背景技术
[0002] 聚氨酯合成革,简称合成革,是一种以各种基布作为基材,在基材上涂覆聚氨酯树脂使其赋予各种花纹、图案、功能及手感的仿真皮合成革。传统的PU合成革回弹差,耐磨差,不能满足合成革特性要求。
[0003] 现如今聚氨酯合成革产品已广泛应用于人们的日常生活中,尤其在运动鞋领域应用较为普遍,随着社会经济的发展及人们生活水平的提高,人们对于运动鞋革的需求不仅仅停留在耐用性,且对其附加功能如美观性也越来越关注。
[0004] 传统的服用聚氨酯合成革,不仅皱折大、强度一般,而且制鞋绷楦时易起皱、成鞋定型差;另外,鞋穿后弯曲部位定型差,不能完全满足当今运动休闲鞋、童鞋等加工及性能要求。

[0005] 本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种珠光抗折皱防水透湿聚氨酯合成革,具有不起皱、弯折无折痕,制鞋绷楦时弧度佳,鞋子弯曲部位定型好,高物理机械强度、耐用性好的聚氨酯合成革,以确保制成鞋产品具有抗皱性能好、弯折无折痕、舒适性好。

热塑性聚氨酯弹性体60-80,乙二醇苯醚2-4,十二烷基磺酸钠2-4,聚丙烯酸酯3_8,硫化蓖麻油0.5-1,活性炭2-3,硝化纤维1-2,聚氨基甲酸酯1-2,聚丙烯酸铵0.2-0.5,聚磷酸钠0.5-1,渗透剂JFC 2-5,干式色料2-4,改性助剂2_6 ;醋酸乙酯10-16,醋酸丁酯15-20,珠光粉2-12,彩色塑料颗粒1-5 ;
所述的中间层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂60-80,膨胀石墨2-4,石英砂1-2,十二烷基苯磺酸2-6,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2,氧化镁5-10,乙二醇丁醚醇酸酯1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,氢氧化铝0.5-1,剥离剂BYK-325 1-3,硼酸1-2,木质粉1-3 ;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.5-1,云母粉1-2,矿物油消泡剂0.5-1,聚乙二醇4-8,玻璃纤维4-8,剑麻纤维2-4,羟丙基甲基纤维素2-4,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5,苯甲醇3_6,橄榄油25-50,氯化钠 0.5-3 ;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:将云母粉、玻璃纤维、剑麻纤维和羟丙基甲基纤维素混合后加入苯甲醇和橄榄油初步研磨至50-100目,再加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,60-80 °C、600-800r/min搅拌10_30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料于140-180 °C、400-600r/min条件下搅拌5_10h,冷却后即得。
[0008] 进一步,所述改性助剂的制备方法是:将云母粉、玻璃纤维、剑麻纤维和羟丙基甲基纤维素混合后加入苯甲醇和橄榄油初步研磨至75目,再加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,70°C、700r/min搅拌20min,干燥后研磨至600目,加入其余原料于160°C、500r/min条件下搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得。
[0009] 采用上述技术方案,聚氨酯树脂涂层具有很高的弹性,而且聚氨酯树脂涂层内添加有特殊组成的改性助剂可以进一步提高皮革的弹性,因此,这种结构的高弹性皮革,具有较好的弹性,能满足人们对皮革制品弹性的需求。通过在面层中添加聚氨基甲酸酯和聚丙烯酸铵组分提高合成革的防水透湿性能。
[0010]与此同时,中间涂层添加膨胀石墨、石英砂、氧化镁和氢氧化铝组分使得合成革有优异的耐磨和抗皱性能,在皮革基层的底面通过水性聚氨酯粘结浆料固结有弹性纤维层,其表现出和真皮里层极为近似的结构弹性,当其受力拉引,可以完全伸张,在拉力消失时,又可迅速的恢复到受力前的状态,大大提高弹性纤维层的附着力,整体结构牢靠,表面涂覆的PU树脂层,确保皮面的耐用性、安全性及外观的持久光鲜,弹性舒适度高,符合使用者的需求。

热塑性聚氨酯弹性体60-80,乙二醇苯醚2-4,十二烷基磺酸钠2-4,聚丙烯酸酯3_8,硫化蓖麻油0.5-1,活性炭2-3,硝化纤维1-2,聚氨基甲酸酯1-2,聚丙烯酸铵0.2-0.5,聚磷酸钠0.5-1,渗透剂JFC 2-5,干式色料2-4,改性助剂2_6 ;醋酸乙酯10-16,醋酸丁酯15-20,珠光粉2-12,彩色塑料颗粒1-5 ;
所述的中间层由下述重量份的原料制得:
聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂60-80,膨胀石墨2-4,石英砂1-2,十二烷基苯磺酸2-6,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2,氧化镁5-10,乙二醇丁醚醇酸酯1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,氢氧化铝0.5-1,剥离剂BYK-325 1-3,硼酸1-2,木质粉1-3 ;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.5-1,云母粉1-2,矿物油消泡剂0.5-1,聚乙二醇4-8,玻璃纤维4-8,剑麻纤维
2-4,羟丙基甲基纤维素2-4,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5,苯甲醇3_6,橄榄油25-50,氯化钠 0.5-3 ;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:
将云母粉、玻璃纤维、剑麻纤维和羟丙基甲基纤维素混合后加入苯甲醇和橄榄油初步研磨至50-100目,再加入氨丙基三乙氧基娃烧,60_80°C、600_800r/min搅拌10_30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料于140-180°C、400-600r/min搅拌5_10h,冷却后即得。

制备以上实施一所述的一种高弹防火聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据实施例一的配比称取面层原料,将活性炭、硝化纤维、干式色料、珠光粉和彩色塑料颗粒混合后研磨至100-200目,加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40-50 °C处理6_8h,加入聚氨基甲酸酯,将pH调至中性,冷冻干燥后研磨至500-600目,加入其余原料600_800r/min、40-60°C搅拌30-60min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-120°C干燥后形成面层;
(2)根据实施例一的配比称取中间层原料,将膨胀石墨、石英砂、氧化镁和氢氧化铝混合后800-1000°C煅烧2-4h,将温度降至400-600°C,加入剥离剂BYK-325后处理l_2h,冷却后加入硼酸和木质粉,研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料60-80 °C、600-800r/min搅拌3_6h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,100-140°C烘干;
(3)在中间层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后120-140°C烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。
[0014] 本发明在生产过程中对环境无影响无污染,所采用的原料为环保原料,可以重复利用,取代传统生产方法,既解决环境污染问题又能提高聚氨酯合成革的性能。本发明中采用热塑性聚氨酯弹性体,减轻合成革的重量,同时还使得制品表面柔软、涩感很强、弹性优越、抗折皱、防水透湿、耐磨、耐老化、耐水解。

1.一种珠光抗折皱防水透湿聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、中间层和面层,其特征在于: 所述的面层由下述重量份的原料制得: 热塑性聚氨酯弹性体60-80,乙二醇苯醚2-4,十二烷基磺酸钠2-4,聚丙烯酸酯3_8,硫化蓖麻油0.5-1,活性炭2-3,硝化纤维1-2,聚氨基甲酸酯1-2,聚丙烯酸铵0.2-0.5,聚磷酸钠0.5-1,渗透剂JFC 2-5,干式色料2-4,改性助剂2_6 ;醋酸乙酯10-16,醋酸丁酯15-20,珠光粉2-12,彩色塑料颗粒1-5 ; 所述的中间层由下述重量份的原料制得: 聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯树脂60-80,膨胀石墨2-4,石英砂1-2,十二烷基苯磺酸2-6,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2,氧化镁5-10,乙二醇丁醚醇酸酯1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,氢氧化铝0.5-1,剥离剂BYK-325 1-3,硼酸1-2,木质粉1-3 ; 所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成: 单宁酸0.5-1,云母粉1-2,矿物油消泡剂0.5-1,聚乙二醇4-8,玻璃纤维4-8,剑麻纤维2-4,羟丙基甲基纤维素2-4,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5,苯甲醇3_6,橄榄油25-50,氯化钠 0.5-3 ; 所述改性助剂的制备方法是:将云母粉、玻璃纤维、剑麻纤维和羟丙基甲基纤维素混合后加入苯甲醇和橄榄油初步研磨至50-100目,再加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,60-80 °C、600-800r/min搅拌10_30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料于140-180 °C、400-600r/min条件下搅拌5_10h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种珠光抗折皱防水透湿聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于,所述改性助剂的制备方法是:将云母粉、玻璃纤维、剑麻纤维和羟丙基甲基纤维素混合后加入苯甲醇和橄榄油初步研磨至75目,再加入氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,70°C、700r/min搅拌20min,干燥后研磨至600目,加入其余原料于160°C、500r/min条件下搅拌5_10h,冷却后即得。
