技术领域
本发明涉及皮革加工技术领域,特别是指一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺。
背景技术
运动鞋面革属于高端功能性皮革,为适应不同的运动场景,对物性品质要求更高,也具有更高的附加值。白色运动鞋面革是运动鞋面革里最具代表性、最流行的风格品种,由其制作的白色运动鞋深得大众喜爱,经久不衰。耐折牢度、耐磨耗、耐黄变是白色运动鞋面革必须具备的物理性能,比一般的鞋面革标准要求更高。要达到其高标准的物理性能要求,关键在涂饰工艺的底涂化料和顶层保护层的材料选择及工艺配方。
现有的白色运动鞋面革有的采用油性硝化棉或油性醋酸棉做顶层保护层,其成品耐折牢度、耐磨耗性能优异,用油性醋酸棉做顶层的耐黄变性能也很好,但是此类工艺需要用到溶剂作稀释剂,会产生大量VOC排放,对环境不友好,不符合行业可持续发展的趋势和国家环保政策的规定;也有的采用水性硝化棉或水性醋酸棉做顶层保护层,但是水性硝化棉受光或热作用容易变色,耐黄变性能差,而水性醋酸棉耐黄变性能虽好,但成膜偏硬,与底涂层的聚氨酯树脂接着性差,容易脱层,导致耐折牢度、耐磨耗性能变差,面对高物性白色运动鞋面革的要求尚有一定差离。鉴于此,申请人提出一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺。
发明内容
本发明提供一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,以解决现有白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺存在会产生大量VOC排放、耐黄变性能差、耐折牢度、耐磨耗性能差等问题,以实现各性能指标都能达到高物性白色运动鞋面革的要求。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将坯革投入转鼓中摔软2-8小时,得到柔软的坯革;
步骤2,将柔软的坯革在绷板机上拉伸绷板,得到舒展平整的坯革;
步骤3,使用如权利要求1所述的底涂化料,在上一步骤的舒展平整的坯革喷底涂2次,每次2-10g/SF,涂覆于坯革表面;
步骤4,将上一步骤喷过底涂的坯革通过熨平机,在90-120℃和1-4MPa压力作用下,涂层和坯革牢固结合;
步骤5,经过压板机80-100℃、8-12MPa压力、2-4秒时间作用下,在皮面压制出均匀细致的粒面;
步骤6,喷中涂2-3次,每次5-10g/SF,作用同底涂,配方同底涂化料;
步骤7,使用如权利要求2所述的顶层保护材料,喷涂顶层保护层2次,每次3-8g/SF,干燥后形成的保护层;
步骤8,经过检验、量尺、打包即成品;
上述底涂化料配方包括如下:水250-400份,渗透剂10-100份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂150-350份,甲基丙烯酸树脂100-150份,无机硅酸盐填料40-100份,软性合成蜡乳液20-80份,无机钛白颜料100-150份;
上述顶层保护材料配方包括如下:水200-400份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂100-300份,水性醋酸棉50-200份,聚碳二亚胺10-30份,有机硅手感剂10-30份。
进一步改进地,上述底涂化料配方包括如下:水300份,渗透剂100份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂250份,甲基丙烯酸树脂100份,无机硅酸盐填料40份,软性合成蜡乳液60份,无机钛白颜料100份。
进一步改进地,上述顶层保护材料配方包括如下:水300份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂100份,水性醋酸棉200份,聚碳二亚胺10份,有机硅手感剂10份。
进一步改进地,上述底涂化料配方包括如下:水350份,渗透剂50份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂150份,甲基丙烯酸树脂150份,无机硅酸盐填料60份,软性合成蜡乳液40份,无机钛白颜料150份。

由上述对本发明的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、底涂配方中成膜剂选择脂肪族聚氨酯树脂、甲基丙烯酸树脂。脂肪族聚氨酯树脂成膜耐光性极好,黏着性、柔韧性、耐曲挠性、耐热耐寒性及耐干擦性优良,与颜料及其他树脂混溶性好;甲基丙烯酸树脂与坯革具有良好的黏合力,成膜透明光亮、柔韧且富有弹性,耐曲挠、耐光、耐干/湿擦性能优异。
2、底涂配方中助剂选择无机硅酸盐填料和软性合成蜡乳液。无机硅酸盐填料具有优良的耐光、耐高温性和填充性,可明显提高涂层的遮盖力和耐熨烫性;软性合成蜡乳液具有良好的柔软性和油润感,高温熨烫后得到平滑细致的表面,遮盖性好,可改进涂层的熨烫离板性和堆叠防粘性。
3、底涂配方中着色剂选择无机钛白颜料。无机钛白颜料耐光、耐热稳定性优,遮盖力强。
4、顶层保护层选择脂肪族聚氨酯树脂和水性醋酸棉以及聚碳二亚胺和有机硅手感剂。脂肪族聚氨酯树脂成膜耐光性极好,黏着性、柔韧性、耐曲挠性、耐热耐寒性及耐干擦性优良,与其他树脂混溶性好;水性醋酸棉耐光、耐热稳定性佳,不易燃,成膜比较硬,光泽清澈透明,耐水、耐溶剂,手感舒适;聚碳二亚胺起交联剂作用,在聚碳二亚胺作用下,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂和水性醋酸棉既各自交联又相互交联,形成共混聚合的网络结构,成膜兼具二者的优良性能,光泽清澈透明,显著提高涂层的拉伸强度,黏结强度,耐水、耐溶剂,耐干/湿擦,耐光、耐热性和耐摩擦性;有机硅手感剂赋予涂层滑爽舒适的手感,良好的透气性和透水汽性。
5、本发明的白色运动鞋面革涂饰工艺,全部采用水性材料,没有VOC排放,对环境友好,符合行业可持续发展的趋势和国家环保政策的规定,显著提高成品革的耐折牢度、耐磨耗和耐黄变性能,各性能指标都能达到高物性白色运动鞋面革的要求。

步骤5,经过压板机90℃、12MPa压力、2秒时间作用下,在皮面压制出均匀细致的粒面,有效遮盖坯革的一些伤残,提高成品利用率;
步骤6,喷顶层2次,每次5g/SF,顶层配方:水300份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂BAYDERMFinish 3041(朗盛(常州)有限公司)200份,水性醋酸棉LW-78-634(斯塔尔精细涂料(苏州)有限公司)100份,聚碳二亚胺XR-13-906(斯塔尔精细涂料(苏州)有限公司)20份,有机硅手感剂Melio WF-5230(斯塔尔精细涂料(苏州)有限公司)20份,干燥后形成光泽透亮、耐水、耐溶剂、耐干/湿擦、耐光、耐热、耐摩擦的保护层;
步骤8,经过检验、量尺、打包即成品。
将实施例1、实施例2得到的白色运动鞋面革进行实验检测,得到的实验数据如下表所示:

Claims (5)
1.一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将坯革投入转鼓中摔软2-8小时,得到柔软的坯革;
步骤2,将柔软的坯革在绷板机上拉伸绷板,得到舒展平整的坯革;
步骤3,使用如权利要求1所述的底涂化料,在上一步骤的舒展平整的坯革喷底涂2次,每次2-10g/SF,涂覆于坯革表面;
步骤4,将上一步骤喷过底涂的坯革通过熨平机,在90-120℃和1-4MPa压力作用下,涂层和坯革牢固结合;
步骤5,经过压板机80-100℃、8-12MPa压力、2-4秒时间作用下,在皮面压制出均匀细致的粒面;
步骤6,喷中涂2-3次,每次5-10g/SF,作用同底涂,配方同底涂化料;
步骤7,使用如权利要求2所述的顶层保护材料,喷涂顶层保护层2次,每次3-8g/SF,干燥后形成的保护层;
步骤8,经过检验、量尺、打包即成品;
所述底涂化料配方包括如下:水250-400份,渗透剂10-100份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂150-350份,甲基丙烯酸树脂100-150份,无机硅酸盐填料40-100份,软性合成蜡乳液20-80份,无机钛白颜料100-150份;
所述顶层保护材料配方包括如下:水200-400份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂100-300份,水性醋酸棉50-200份,聚碳二亚胺10-30份,有机硅手感剂10-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,其特征在于,所述底涂化料配方包括如下:水100份,渗透剂100份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂250份,甲基丙烯酸树脂100份,无机硅酸盐填料40份,软性合成蜡乳液60份,无机钛白颜料100份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,其特征在于,所述底涂化料配方包括如下:水350份,渗透剂50份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂150份,甲基丙烯酸树脂150份,无机硅酸盐填料60份,软性合成蜡乳液40份,无机钛白颜料150份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,其特征在于,所述顶层保护材料配方包括如下:水300份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂100份,水性醋酸棉200份,聚碳二亚胺10份,有机硅手感剂10份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种白色运动鞋面革的涂饰工艺,其特征在于,所述顶层保护材料配方包括如下:水300份,脂肪族聚氨酯树脂200份,水性醋酸棉100份,聚碳二亚胺20份,有机硅手感剂20份。
