Abstract

一种驱动轿差速器具有差速锁曲线离合器套的拨叉(174),可滑动地安装在推杆(176)上,并和推杆上的凸缘(177)对齐。推杆一端滑动地安装在差速器支座的孔(180)中,另一端和气压动力活塞(186)成螺纹连接。推杆螺纹端有一调节槽(191),调整后用锁紧螺丝(192)锁定在推杆上。包含空气压力控制信号输出口的活塞盖(188)然后固定于差速器座上。

Description

驱动轿差速器的锁定机构
本发明涉及应用于车辆驱动轿,尤其是串列布置的重型车辆驱动轿的功力分配差速装置。在为重型卡车和越野车辆配备驱动轿方面,希望提供驱动轿内差速机构的锁定装置,以便在主要关心最大牵引力而不是适应转弯的车辆差动的场合下提供额外的牵引力。
迄今为止,驱动轿内的差速锁定一直是借助于跟两半轿成花键连接的套管或轴套来实现的,轴套在半轿上轴向滑移,从而跟在滑动套管和差速器支座之间配置的曲线离合器相啮合。套管或轴套由借助于设置在该轿支座上的空气压力操作活塞机构可移动的拨叉或操纵杆来啮合。一种用于连接活塞和拨叉的公知技术是采用一个安装于该轿支座内可滑动的活柱,它通过一个用调整螺丝固定的夹紧装置安装在拨叉上,在拆下调整孔塞时,通过该支座可接触到调整螺丝。业已证明这种结构在使用中是易出故障的,当调整螺丝松动时,变换机构便失去了调整。此外,业已发现,当变换杆充份移到离合器啮合位置时,经壳体中的调整孔去固定调整螺丝是困难的。同时还证明在装配该轿过程中,经该调整孔去正确调节该变换机构是困难的。
本发明的目的是提供一种能方便地进行调节的驱动轿差速器的锁定机构。
按照本发明的驱动轿差速器的可调整锁定机构,包括:
(a)一个轿支座,具有一个用轴颈支承其上的驱动小齿轮(14)和一个由所述小齿轮驱动的差速器支座(28),具有用轴颈支承于其内的对置的轿轴(50,54),每一轴具有一个和其成驱动连接的半轴齿轮(40,42),它们和用轴颈支承于所述支座壳体上的一对动力分配十字轴齿轮(36,38)啮合;
(b)限定所述支座上曲线离合面(62,64)并和其一起旋转的装置;
(c)以驱动关系配置于所述轿轴之一并可在其上轴向移动以便和曲线离合面啮合和分离的一圆环形离合件(60);
(d)相对于所述壳体配置成可移动的操作件(174),可在第一和第二位置间进行操作,使所述离合件啮合和分离;以及偏压操作件的弹簧(182);其特征在于:
(e)包括盖(188)的和所述操作件成操作连接的压力响应装置(186),根据空气压力信号,使所述操作件移动;
(f)调节所述压力响应装置和所述操作件连接的装置,包括一根穿过所述件的孔安装得可以转动的推杆(176),和所述压力响应装置成螺纹连接。
通过本发明的可调整锁定机构,可以方便地实现重型车辆、尤其是串列布置的重型车辆的驱动轿内的差速动作的锁定和松开。
图1是重型车辆一般驱动轿的横剖视图,表示实现差速机构锁定的现有技术;
图2是图1中一部分的放大视图,表示调节差速锁定机构的本发明技术。
参照图1,驱动轿总成总的以10表示,它有一壳体或支座12,动力输入齿轮14有一和其固定,通常是整体的小齿轮轴16,并以轴颈支承在总的以18表示的一轴承内。小齿轮14在轴16的相反端有一短轴20,它以轴颈支承在安装于壳体12上总的以22表示的一轴承总成内。驱动小齿轮14啮合齿环24,齿环由螺栓26固定于差速器壳体28上,壳体在其两端用一对轴承支承,其中的一个表示在图1中,总的以标号30表示。差速器壳28有一对对置地配置的短轴32,34,每一短轴其上分别装有一差速付齿轮36,38,能绕轴自由旋转。差速付齿轮36,38在其相反两侧跟一对半轴齿轮40,42啮合,在半轴齿轮上形成轮毂,分别以标号44,46表示,它们以轴颈支承,以便在差速器壳28内转动。
半轴齿轮毂44其内以驱动啮合方式装有半轿轴50的内侧花键端48,并和其啮合;同样,半轴齿轮毂46其内装有以标号52表示反向半轿轴54的内侧花键端,并和其啮合。
半轿轴50以轴颈支承,以便在差速器28外侧端的差速器壳的表面56上转动。
在半轿轴50的外侧端上配置第二花键58,在花键上以花键驱动啮合和轴向滑动方式装有一滑动离合器60。在滑动离合器60的内侧轴向表面上配置许多曲线齿62,这些齿能和围绕固定离合器66的外轴向面配置的相应成形的齿64啮合,固定离合器和差速器壳28的这端成花键啮合,以标号70表示;因此,固定离合器66和轿轴50成驱动啮合。
滑动离合器60上的槽68跟拨叉74的叉端72相啮合。拨叉74的上端有一在其上形成的夹紧装置,它安装在推杆76上。将会明白,在图1中最向右位置上,拨叉74和滑动离合器60是这样表示的,滑动离合器60具有曲线齿64,和固定离合器66上的曲线齿62成驱动啮合。在所示离合器啮合位置上,防止了差速器壳体28和半轿轴50之间的相对转动。
将会明白,当拨叉74和滑动离合器60向左移到图1中用虚轮廓线所示的位置上,滑动离合器60和固定离合器66上的齿分离,这样,允许半轿轴50相对于差速器壳体28转动。
在图1中所示的现有技术机构中,推杆76以其左端跟差速器支座12的孔78、以其右端跟差速器支座孔80成滑动配合,并通过弹簧作用于和推杆上凸肩对齐的弹簧罩84,使其沿向左方向偏置。推杆76的左端跟一活塞86成操作连接,活塞应答通过空气压力管(未示出)的空气压力信号,空气压力管连接在设置于活塞上方的盖88上。
拨叉74的一端被夹紧在推杆76上,并用调整螺丝固定在其上,在取下螺丝堵塞90时,只能经差速器支座上的一个孔才能接触调整螺丝。
参照图2,以标号140总的表示的本发明表示图1中所示型式的轿总成的具体化,其中拨叉174有一个在其上形成的孔125,推杆176穿过该孔安装,其直径扩大的凸缘部177和拨叉174的面对齐。推杆176的一端可滑动地安装于差速器支座112上的孔180内。弹簧182使拨叉174沿向右方向推压凸缘部177。推杆176的右端有螺纹179,它跟活塞186上的中心螺丝孔187成螺丝啮合。活塞186在盖188内周内滑动,并借助于一密封环193和其密封。其中设置空气压力口189,以接收空气压力控制信号。
将诸螺丝刀的工具插入螺纹孔187内,和推杆176这端上具有的槽191啮合,使推杆相对于活塞186转动,这样,变换杆174的定位凸肩177相对于活塞的位置就可以调节了。最好,锁紧螺丝192和螺纹187成螺纹啮合,并固定推杆的这一端,以保证其调整好的位置。
最好,在活塞上设有闭锁面194,它跟位置指示转换继电器198的活柱196接触,以便当活塞轴向运动时经端子200,202提供一电信号。
这样,本发明为拨叉174位置的调整提供了方便,在取下盖188的情况下,使活塞186处于适当的位置,调节推杆176的螺纹端。然后用调整螺丝192固定调好后的位置。然后用任何适当的手段,例如穿过安装凸缘(未示出)的螺丝将盖188固定到差速器支座112上。一根适当的空气压力信号管然后可连接到输入口189上。

Claims (5)

1.一种驱动轿差速器的可调整锁定机构,包括:
(a)一个轿支座,具有一个用轴颈支承其上的驱动小齿轮(14)和一个由所述小齿轮驱动的差速器支座(28),具有用轴颈支承于其内的对置的轿轴(50,54),每一轴具有一个和其成驱动连接的半轴齿轮(40,42),它们和用轴颈支承于所述支座壳体上的一对动力分配十字轴齿轮(36,38)啮合;
(b)限定所述支座上曲线离合面(62,64)并和其一起旋转的装置;
(c)以驱动关系配置于所述轿轴之一并可在其上轴向移动以便和曲线离合面啮合和分离的一圆环形离合件(60);
(d)相对于所述壳体配置成可移动的操作件(174),可在第一和第二位置间进行操作,使所述离合件啮合和分离;以及偏压操作件的弹簧(182);其特征在于:
(e)包括盖(188)的和所述操作件成操作连接的压力响应装置(186),根据空气压力信号,使所述操作件移动;
(f)调节所述压力响应装置和所述操作件连接的装置,包括一根穿过所述件的孔安装得可以转动的推杆(176),和所述压力响应装置成螺纹连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于所述推杆也可滑动地安装在所述孔中,并包括用于定位所述件于其上的表面和偏压所述操作件跟所述推杆面对齐的弹簧装置。
3.按权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于所述压力响应装置包括一活塞,和所述推杆成同心螺纹连接。
4.按权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于所述压力响应装置包括一个由钢材制成的活塞,和所述推杆成同心螺纹连接。
5.按权利要求1所述的机构,其特征在于所述压力响应装置包括一个和推杆成同心螺纹连接的活塞和包含用螺丝连接于活塞的锁定螺丝的所述调整装置。
