本发明涉及一种3D打印地坪,所述地坪按照以下重量计组分为:聚氨酯树脂 30‑35份、环氧丙烯酸酯:10‑20份、1,6‑己二醇二丙烯酸酯:15‑20份、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:10‑15份、光引发剂127:2.5‑3.0份、滑石粉:10‑15份、膨润土:0.5‑1.0份、消泡剂:0.4‑0.6份、分散剂:0.3‑0.5份、色浆:1‑8份。它大大缩短了施工工艺时间,也以新的技术解决了在材料和工艺过程中的问题。通过3D打印机呈现在地面,简单且快速,原有材料的性能也不会改变。

本发明属于建筑工程领域,具体涉及一种3D打印地坪。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,各种材料的优化,生态化,工艺的精湛化,最终的结果是各个领域的技术也日新月异,3D打印技术也随着时代的步伐向各个领域迈进。3D打印地坪也在这个领域中占据一席之地。它大大缩短了施工工艺时间,也以新的技术解决了在材料和工艺过程中的问题。这边是研究一种3D打印地坪的材料,通过3D打印机呈现在地面,简单且快速,原有材料的性能也不会改变。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种3D打印地坪,解决了现有技术中地坪施工繁琐,需要耗费许多人力物力。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
3D打印地坪,所述地坪按照以下重量计组分为:聚氨酯树脂 30-35份、环氧丙烯酸酯:10-20份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:15-20份、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:10-15份、光引发剂127:2.5-3.0份、滑石粉:10-15份、膨润土: 0.5-1.0份、消泡剂:0.4-0.6份、分散剂:0.3-0.5份、色浆:1-8份。
消泡剂为 Defom 6801、分散剂为BYK-P104。
3D 打印地坪方法,包括如下步骤 :
a. 以所述的 3D 打印地坪原料混合,通过微滴喷射粘结的方法,逐层喷射粘结剂微液滴使 3D 打印原料逐层成型并叠加,从而形成 3D 打印地坪坯体 ;
b. 将所述 3D 打印地坪坯体在常温下定型,从而获得 3D 打印地坪。
本发明的优点在于:本发明采用了3D打印技术,克服了现有技术中制造地坪施工繁琐,需要耗费许多人力物力,本发明工艺方法简单,而且制备获得的3D打印地坪比现有的普通地坪更耐磨,耐紫外线、不泛黄、耐化学性好、干燥快、耐寒性等,使用期限更长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
3D打印地坪,所述地坪按照以下重量计组分为:聚氨酯树脂 30份、环氧丙烯酸酯:10份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:15份、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:10份、光引发剂127:2.5份、滑石粉:10份、膨润土: 0.5份、消泡剂:0.4份、分散剂:0.3份、色浆:1份。
制备方法为:
a. 以所述的 3D 打印地坪原料混合,通过微滴喷射粘结的方法,逐层喷射粘结剂微液滴使 3D 打印原料逐层成型并叠加,从而形成 3D 打印地坪坯体 ;
b. 将所述 3D 打印地坪坯体在常温下定型,从而获得 3D 打印地坪。
实施例2
3D打印地坪,所述地坪按照以下重量计组分为:聚氨酯树脂35份、环氧丙烯酸酯:20份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:20份、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯: 15份、光引发剂127: 3.0份、滑石粉: 15份、膨润土: 1.0份、消泡剂: 0.6份、分散剂: 0.5份、色浆: 8份。
制备方法为:
a. 以所述的 3D 打印地坪原料混合,通过微滴喷射粘结的方法,逐层喷射粘结剂微液滴使 3D 打印原料逐层成型并叠加,从而形成 3D 打印地坪坯体 ;
b. 将所述 3D 打印地坪坯体在常温下定型,从而获得 3D 打印地坪。
实施例3
3D打印地坪,所述地坪按照以下重量计组分为:聚氨酯树脂 33份、环氧丙烯酸酯:15份、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:17份、二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯:12份、光引发剂127:2.7份、滑石粉:13份、膨润土: 0.8份、消泡剂:0.5份、分散剂:0.4份、色浆:4份。
制备方法为:
a. 以所述的 3D 打印地坪原料混合,通过微滴喷射粘结的方法,逐层喷射粘结剂微液滴使 3D 打印原料逐层成型并叠加,从而形成 3D 打印地坪坯体 ;
b. 将所述 3D 打印地坪坯体在常温下定型,从而获得 3D 打印地坪。

消泡剂为 Defom 6801、分散剂为BYK-P104;
其制备方法,包括如下步骤 :
a. 以所述的 3D 打印地坪原料混合,通过微滴喷射粘结的方法,逐层喷射粘结剂微液滴使 3D 打印原料逐层成型并叠加,从而形成 3D 打印地坪坯体 ;
