背景技术
伴随着聚氨酯合成革技术的不断发展,合成革的种类愈加丰富。消费者不仅注重合成革的外观效果,也同时会在意革制品的内在品质。传统的合成革表面会涂覆或者喷涂一层树脂材料,造成革面表面光滑,整体塑胶感强。而绒感磨砂革制品由于其绒面丰富细腻,手感极致舒适,真皮效果好,越来越受到消费者的青睐。
绒感合成革,一般可以通过绒感磨砂离型纸贴面成型法、后处理磨毛成型法、表面发泡成型法等工艺制备。绒感磨砂离型纸贴面法,是利用绒感效果的离型纸,涂覆树脂贴合基材,将材料从离型纸上剥离下以获得绒感效果,此方法的劣势在于树脂材料的模量选择要求高,高模量树脂虽然耐磨,但易造成“速剥离”等贴面疵病;低模量树脂虽然满足贴面性能,但是树脂表面耐磨性能弱、耐用性差。后处理磨毛成型法是利用磨毛机和金刚砂皮的摩擦作用,在合成革半成品表面形成短绒毛层感觉,此方法制备的绒感效果自然,但却无法具备功能性效果,表面极易被污染和磨损。表面发泡成型法是在合成革半成品表面涂覆发泡材料,利用高温条件下微球发泡基材迅速膨胀,达到发泡效果,在表面形成高粗糙度的绒感效果,此方法制备的绒感效果具有多样性,成品的物性对发泡物料依赖性很大。
中国专利CN207619705U公开了一种水性丝光绒感聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、湿法聚氨酯层、干法涂层和丝光绒层,基布层设置在最底层,湿法聚氨酯层设置在基布层的上表面,干法涂层设置在湿法聚氨酯层的上表面,丝光绒层设置在干法涂层的上表面。此类产品为离型纸法,利用的基材为湿法贝斯,VOC含量高,环保性差。
中国专利CN105839425A公开了一种水性聚氨酯发泡绒感绸感合成革的配方,将涂层液制成涂层泡沫体,涂敷到革基布上,烘干得发泡绒感绸感贝斯,后处理和表面处理得聚氨酯发泡绒感绸感合成革。此涂层液直接涂覆在基布上,容易渗入布基,造成成品手感差,耐水解性能差,且发泡处理后还需要后处理和表面处理,加工工序多,生产效率不足。
综上,制备出一款具备环保型和耐用性共存的发泡绒感合成革,十分必要。

本发明针对上述现有技术所存在的不足,提供了一种水性发泡绒感无溶剂复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法。本发明复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,具备持久的柔和绒感,细腻的真皮质地,优异的耐磨耐用性,能达到耐水解8-12年,威士伯耐磨90-150万次,马丁代尔耐磨20-30万次,同时生产过程简捷,绿色环保。

异氰酸酯 50-70份,
热稳定剂 0.4-1.5份。
所述多元醇为聚醚聚碳酸酯共聚型低聚物二元醇;
所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与聚苯聚亚甲基多异氰酸酯的混合物,采用合肥安利聚氨酯新材料公司产品AL-5040B。
所述基布为聚乳酸纤维和棉纤维混纺制备,其中聚乳酸成分及棉成分机织布按重量比60-70:40-30组成;其厚度为0.85±0.05mm、克重360±30g/cm2
本发明水性发泡绒感无溶剂复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将水性面层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,体系混匀后抽至真空,均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面形成面层;再将水性中间层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,体系混匀后抽至真空,均匀地涂刮在面层上,制得中间层;
步骤2:将环保无溶剂复合粘接层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,然后涂覆在中间层上,得到复合粘接层,待粘接层预热后呈半干状态贴合基布,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
步骤3:将耐磨发泡绒感层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,辊涂在步骤2制得的合成革半成品的革面上,送入烘箱发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
步骤1中,水性面层的涂覆厚度为0.04-0.06mm,水性中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.08-0.15mm,水性面层及水性中间层涂刮后分别在80-95℃条件下鼓风干燥2-4min。
步骤2中,环保无溶剂复合粘接层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.15-0.25mm,预热温度为85-100℃,贴合后的半成品烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干时间为4-6min,贴合基布时的层压间隙为基布厚度的70-80%。
步骤3中,发泡温度为170-180℃;辊涂时采用表处辊或印花辊,所述表处辊为70目双雕表处辊,所述印花辊为荔枝纹辊,车速为20-25m/min。
本申请中使用的环保型溶剂、耐磨助剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、颜料色浆等均是本领域常用的一些助剂,本申请不作特殊的限制。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明采用水性芳香族树脂RU-92-103为面层,脂肪族树脂RU-92-279为中间层树脂,此二类树脂均具备中低模量,优异的耐磨性能,可赋予合成革手感柔软和耐磨性能好的性能。
2、本发明采用双组分反应型粘接层,多元醇和异氰酸酯交联反应,不影响手感,且具有很好的耐水解性能,体系中无溶剂添加,具有环保绿色的优势。
3、本发明采用的绒感层采用高温发泡工艺,绒感更自然强烈,并且可通过调节羊巴粉的粗细粒径调节手感,做到绒感的多样性;通过添加耐磨助剂,使得绒感层耐磨耐用拥有持久性。通过选择水性防污树脂,在异氰酸酯型交联剂条件下固化交联,使得绒感层具备持久的防污性能,成品具有很好的耐磨防污绒感。绒感效果能达到威士伯耐磨检测能达到90-150万次,马丁代尔耐磨20-30万次,恒温恒湿耐水解达到8-12年的效果。
4、本发明的绒感层可以通过表处辊和印花辊等不同的辊纹获得不同的外观,制备的聚氨酯合成革,生产工序简单,生产环境绿色。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步阐述。应该理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限定本发明的保护范围。在实际应用中技术人员根据本发明做出的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中份数均按质量份计。
下述实施例中各原料的来源为:
以下各实施例中,所述面层芳香族聚氨分散体RU-92-103,中间层水性脂肪族聚氨酯RU-92-279均采购于斯塔尔公司。
所述多元醇选择混合料Al-2170A,异氰酸酯为Al-5040B,均为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料公司产品;
所述稳定剂Chisorb 234、Chisorb 944均采购于日本双键化学工业株式会社。
所述水性羊巴革树脂BF-9752D采购于清远美佳乐环保新材料股份有限公司;
所述水性防涂鸦助剂MC-220采购于广州旺三科技有限公司
所述羊巴粉920DU40,091DU80,909DU80采购于EXPANCEL公司(上海运河材料科技有限公司代理);
所述耐磨助剂为PTFE粉或3238,其中耐磨助剂3238为上海和氏璧化工有限公司产品;耐磨助剂PTFE为美国杜邦公司产品;
所述封闭型交联剂FB-15采购于上海思盛聚合物材料有限公司;
所述流平剂LA-1610采购于斯塔尔公司;
所述耐水解助剂XR-2500采购于斯塔尔公司;
所述固化交联剂XR-5580采购于斯塔尔公司;
所述润湿剂选择LT-7110为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料公司产品;
实施例1:
1、将160份RU-92-103,8份色浆,2份PTEF,2份3238,4份XR-5580,0.8份LA-1610,0.5份LT-7100溶于30份水中,将面层浆料充分搅拌混合均匀后抽至真空,再均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面作为面层,面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.04mm;
2、将150份RU-92-279,8份色浆,2份3238,4份XR-5580,0.7份LA-1610,0.2份ST-7110溶于50份水中,再将中间层浆料进行充分搅拌混合均匀后抽真空后,将其均匀地涂刮在面层上制得中间层,中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.09mm;面层及中间层在90℃条件下鼓风干燥3min;
3、将120份AL-2170A,52份AL-5040B,0.2份Chisorb 234,0.2份Chisorb 944混合搅拌均匀后抽至真空,涂覆在中间层上,得到无溶剂复合粘接层,涂覆厚度为0.20mm。将粘接层在90℃条件下加热呈半干状态贴合0.85mmPLA/棉混纺基布,贴合层压为0.65mm,130℃,熟化烘干时间为4.5min,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
4、将100份BF-9752D,3份MC-220,3份920DU40,0.5份091DU80,0.4份909DU80,2份3238,5份FB-15,0.3份LA-1610,0.3份XR-2500混合搅拌均匀,70目双雕表处辊辊涂合成革半成品的革面上,再将其在175℃,22.0m/min车速条件下发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
经检测,所制备的合成革绒感强,能达到恒温恒湿(70℃*95%)耐水解8周后(对应实际使用年限8年)革面不粉化、开裂,威士伯耐磨94万次,马丁代尔耐磨22万次,柔软度7.8mm,满足五指耐刮检测,易去污性能达到3-4级。
实施例2:
1、将175份RU-92-103,12份色浆,3份PTEF,3份3238,0.9份LA-1610,0.6份LT-7100溶于40份水中,将面层浆料充分搅拌混合均匀后抽至真空,再均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面作为面层,面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.05mm;
2、将160份RU-92-279,13份色浆,2份3238,0.8份LA-1610,0.3份ST-7110溶于55份水中,再将中间层浆料进行充分搅拌混合均匀后抽真空后,将其均匀地涂刮在面层上制得中间层,中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.12mm;面层及中间层在95℃条件下鼓风干燥2min;
3、将140份AL-2170A,56份AL-5040B,0.3份Chisorb 234,0.2份Chisorb 944混合搅拌均匀后抽至真空,涂覆在中间层上,得到无溶剂复合粘接层,涂覆厚度为0.26mm。将粘接层在90℃条件下加热呈半干状态贴合0.85mmPLA/棉混纺基布,贴合层压为0.65mm,130℃条件下熟化烘干时间为4.min,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
4、将110份BF-9752D,4份MC-220,4份920DU40,0.8份091DU80,1.2份909DU80,4份3238,4份FB-15,0.4份LA-1610,0.3份XR-2500混合搅拌均匀,印花辊辊涂合成革半成品的革面上,再将其在180℃,25.0m/min车速条件下发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
经检测,所制备的合成革绒感强,能达到恒温恒湿(70℃*95%)耐水解9周后(对应实际使用年限9年)革面不粉化、开裂,威士伯耐磨116万次,马丁代尔耐磨24万次,柔软度7.6mm,满足五指耐刮检测,易去污性能达到4级。
实施例3:
1、将155份RU-92-103,8份色浆,3份PTEF,5份3238,0.6份LA-1610,0.4份LT-7100溶于50份水中,将面层浆料充分搅拌混合均匀后抽至真空,再均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面作为面层,面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.05mm;
2、将140份RU-92-279,11份色浆,3份3238,0.4份LA-1610,0.5份ST-7110溶于55份水中,再将中间层浆料进行充分搅拌混合均匀后抽真空后,将其均匀地涂刮在面层上制得中间层,中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.11mm;面层及中间层在90℃条件下鼓风干燥3min;
3、将140份AL-2170A,62份AL-5040B,0.3份Chisorb 234,0.3份Chisorb 944混合搅拌均匀后抽至真空,涂覆在中间层上,得到无溶剂复合粘接层,涂覆厚度为0.30mm。将粘接层在90℃条件下加热呈半干状态贴合0.85mmPLA/棉混纺基布,贴合层压为0.65mm,130℃条件下熟化烘干时间为5min,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
4、将105份BF-9752D,5份MC-220,2.2份920DU40,1.2份091DU80,0.8份909DU80,5份3238,3.8份FB-15,0.5份LA-1610,0.6份XR-2500混合搅拌均匀,印花辊辊涂合成革半成品的革面上,再将其在180℃,23m/min车速条件下发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
经检测,所制备的合成革绒感强,能达到恒温恒湿(70℃*95%)耐水解10周后(对应实际使用年限10年)革面不粉化、开裂,威士伯耐磨128万次,马丁代尔耐磨26万次,柔软度7.4mm,满足五指耐刮检测,易去污性能达到4级。
实施例4:
1、将180份RU-92-103,7.5份色浆,6份PTEF,2份3238,1.2份LA-1610,0.6份LT-7100溶于60份水中,将面层浆料充分搅拌混合均匀后抽至真空,再均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面作为面层,面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.07mm;
2、将155份RU-92-279,8.2份色浆,4份3238,1.0份LA-1610,0.4份ST-7110溶于65份水中,再将中间层浆料进行充分搅拌混合均匀后抽真空后,将其均匀地涂刮在面层上制得中间层,中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.13mm;面层及中间层在85℃条件下鼓风干燥4min;
3、将140份AL-2170A,66份AL-5040B,0.35份Chisorb 234,0.4份Chisorb 944混合搅拌均匀后抽至真空,涂覆在中间层上,得到无溶剂复合粘接层,涂覆厚度为0.33mm。将粘接层在100℃条件下加热呈半干状态贴合0.85mmPLA/棉混纺基布,贴合层压为0.65mm,130℃条件下熟化烘干时间为6min,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
4、将110份BF-9752D,6份MC-220,1.5份920DU40,1.8份091DU80,1.8份909DU80,7份3238,6份FB-15,0.6份LA-1610,0.5份XR-2500混合搅拌均匀,印花辊辊涂合成革半成品的革面上,再将其在180℃,22m/min车速条件下发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
经检测,所制备的合成革绒感强,能达到恒温恒湿(70℃*95%)耐水解12周后(对应实际使用年限12年)革面不粉化、开裂,威士伯耐磨145万次,马丁代尔耐磨30万次,柔软度7.2mm,满足五指耐刮检测,易去污性能达到4-5级。

Claims (10)

1.一种水性发泡绒感无溶剂复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:
所述复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革由上至下依次包括耐磨发泡绒感层、水性面层、水性中间层、环保无溶剂复合粘接层和基布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于所述耐磨发泡绒感层是由如下配比的原料加工获得:

所述水性防涂鸦助剂为有机改性聚硅氧烷分散体,其固含量为30±2%;
所述羊巴粉为920DU40、091DU80、909DU80中的至少两种复配构成;
所述耐水解助剂为三官能度氮丙啶型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于所述水性面层是由如下配比的原料加工获得:

4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于所述水性中间层是由如下配比的原料加工获得:

5.根据权利要求1所述的复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于所述环保无溶剂复合粘接层是由如下配比的原料加工获得:
多元醇 100-140份,
异氰酸酯 50-70份,
热稳定剂 0.4-1.5份;
所述多元醇为聚醚聚碳酸酯共聚型低聚物二元醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:
所述基布为聚乳酸纤维和棉纤维混纺制备,其中聚乳酸成分及棉成分机织布按重量比60-70:40-30组成;其厚度为0.85±0.05mm、克重360±30g/cm2
7.一种权利要求1-6中任一种水性发泡绒感无溶剂复合型沙发用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将水性面层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,体系混匀后抽至真空,均匀涂刮在平纹离型纸的正面形成面层;再将水性中间层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,体系混匀后抽至真空,均匀地涂刮在面层上,制得中间层;
步骤2:将环保无溶剂复合粘接层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,然后涂覆在中间层上,得到复合粘接层,待粘接层预热后呈半干状态贴合基布,烘干后剥离分卷得到聚氨酯合成革半成品;
步骤3:将耐磨发泡绒感层的原料按配比量充分混合搅拌均匀,辊涂在步骤2制得的合成革半成品的革面上,送入烘箱发泡烘干,即得合成革成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤1中,水性面层的涂覆厚度为0.04-0.06mm,水性中间层浆料的涂刮厚度为0.08-0.15mm,水性面层及水性中间层涂刮后分别在80-95℃条件下鼓风干燥2-4min。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤2中,环保无溶剂复合粘接层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.15-0.25mm,预热温度为85-100℃,贴合后的半成品烘干温度为120-130℃,烘干时间为4-6min,贴合基布时的层压间隙为基布厚度的70-80%。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤3中,发泡温度为170-180℃;辊涂时采用表处辊或印花辊,所述表处辊为70目双雕表处辊,所述印花辊为荔枝纹辊,车速为20-25m/min。
