调节,染色浴比1:10-12,染色温度为140-155℃,染色时间为45-55min,染色液的具体配方为:LonsperseEE系列分散染料0.7-0.8g/L、花青素1.1-1.3g/L、助剂3-4g/L、高温分散剂1-2g/L与高温匀染剂0.5-1g/L,所述助剂由1-2g/L的碳酸钠、2g/L的保险粉、15-20g/L的茶多酚与1.2-1.5g/L的纳米二氧化钛组成。

作为优选,步骤5)后整理中,烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,定型门幅158-162cm,温度110-120℃,定型速度17-20m/min;刷毛采用MB211E型双辊刷毛机,速度3-4m/min,顺毛进机,刷毛隔距2.5mm;烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫剪机,烫光温度120-130℃,速度7-10m/min;烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯正面进行烫剪,温度120-130℃,速度8-10m/min;起毛采用ME331E起毛机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯反面进行起毛,速度8-10m/min。

作为优选,蒸化固色完成后的坯布进行水洗,水洗工艺流程:清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→高温皂洗槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→柔软剂槽,高温皂洗槽的温度为92-95℃,柔软剂槽中柔软剂的质量分数为4.2-4.5%,平滑剂的质量分数为0.08-0.1%,柔软剂槽中还加有质量分数2-5%的羟基化改性卵磷脂与0.2-0.5%的吐温,余量为水。在本技术方案中,卵磷脂为油性物质,具有良好的润滑效果,能够被纤维吸收,从而提升纤维的韧性以及手感,使得毛毯的绒毛具有良好的抗压能力。此外卵磷脂对身体无害,为绿色原料。吐温具有很好的乳化作用,同时也能够增加卵磷脂的溶解度。
作为优选,羟基化改性卵磷脂的制备方法为:将卵磷脂与浓度为50-60wt%的乳酸溶液混合均匀后加热搅拌,其中所述卵磷脂与乳酸溶液的质量比为100:(4-6),加热温度为70-80℃,加热时间40-60min;在加热搅拌过程中向反应液逐渐加入质量为所述卵磷脂20-25%的浓度为30wt%的双氧水溶液;在加热搅拌结束后向反应液滴加氢氧化钠溶液至中性,最后真空干燥后制得羟基化改性卵磷脂。在本技术方案中,普通的卵磷脂的流动性较差,粘度较高,不利于被纤维吸收以及在纤维表面成膜,改性后的卵磷脂的流动性被大大提升,且更容易被纤维吸收以及在纤维表面成膜。

在本发明中,若非特指,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,其中,合成净洗剂购自上虞市海峰化工有限公司;表面活性剂购自广州弈城化工有限公司;下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
蓄热保暖纤维的规格为150D/72F,奈纳锗纤维的规格为140D/70F-160D/150F,涤纶牵伸丝的规格为150D/36F。
实施例1
一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以蓄热保暖纤维与奈纳锗纤维作为毛绒纱,涤纶牵伸丝作为地纱,5根蓄热保暖纤维与1根奈纳锗纤维合成一股;
2)编织:在双针床经编机上对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织、剖绒,得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品;编织的具体工艺为:在机号为16-20,型号为E2291A的双针床经编机上,前后针床隔距为12mm,编织速度为430转/分;用1、6号梳栉在前后针床分别编织3针衬纬组织,2、5号梳栉在前后针床分别编织开口编链组织,3、4号梳栉在前后针床编织闭口编链组织毛绒;
3)前整理:将步骤2)得到的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行定型、刷毛、烫光、打卷;定型时,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品在室温下浸入处理液中,处理液以2℃/min的速率升温至50℃,然后保温45min,以3℃/min的速率降温至室温后将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品取出水洗,处理液中含有以下物质:硅酸钠0.3g/L、元明粉2g/L、硅酸铝0.22g/L、甲壳素1.2g/L与渗透剂0.5g/L,浴比1:20;
4)染色:将染色液pH调节至5.8后,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品置于染色液中进行染色,之后用还原清洗液对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行还原清洗,再用质量百分浓度为0.5%的醋酸溶液中和,水洗出缸,之后烘干,对烘干后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行蒸化,蒸化后用柔软液进行柔软平滑处理,最后再烘干;
其中,染色液pH用醋酸调节,染色浴比1:10,染色温度为140℃,染色时间为45min,染色液的具体配方为:Lonsperse黄棕EE0.7g/L、花青素1.1g/L、助剂3g/L、高温分散剂1g/L与高温匀染剂0.5g/L,所述助剂由1g/L的碳酸钠、2g/L的保险粉、15g/L的茶多酚与1.2g/L的纳米二氧化钛组成;还原清洗液包括1.5g/L的净洗剂、1.5g/L的表面活性剂、10g/L海藻粉与20g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度50℃,清洗时间30min;
染色完成之后,开始印花步骤,印花步骤是将坯布放入印花机进行印花,印花机的磁力采用12kg,磁车速度为20m/min,网版目数60目,刮印次数为5次;烘燥步骤是将印花后的花坯布放入渗透机,渗透压力位12kg,然后在160℃温度下将花坯布烘干;蒸化固色步骤是将烘燥后的花坯布放入蒸化锅进行蒸化固色处理,蒸化温度为145℃,蒸化时间为25min;

5)后整理:对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫光、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合,即得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;后整理中,烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,定型门幅158cm,温度110℃,定型速度17m/min;刷毛采用MB211E型双辊刷毛机,速度3m/min,顺毛进机,刷毛隔距2.5mm;烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫剪机,烫光温度120℃,速度7m/min;烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯正面进行烫剪,温度120℃,速度8m/min;起毛采用ME331E起毛机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯反面进行起毛,速度8m/min。
实施例2
一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以蓄热保暖纤维与奈纳锗纤维作为毛绒纱,涤纶牵伸丝作为地纱,5根蓄热保暖纤维与1根奈纳锗纤维合成一股;

4)染色:将染色液pH调节至6后,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品置于染色液中进行染色,之后用还原清洗液对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行还原清洗,再用质量百分浓度为0.55%的醋酸溶液中和,水洗出缸,之后烘干,对烘干后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行蒸化,蒸化后用柔软液进行柔软平滑处理,最后再烘干;
其中,染色液pH用醋酸或硫酸铵调节,染色浴比1:11,染色温度为145℃,染色时间为50min,染色液的具体配方为:Lonsperse红玉EE0.75g/L、花青素1.2g/L、助剂3.5g/L、高温分散剂1.5g/L与高温匀染剂0.8g/L,所述助剂由1.5g/L的碳酸钠、2g/L的保险粉、18g/L的茶多酚与1.3g/L的纳米二氧化钛组成;还原清洗液包括1.7g/L的净洗剂、1.8g/L的表面活性剂、13g/L海藻粉与22g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度53℃,清洗时间30min;
染色完成之后,开始印花步骤,印花步骤是将坯布放入印花机进行印花,印花机的磁力采用13kg,磁车速度为22m/min,网版目数70目,刮印次数为6次;烘燥步骤是将印花后的花坯布放入渗透机,渗透压力位13kg,然后在165℃温度下将花坯布烘干;蒸化固色步骤是将烘燥后的花坯布放入蒸化锅进行蒸化固色处理,蒸化温度为150℃,蒸化时间为30min;
蒸化固色完成后的坯布进行水洗,水洗工艺流程:清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→高温皂洗槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→柔软剂槽,高温皂洗槽的温度为93℃,柔软剂槽中柔软剂的质量分数为4.3%,平滑剂的质量分数为0.09%,柔软剂槽中还加有质量分数3%的羟基化改性卵磷脂与0.3%的吐温80,余量为水;
羟基化改性卵磷脂的制备方法为:将卵磷脂与浓度为55wt%的乳酸溶液混合均匀后加热搅拌,其中所述卵磷脂与乳酸溶液的质量比为100:5,加热温度为75℃,加热时间50min;在加热搅拌过程中向反应液逐渐加入质量为所述卵磷脂23%的浓度为30wt%的双氧水溶液;在加热搅拌结束后向反应液滴加氢氧化钠溶液至中性,最后真空干燥后制得羟基化改性卵磷脂;
5)后整理:对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫光、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合,即得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;后整理中,烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,定型门幅160cm,温度115℃,定型速度19m/min;刷毛采用MB211E型双辊刷毛机,速度3.5m/min,顺毛进机,刷毛隔距2.5mm;烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫剪机,烫光温度125℃,速度8m/min;烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯正面进行烫剪,温度125℃,速度9m/min;起毛采用ME331E起毛机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯反面进行起毛,速度9m/min。
实施例3
一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)纱线选择:以蓄热保暖纤维与奈纳锗纤维作为毛绒纱,涤纶牵伸丝作为地纱,5根蓄热保暖纤维与1根奈纳锗纤维合成一股;

4)染色:将染色液pH调节至6.8后,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品置于染色液中进行染色,之后用还原清洗液对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行还原清洗,再用质量百分浓度为0.6%的醋酸溶液中和,水洗出缸,之后烘干,对烘干后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行蒸化,蒸化后用柔软液进行柔软平滑处理,最后再烘干;
其中,染色液pH用醋酸或硫酸铵调节,染色浴比1:12,染色温度为155℃,染色时间为55min,染色液的具体配方为:Lonsperse藏青EE0.8g/L、花青素1.3g/L、助剂4g/L、高温分散剂2g/L与高温匀染剂1g/L,所述助剂由2g/L的碳酸钠、2g/L的保险粉、20g/L的茶多酚与1.5g/L的纳米二氧化钛组成;还原清洗液包括2.5g/L的净洗剂、2.5g/L的表面活性剂、15g/L海藻粉与25g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度55℃,清洗时间30min;
染色完成之后,开始印花步骤,印花步骤是将坯布放入印花机进行印花,印花机的磁力采用15kg,磁车速度为24m/min,网版目数75目,刮印次数为7次;烘燥步骤是将印花后的花坯布放入渗透机,渗透压力位15kg,然后在170℃温度下将花坯布烘干;蒸化固色步骤是将烘燥后的花坯布放入蒸化锅进行蒸化固色处理,蒸化温度为155℃,蒸化时间为35min;
蒸化固色完成后的坯布进行水洗,水洗工艺流程:清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→高温皂洗槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→清水槽→柔软剂槽,高温皂洗槽的温度为95℃,柔软剂槽中柔软剂的质量分数为4.5%,平滑剂的质量分数为0.1%,柔软剂槽中还加有质量分数5%的羟基化改性卵磷脂与0.5%的吐温80,余量为水;
羟基化改性卵磷脂的制备方法为:将卵磷脂与浓度为60wt%的乳酸溶液混合均匀后加热搅拌,其中所述卵磷脂与乳酸溶液的质量比为100:6,加热温度为80℃,加热时间60min;在加热搅拌过程中向反应液逐渐加入质量为所述卵磷脂25%的浓度为30wt%的双氧水溶液;在加热搅拌结束后向反应液滴加氢氧化钠溶液至中性,最后真空干燥后制得羟基化改性卵磷脂;
5)后整理:对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫光、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合,即得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库;后整理中,烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,定型门幅162cm,温度120℃,定型速度20m/min;刷毛采用MB211E型双辊刷毛机,速度4m/min,顺毛进机,刷毛隔距2.5mm;烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫剪机,烫光温度130℃,速度10m/min;烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯正面进行烫剪,温度130℃,速度10m/min;起毛采用ME331E起毛机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯反面进行起毛,速度10m/min。
经测试,蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯向发射率为0.86,由于人体也是红外线放射提,所发射5.6-15μm远红外线占整个人体总能量的50%,因此本发明的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯对人体是及其有益的,人体70-80%是由水分子组成,在共振作用下,首先激活了水分子的振动能级。本发明的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯能够激活生物大分子的活性,促进和改善血液循环,增强新陈代谢,提高人体免疫功能,具有消炎、消肿、镇痛的作用。

2)编织:在双针床经编机上对毛绒纱和地纱进行编织、剖绒,得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品;
3)前整理:将步骤2)得到的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行定型、刷毛、烫光、打卷;
4)染色:将染色液pH调节至5.8-6.8后,将蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品置于染色液中进行染色,之后用还原清洗液对素染后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行还原清洗,再用质量百分浓度为0.5-0.6%的醋酸溶液中和,水洗出缸,之后烘干,对烘干后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品进行蒸化,蒸化后用柔软液进行柔软平滑处理,最后再烘干;
5)后整理:对染色后的蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯半成品依次进行烘干定型、正面烫光、正面刷毛、正面烫剪、背面起毛、背面刷毛、背面烫光、背面抓剪、复定型、正面烫剪、背面烫剪、切条缝合,即得蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯成品,最后将成品检验后包装后入库。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,染色液pH用醋酸或硫酸铵调节,染色浴比1:10-12,染色温度为140-155℃,染色时间为45-55min,染色液的具体配方为:LonsperseEE系列分散染料0.7-0.8g/L、花青素1.1-1.3g/L、助剂3-4g/L、高温分散剂1-2g/L与高温匀染剂0.5-1g/L,所述助剂由1-2g/L的碳酸钠、2g/L的保险粉、15-20g/L的茶多酚与1.2-1.5g/L的纳米二氧化钛组成。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中还原清洗液包括1.5-2.5g/L的净洗剂、1.5-2.5g/L的表面活性剂、10-15g/L海藻粉与20-25g/L的茶皂素,浴比1:20,温度50-55℃,清洗时间30min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)后整理中,烘干定型采用FIR4烘干定型机,逆毛进机,定型门幅158-162cm,温度110-120℃,定型速度17-20m/min;刷毛采用MB211E型双辊刷毛机,速度3-4m/min,顺毛进机,刷毛隔距2.5mm;烫光采用SME473H型单辊二次烫剪机,烫光温度120-130℃,速度7-10m/min;烫剪采用MB322E型高速高效烫剪机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯正面进行烫剪,温度120-130℃,速度8-10m/min;起毛采用ME331E起毛机,对蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯反面进行起毛,速度8-10m/min。

10.根据权利要求9所述的一种蓄热保暖纤维拉舍尔毛毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,羟基化改性卵磷脂的制备方法为:将卵磷脂与浓度为50-60wt%的乳酸溶液混合均匀后加热搅拌,其中所述卵磷脂与乳酸溶液的质量比为100:(4-6),加热温度为70-80℃,加热时间40-60min;在加热搅拌过程中向反应液逐渐加入质量为所述卵磷脂20-25%的浓度为30wt%的双氧水溶液;在加热搅拌结束后向反应液滴加氢氧化钠溶液至中性,最后真空干燥后制得羟基化改性卵磷脂。
