技术领域
本发明属于合成革制备技术领域,具体涉及一种低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,沙发家具用绒面真皮效果产品在欧洲及世界主流市场上非常流行,但受制于真皮材料价格、真皮产量限制等因素,消费者对具有此类绒面真皮效果合成革产品的需求也越来迫切。而传统绒面合成革产品革面绒感弱、易发花,且耐磨、耐刮、耐水解性能较差。在此背景下,我们通过对材料创新、工艺创新相结合的方式制备出一种外观绒感极强,手感柔软丰满,同时具有环保,耐刮,耐磨,耐水解等特点的反绒沙发家具用合成革。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革,其由外至内依次包括面层、中间层、贴合层和基布层;所述面层由无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料制成,所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
所述弱极性有机溶剂优选为丁酮(MEK)、乙酸乙酯(ETAC)、碳酸二甲酯(DMC)中的一种;弱极性有机溶剂可以降低物料粘度,提高加工性,使物料中不含DMF等不环保溶剂。
上述浆料中高密度低温发泡起绒粉较普通型发泡起绒粉具有起绒后绒毛强度高,耐磨、耐刮性能优异的特点。反应型有机硅助剂为接枝-NCO和-Si基团的新型材料,其与无DMF聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯中-OH在100℃以上温度下发生交联反应,交联后-Si基团接枝在面层聚氨酯上,较普通型硅油助剂具有明显的耐久及赋予面层优异的耐磨、耐刮性能,同时触感嫩滑。
进一步方案,所述中间层由无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料制成;所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯因其软质中质模量及树脂结构的特点使成革后具有环保、手感柔软、手感丰满的特点;所述添加型硅油助剂提高成革后耐刮、耐磨性能;所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份制备而成:

本发明的另一个目的是提供上述所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在离型纸上涂覆一层无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后制得面层;优选的,所述离型纸为雾面哑光型离型纸;所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为2500~3500cps,其涂覆厚度为15-18丝;所述烘干的温度为90-120℃。
(2)在面层上涂覆一层无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后在面层的表面制得中间层;优选的,所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为3500~4500cps,其涂覆厚度为15-18丝;所述烘干的温度为90-120℃。
(3)在中间层上涂覆一层聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料,加热烘干至半交联状态与基布贴合,继续烘干熟化后剥离离型纸,得到干法半成品;优选的,所述聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为6000-10000cps,其涂覆厚度为30-35丝;所述加热烘干的温度为80-95℃;所述烘干熟化的温度为110-130℃。
(4)将干法半成品放入高温发泡机中进行发泡起绒处理,即得到起绒半成品;优选的,所述发泡起绒处理的温度为140~160℃,时间为3-8min。
(5)在起绒半成品的起绒面上涂饰强极性溶剂进行溶解处理,即制得低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革;所述溶解处理的温度优选为80~120℃,时间为1-3min,强极性溶剂通过相似相容原理使起绒面表层微球发生破损溶解,形成漫反射,赋予起绒面低光雾度及优异的耐刮性能;所述强极性溶剂由以下组分按重量份组成:
30%~50%DMF 100份,
蜡粉 6~10份。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1.本发明在面层制备过程中,一方面通过加入高密度低温发泡起绒粉剂,面层经过发泡起绒后绒毛强度高;另一方面通过反应型有机硅助剂与无DMF聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯接枝反应,赋予面层优异的耐磨、耐刮性能,同时触感嫩滑;此外,通过强极性溶剂对起绒面进行处理,利用相似相容原理,能够使起绒面表层微球发生破损溶解,形成漫反射,赋予起绒面低光雾度及优异的耐刮性能;制备得到的产品反绒外观效果,绒感、仿旧感极强;本发明制得的产物具有较强的耐刮性能和耐磨性能;
2.本发明在强极性溶剂中加入蜡粉,与普通合成革相比,通过对起绒面蜡感处理,使其具有更好的易清洁性能;
3.本发明选择无DMF聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯、无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯、聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料体系分别作为制备面层、中间层和贴合层的主要原料,使制备得到的产品具有较高耐水解性能(满足70℃*95%RH*7W恒温恒湿水解后革面不开裂、不粉化、常温曲挠1.5万次不开裂的耐水解性能)。

无溶剂B料CC 6945/100C-B购买自巴斯夫股份公司;
高密度低温发泡起绒粉购买自北京森昌泰和科技有限责任公司;
反应型有机硅助剂型号为CHN-3500-U,购买自信越有机硅国际贸易(上海)有限公司;

所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份组成:
(2)在所制得在面层上涂覆一层厚度为18丝的无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,其粘度为4500cps/25℃,在90℃、100℃、110℃、120℃梯度温度下烘2min后,在面层的表面制得中间层;
所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份组成:

(4)将干法半成品再经过高温发泡机在150℃温度,车速12m/min工艺下进行连续烘5min的发泡起绒处理,即得到起绒半成品,所述高温发泡机烘箱封闭性好、温度稳定;所述高温发泡机烘箱规格为30节*1米*2层;
(5)将起绒半成品通过表面涂饰强极性溶剂溶解处理后即制得低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革;
所述强极性溶剂是由以下组分按重量份组成:
30%DMF 100份;

本实施例制备的合成革具有低光雾度、易清洁(符合1969家具行业清洁标准的W(水基清洁剂))、绒感强、手感柔软丰满以及环保、耐刮(五指刮擦测试仪:10N作用力下往复刮擦一次无擦恒)、耐磨(威士博20万不破)和耐水解(满足70℃*95%RH*7W恒温恒湿水解后革面不开裂、不粉化、常温曲挠1.5万次不开裂的耐水解性能)特点。
实施例2
(1)选用离型纸AR-213,在离型纸上涂覆一层厚度为15丝的无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,其粘度为3000cps/25℃,在100℃、100℃、120℃、120℃梯度温度下烘3min后形成面层;
所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份组成:

所述强极性溶剂是由以下组分按重量份组成:

本实施例制备的合成革具有低光雾度、易清洁(符合1969家具行业清洁标准的W(水基清洁剂))、绒感强、手感柔软丰满以及环保、耐刮(五指刮擦测试仪:10N作用力下往复刮擦一次无擦恒)、耐磨(威士博20万不破)和耐水解(满足70℃*95%RH*7W恒温恒湿水解后革面不开裂、不粉化、常温曲挠1.5万次不开裂的耐水解性能)特点。
对比例1
(1)选用离型纸DE-43,在离型纸上涂覆一层厚度为16丝的无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,其粘度为2500cps/25℃,在90℃、90℃、100℃、100℃梯度温度下烘1min后形成面层;
所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份组成:
(2)在所制得在面层上涂覆一层厚度为18丝的无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,其粘度为3500cps/25℃,在90℃、100℃、110℃、120℃梯度温度下烘1min后,在面层上形成中间层;
所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料是由以下组分按重量份组成:
(3)在所得中间层上再涂覆一层厚度为33丝的聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料,在85℃温度下烘至半干交联状态下贴合1.2mm双面绒基布,经130℃高温熟化8min后剥离形成干法半成品;
所述聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料由以下组分按重量份组成:
(4)将干法半成品再经过高温发泡机在160℃温度,车速15m/min工艺下进行连续烘4min的发泡起绒处理,即得到起绒半成品,所述高温发泡机烘箱封闭性好、温度稳定;所述高温发泡机烘箱规格为30节*1米*2层;
(5)起绒半成品再经过表面涂饰弱极性溶剂溶解处理后即制得绒感合成革;
所述弱极性溶剂是由以下组分按重量份组成:
50%MEK 100份;
本实施例制备的合成革绒感强、耐水解(满足7年ASTM D3690耐水解标准),但光雾度一般、清洁性能不能满足1969家具行业清洁标准的W(水基清洁剂)、耐刮、耐磨性能较差。

Claims (10)

1.一种低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:其由外至内依次包括面层、中间层、贴合层和基布层;所述面层由无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料制成,所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在离型纸上涂覆一层无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后制得面层;
(2)在面层上涂覆一层无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后在面层的表面制得中间层;
(3)在中间层上涂覆一层聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料,加热烘干至半交联状态与基布贴合,继续烘干熟化后剥离离型纸,得到干法半成品;
(4)将干法半成品放入高温发泡机中进行发泡起绒处理,即得到起绒半成品;
(5)在起绒半成品的起绒面上涂饰强极性溶剂溶解处理后即制得低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革;所述强极性溶剂由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
30%~50%DMF 100份,
蜡粉 6~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述中间层由无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料制成,所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
3.根据权利要求1所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述贴合层由聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料制成,所述聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
4.根据权利要求1所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述基布层为全涤双面起绒布,其厚度为1.1-1.3mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)在离型纸上涂覆一层无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后制得面层;
(2)在面层上涂覆一层无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料,烘干后在面层的表面制得中间层;
(3)在中间层上涂覆一层聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料,加热烘干至半交联状态与基布贴合,继续烘干熟化后剥离离型纸,得到干法半成品;
(4)将干法半成品放入高温发泡机中进行发泡起绒处理,即得到起绒半成品;
(5)在起绒半成品的起绒面上涂饰强极性溶剂溶解处理后即制得低光雾度、易清洁反绒沙发家具用聚氨酯合成革;所述强极性溶剂由以下组分按重量份制备而成:
30%~50%DMF 100份,
蜡粉 6~10份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述离型纸为雾面哑光型离型纸。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述无DMF软质聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为2500~3500cps,其涂覆厚度为15-18丝;所述烘干的温度为90-120℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,所述无DMF中质模量聚碳溶剂型聚氨酯浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为3500~4500cps,其涂覆厚度为15-18丝;所述烘干的温度为90-120℃。
9.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,所述聚醚型无溶剂聚氨酯双组分A/B混合浆料在25℃测试条件下的粘度为6000-10000cps,其涂覆厚度为30-35丝;所述加热烘干的温度为80-95℃;所述烘干熟化的温度为110-130℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)中,所述发泡起绒处理的温度为140~160℃,时间为3-8min。
