Abstract
本发明提供一种手机电池正负极裁片装置,包括上料轨道,所述上料轨道中部上端设置有裁剪切刀,所述上料轨道上设置有理料板,所述理料板通过下端设置的横向卡槽设置在上料轨道上,所述裁剪切刀上方设置有裁剪气缸,所述裁剪切刀左侧设置有长度检测辊,所述长度检测辊一端设置有转动指示杆,所述转动指示杆下方设置有拨动片,所述拨动片下端设置有计数装置。通过上料轨道对正负极板进行运输,并且通过裁片切刀对电池正负极板进行裁片,通过长度检测辊对正负极板长度进行测定,并自动控制裁片切刀进行裁切,通过转动指示杆、拨动片和计数装置对长度检测辊进行检测,提高工作效率,减少产品出错率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及手机电池制造领域,尤其涉及一种对手机锂电池正负极进行裁片的手机电池正负极裁片装置。
背景技术
在制作手机锂电池时,需要对已经制作完成的正负极板进行裁片,使正负极板便于使用。目前对正负极板进行裁片使,通常使用的是一般的裁片机,只有单纯的裁片功能,何时进行裁片、裁片长度多少都需要人工进行控制,工作效率不高,并且对正负极板裁片规格无法控制,容易造成正负极板裁切失败导致浪费。因此,解决手机锂电池正负极板裁片工作效率低且容易出现错误的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种对手机锂电池正负极进行裁片的手机电池正负极裁片装置,通过上料轨道对正负极板进行运输,并且通过裁片切刀对电池正负极板进行裁片,通过长度检测辊对正负极板长度进行测定,并自动控制裁片切刀进行裁切,解决了手机锂电池正负极板裁片工作效率低且容易出现错误的问题。
本发明提供一种手机电池正负极裁片装置,包括上料轨道,所述上料轨道中部上端设置有裁剪切刀,所述上料轨道上设置有理料板,所述理料板通过下端设置的横向卡槽设置在上料轨道上,所述裁剪切刀上方设置有裁剪气缸,所述裁剪切刀左侧设置有长度检测辊,所述长度检测辊一端设置有转动指示杆,所述转动指示杆下方设置有拨动片,所述拨动片下端设置有计数装置。
进一步改进在于:所述长度检测辊表面设置有摩擦层,通过摩擦层提高长度检测辊与通过的正负极之间的摩擦力。
进一步改进在于:所述上料轨道右侧设置有步进电机,所述步进电机带动上料轨道工作。
进一步改进在于:所述步进电机和裁剪气缸与计数装置电连接,通过计数装置控制步进电机和裁剪气缸的工作。
本发明的有益效果是:通过上料轨道对正负极板进行运输,并且通过裁片切刀对电池正负极板进行裁片,通过长度检测辊对正负极板长度进行测定,并自动控制裁片切刀进行裁切,通过转动指示杆、拨动片和计数装置对长度检测辊进行检测,提高工作效率,减少产品出错率。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种手机电池正负极裁片装置,包括上料轨道1,所述上料轨道1中部上端设置有裁剪切刀2,所述上料轨道1上设置有理料板3,所述理料板3通过下端设置的横向卡槽4设置在上料轨道1上,所述裁剪切刀2上方设置有裁剪气缸5,所述裁剪切刀2左侧设置有长度检测辊6,所述长度检测辊6一端设置有转动指示杆7,所述转动指示杆7下方设置有拨动片8,所述拨动片8下端设置有计数装置9。所述长度检测辊6表面设置有摩擦层,通过摩擦层提高长度检测辊6与通过的正负极之间的摩擦力。所述上料轨道1右侧设置有步进电机10,所述步进电机10带动上料轨道1工作。所述步进电机10和裁剪气缸5与计数装置9电连接,通过计数装置9控制步进电机10和裁剪气缸5的工作。通过上料轨道1对正负极板进行运输,并且通过裁片切刀2对电池正负极板进行裁片,通过长度检测辊6对正负极板长度进行测定,并自动控制裁片切刀2进行裁切,通过转动指示杆7、拨动片8和计数装置9对长度检测辊6进行检测,提高工作效率,减少产品出错率。

1.一种手机电池正负极裁片装置,包括上料轨道(1),所述上料轨道(1)中部上端设置有裁剪切刀(2),其特征在于:所述上料轨道(1)上设置有理料板(3),所述理料板(3)通过下端设置的横向卡槽(4)设置在上料轨道(1)上,所述裁剪切刀(2)上方设置有裁剪气缸(5),所述裁剪切刀(2)左侧设置有长度检测辊(6),所述长度检测辊(6)一端设置有转动指示杆(7),所述转动指示杆(7)下方设置有拨动片(8),所述拨动片(8)下端设置有计数装置(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的手机电池正负极裁片装置,其特征在于:所述长度检测辊(6)表面设置有摩擦层,通过摩擦层提高长度检测辊(6)与通过的正负极之间的摩擦力。
3.如权利要求1所述的手机电池正负极裁片装置,其特征在于:所述上料轨道(1)右侧设置有步进电机(10),所述步进电机(10)带动上料轨道(1)工作。
4.如权利要求3所述的手机电池正负极裁片装置,其特征在于:所述步进电机(10)和裁剪气缸(5)与计数装置(9)电连接,通过计数装置(9)控制步进电机(10)和裁剪气缸(5)的工作。
