目前,合成革产品已广泛用于生产箱包、服装、鞋类等产品领域。传统的合成革表面不够柔软,透气性差,舒适感差,手感不好,光亮度差,且不耐刮擦,不够结实耐用,使用寿命短。

为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种有机硅生态合成革,依次包括面层、粘合剂层和基布层,面层通过粘合剂层粘合在基布层上,面层的表面还设有涂饰层,所述涂饰层的制备原料包括有机硅乳液100重量份、去离子水0~20重量份、光油0~6重量份和聚醚硅油0~3重量份。
优选的,所述面层的制备原料包括耐磨硅胶树脂100重量份、颜料5~20重量份、消泡剂0.1~5重量份和流平剂0.1~3重量份。
本发明还提供了一种有机硅生态合成革的制备方法,,包括以下步骤:
(1)将涂饰层的制备原料混合,形成涂饰层浆料,选定离型纸,在离型纸上涂覆该涂饰层浆料,烘干制得涂饰层,其中,涂饰层的制备原料包括有机硅乳液100重量份、去离子水0~20重量份、光油0~6重量份和聚醚硅油0~3重量份;
(2)将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将面层浆料涂覆在步骤(1)处理后的涂饰层上,烘干后制得面层;
(3)在步骤(2)处理后的面层上涂覆硅树脂粘合剂,形成粘合剂层,将面层通过该粘合剂层与基布层粘合,烘干后,将离型纸剥离,制得所述有机硅生态合成革。
优选的,步骤(2)中的面层的制备原料包括耐磨硅胶树脂100重量份、颜料5~20重量份、消泡剂0.1~5重量份和流平剂0.1~3重量份。
优选的,步骤(1)中的烘干操作是在100~160℃下烘烤80~120s。
优选的,步骤(2)中的烘干操作是在120~160℃下烘烤50~80s。
优选的,步骤(3)中的烘干操作是在120~160℃下烘烤65~90s。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制成的有机硅生态合成革包括涂饰层、面层、粘合剂层和基布层,涂饰层的制备原料包括有机硅乳液100重量份、去离子水0~20重量份、光油0~6重量份和聚醚硅油0~3重量份。本发明在面层上涂覆涂饰层,涂饰层中的有机硅乳液可以赋予合成革优异的丝滑手感,增加合成革的柔软性,提高光亮度,同时也提升了合成革的耐刮擦性以及耐老化性,比较结实耐用,又可保证合成革表面的透气性,且有机硅乳液可形成非极性表面,很少与生物系统发生反应,不会对人体发生危害,无毒,无污染,无VOC,绿色环保。此外,有机硅具有出色的防火性,一旦发生燃烧,不会释放有毒的化学物质。本发明制成的生态合成革易于清洗,且在清洗后依然保持出色性能,且产品还具有防水透湿性和疏水性。本发明的制备工艺,使得制得的合成革的涂饰层、面层和基布层之间的结合力好,提高了整个合成革的耐久性,延长了合成革的使用寿命。

(3)在步骤(2)处理后的面层上涂覆硅树脂粘合剂,形成粘合剂层,将面层通过该粘合剂层与基布层粘合,在160℃下烘烤90s后,将离型纸剥离,制得所述有机硅生态合成革。

(2)将面层的制备原料混合,形成面层浆料,将面层浆料涂覆在步骤(1)处理后的涂饰层上,在140℃下烘烤60s后,制得面层,其中,面层的制备原料包括耐磨硅胶树脂100重量份、颜料10重量份、消泡剂3重量份和流平剂2重量份。
(3)在步骤(2)处理后的面层上涂覆硅树脂粘合剂,形成粘合剂层,将面层通过该粘合剂层与基布层粘合,在130℃下烘烤80s后,将离型纸剥离,制得所述有机硅生态合成革。
本发明制成的有机硅生态合成革包括涂饰层、面层、粘合剂层和基布层,涂饰层的制备原料包括有机硅乳液100重量份、去离子水0~20重量份、光油0~6重量份和聚醚硅油0~3重量份。本发明在面层上涂覆涂饰层,涂饰层中的有机硅乳液可以赋予合成革优异的丝滑手感,增加合成革的柔软性,提高光亮度,同时也提升了合成革的耐刮擦性以及耐久性,比较结实耐用,又可保证合成革表面的透气性,且有机硅乳液可形成非极性表面,很少与生物系统发生反应,不会对人体发生危害,无毒,无污染,无VOC,绿色环保。此外,有机硅具有出色的防火性,一旦发生燃烧,不会释放有毒的化学物质。本发明制成的生态合成革易于清洗,且在清洗后依然保持出色性能,且产品还具有防水透湿性和疏水性。另外,有机硅乳液与聚醚硅油配合使用,可以提高涂饰层的均匀性,并丰富手感。
