Abstract
구동액슬차동장치는 푸쉬로드(76)위에 미끄러지게 수용되고 이 푸쉬로드위의 플랜지(177)에 대해 정합된 차동 록킹 커브 클러치 칼라(60)용 시프트포오크(72),(74)를 구비하고 있다.
푸쉬로드는 차동캐리어의 보(80)에 미끄러질 수 있게 수용된 단과, 공압동력시프톤(186)를 나삿니로 맞물리는 다른 단을 지닌다.
슬롯(191)이 조절 공구용 푸쉬로드의 나사깍이된 단에 제공되어 있고 록킹스크루(192)가 조절후 푸처로드에 대해 나사각이되어 있다.
공압제어신호 포트틀 포함하는 피스톤 커버(188)가 차동캐리어에 부착되어 있다.

제2도는 차동록킹장치를 조절하는 본 기술의 확대도.
Claims (5)
- (가) 액슬 캐리어위에는 구동피니온(14)이 저어널되어 있으며, 이 피니온이 상기 캐리어의 차동캐리어(28)를 구동시키고, 이 차동캐리어안에 대항하는 방향의 액슬축(50),(52)이 저어널되어 있으며, 각각의 축에 구동 가능한 사이드기어(40),(42)가 부착되어 있고, 상기 캐리어 케이스위에 저어널된 한쌍의 동력 분할 스파이더 기어(36), (38)가 이 사이드기어를 맞물리게 하는 액슬 캐리어와; (나) 상기 캐리어 위에 커브클러칭면(62),(64)을 형성하여 이 클러칭면과 회전하는 수단과; (다) 상기 액슬축중 하나에 구동할 수 있게 위치하면 축방향으로 이동하고, 상기 커버 클러치면을 맞물리고, 분리하는 환상플러칭부재(60)와; (라) 상기 하우징에 대해 이동 가능하게 위치하여 있으며, 제1 및 제2위치 사이를 이동할때 작동하여 클러칭부재를 맞물리고 분리하는 액츄에이터 부재(174)와; (마) 상기 액츄에이터 부재에 작동 가능하게 연결되어 공압신호에 따라 상기 액츄에이터 부재를 이동시키는 압력응답수단(186)과; (바) 상기 압력 응답수단을 상기 부재의 구멍을 통해 회전가능하게 수용된 푸쉬로드(176)를 포함하는 상기 액츄에이터 부재와 접속을 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 액슬차동 장치용 조절 록킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 푸쉬로드는 구멍에 미끄러져 수용되며, 상기 부재에 대해 정합된 면과, 이 부재와 정합하게 푸쉬로드면을 치우치게 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동액슬차동장치용 조절 록킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력 응답수단을 중앙이 나사깍이된 푸쉬로드를 지닌 피스톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 액슬 차동장치용 조절록킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력응답수단은 중앙이 나사깍이된 금속으로 만들어진 퍼스톤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동 액슬 차동장치용 조절록킹장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력응답수단은 중앙이 나사깍이된 푸쉬로드를 나사깍이된 록킹 스크루를 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동액슬 차동장치용 조절록킹장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
