Abstract

本发明属于材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防开裂多功能结构层材料。所述结构层材料分为三层:毛面基础层、弹性缓冲层、凹凸结合层;其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4‑甲苯二异氰酸酯 30‑40 份、丙三醇 20‑30 份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚 2‑8 份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8‑1.5 份、BYK‑8800 0.5‑0.8份、滑石粉 20‑25 份、石英粉 10‑12 份、BYK‑320 0.5‑0.8份和BYK‑310 0.8‑1.0 份;B 组分为:环氧树脂 8‑12 份、醇酸树脂1‑5份。本发明制备得到的该结构层材料附着力强,固化时间短,施工时间快,结构层材料的抗压防裂能力强。

技术领域
本发明属于材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防开裂多功能结构层材料。
背景技术
水泥基耐磨材料或者渗透硬化剂等地面做后,如若需要更换成其它地面材料来修饰,如磨石工艺等,那么原先的地面就要打掉或者挖掉,这样成本过高并且造成大量的固废污染,而本发明材料正是可以直接基于水泥基耐磨表面基础上直接构建新结构功能层,无需破坏原地面材料,而且该结构层耐久性和防开裂性能都表现优异。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防开裂多功能结构层材料。通过在毛面基础层上施工弹性功能层,再施工碎砂,制备得到的该结构层材料附着力强,固化时间短,施工时间快,结构层材料的抗压防裂能力强。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,分为三层:毛面基础层、弹性缓冲层、凹凸结合层;
其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 30-40 份、丙三醇 20-30 份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚 2-8 份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8-1.5 份、BYK-88000.5-0.8份、滑石粉 20-25 份、石英粉 10-12 份、BYK-320 0.5-0.8份和BYK-310 0.8-1.0份 ;B 组分包括:环氧树脂 8-12 份、醇酸树脂1-5份 ;
进一步地,B 组分由以下原料组成:环氧树脂 8-12 份、醇酸树脂1.5份、环氧树脂 8-12 份、醇酸树脂1-5份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8-1.5 份、三乙基膦0.2-0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺0.1-0.3份。其中对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、三乙基膦、二甲基乙醇胺的加入降低了环氧树脂的固化温度,并且能加快固化速率。
所述的 A、B 组分的质量比例为3:1。
所述弹性缓冲层的制备方法为:
A组分的制备:将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、BYK-8800混合在1600r/min下搅拌20min,然后加入其它原料继续搅拌20min;
B组分的制备:将各个原料混合搅拌10min;
最后将A组分与B组分按照配比混合搅拌15min。
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料的施工方法,具体为:
(1)对原有地面打毛、除脏污呈现毛面基础层;
(2)在毛面基础层施工做成5-8mm弹性缓冲层;
(3)弹性缓冲层施工完成后,在未干基础上撒上2-3mm菱形碎砂,成凹凸层。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明制备得到的结构层材料具有优异的耐磨、耐候、耐久以及抗压性能,适合于多种类型地面的再修饰。
(2)本发明以环氧树脂、醇酸树脂构筑树脂体系,克服了环氧树脂耐候性差的缺点,并在2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯作用下,加快了体系内交联速度,降低了涂料固化的温度,缩短了反应的时间,提高了固化的速率。
具体实施方式
为进一步公开而不是限制本发明,以下结合实例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,分为三层:毛面基础层、弹性缓冲层、凹凸结合层;
其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 30 份、丙三醇 20 份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚4份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯1.1份、BYK-8800 0.5份、滑石粉 23份、石英粉 11份、BYK-320 0.7份和BYK-310 0.8份 ;B 组分为:环氧树脂 8 份、醇酸树脂1份 ;
所述的 A、B 组分的质量比例为3:1。
所述弹性缓冲层的制备方法为:
A组分的制备:将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、BYK-8800混合在1600r/min下搅拌20min,然后加入其它原料继续搅拌20min;
B组分的制备:将环氧树脂与醇酸树脂混合搅拌10min;
最后将A组分与B组分按照配比混合搅拌15min。
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料的施工方法,具体为:
(1)对原有地面打毛、除脏污呈现毛面基础层;
(2)在毛面基础层施工做成弹性缓冲层,5-8mm厚度;
(3)弹性缓冲层施工完成后,在未干基础上撒上2-3mm菱形碎砂,成凹凸层。
实施例2
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,分为三层:毛面基础层、弹性缓冲层、凹凸结合层;
其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 35份、丙三醇 24份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚6份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯1.1 份、BYK-8800 0.7份、滑石粉 22份、石英粉 11 份、BYK-320 0.6份和BYK-310 1.0 份 ;B 组分为:环氧树脂 10 份、醇酸树脂3份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8 份、三乙基膦0.2份、二甲基乙醇胺0.1 份;
所述的 A、B 组分的质量比例为3:1。
所述弹性缓冲层的制备方法为:
A组分的制备:将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、BYK-8800混合在1600r/min下搅拌20min,然后加入其它原料继续搅拌20min;
B组分的制备:将各个原料混合搅拌10min;
最后将A组分与B组分按照配比混合搅拌15min。

其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯40 份、丙三醇30 份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚8 份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯1.5 份、BYK-8800 0.8份、滑石粉25 份、石英粉12 份、BYK-320 0.8份和BYK-310 1.0份 ;B 组分为:环氧树脂12 份、醇酸树脂3份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯1.5 份、三乙基膦0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺0.3份;
所述的 A、B 组分的质量比例为3:1。
所述弹性缓冲层的制备方法为:
A组分的制备:将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、BYK-8800混合在1600r/min下搅拌20min,然后加入其它原料继续搅拌20min;
B组分的制备:将各个原料混合搅拌10min;
最后将A组分与B组分按照配比混合搅拌15min。
所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料的施工方法,具体为:

1.一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,其特征在于:结构层材料分为三层:毛面基础层、弹性缓冲层、凹凸结合层;其中弹性缓冲层具体配方如下A 组分为:2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯 30-40 份、丙三醇 20-30 份、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚 2-8 份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8-1.5份、BYK-8800 0.5-0.8份、滑石粉 20-25 份、石英粉 10-12 份、BYK-320 0.5-0.8份和BYK-310 0.8-1.0 份 ;B 组分包括:环氧树脂 8-12 份、醇酸树脂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,其特征在于:B 组分由以下原料组成:环氧树脂 8-12 份、醇酸树脂1-5份、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯0.8-1.5 份、三乙基膦0.2-0.5份、二甲基乙醇胺0.1-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,其特征在于:所述的 A和B 组分的质量比例为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料,其特征在于:
所述弹性缓冲层的制备方法为:
A组分的制备:将2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙三醇、对叔丁基苯基缩水甘油醚、对甲苯磺酰异氰酸酯、BYK-8800混合在1600r/min下搅拌20min,然后加入其它原料继续搅拌20min;
B组分的制备:将B组分各个原料混合搅拌10min;
最后将A组分与B组分按照配比混合搅拌15min。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的一种防开裂多功能结构层材料的施工方法,其特征在于:具体步骤为:
(1)对原有地面打毛、除脏污呈现毛面基础层;
(2)在毛面基础层施工做成5-8mm厚度的弹性缓冲层;
(3)弹性缓冲层施工完成后,在未干基础上撒上2-3mm菱形碎砂,成凹凸层。
