技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂组合物,特别是涉及对人体的安全性高的、例如适合用在食品机械中的润滑脂组合物。另外,本发明涉及封入有上述润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承。
背景技术
考虑到环境负担和对人体的安全性,例如在专利文献1中记载了将食用油作为基础油、并将脂肪酸金属盐作为增稠剂的润滑脂组合物。另外,在专利文献2中记载了一种食品机械用的润滑脂组合物,其将来源于甘油或来源于丙二醇的脂肪酸甘油酯作为基础油,并将被认定为食品添加剂的硬脂酸钙作为增稠剂。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,硬脂酸钙作为增稠剂时,其结构不稳定,在受热的环境下增稠剂纤维经时地生长,有润滑脂组合物固化的倾向,存在耐热性差的问题。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种润滑脂组合物,该润滑脂组合物使硬脂酸钙的结构稳定,环境荷载少,对人体的安全性高,除此之外,耐热性也优异。另外,本发明的目的是提供一种适合用在食品机械等中的长寿命的滚动轴承。
用于解决课题的技术手段
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供下述润滑脂组合物及滚动轴承。
(1)一种润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,该润滑脂组合物是将食用油作为基础油、将硬脂酸钙作为增稠剂、并添加用于抑制热固化的结构稳定剂而成,并且,在100℃下加热100小时后的非工作锥入度为77以上。
(2)上述(1)所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,结构稳定剂是甘油单酯或多元醇。
(3)一种滚动轴承,其特征在于,封入有上述(1)或(2)所述的润滑脂组合物。
发明效果
本发明的润滑脂组合物的基础油的食用油及增稠剂的硬脂酸钙都是食品用的,是环境负担少、对人体的安全性高的润滑脂组合物,并且进一步添加结构稳定剂来使硬脂酸钙的结构稳定性提高。因此,安全性高,耐热性优异。

具体实施方式
(润滑脂组合物)
本发明的润滑脂组合物将食用油作为基础油,并使用硬脂酸钙作作为增稠剂。
作为基础油的食用油,例如可以列举:作为饱和脂肪酸与甘油的酯的饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯、大豆油、菜籽油、红花油、玉米油、棉籽油、芝麻油、橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油等,也可以是它们的混合油。另外,也可以适当混合其他动植物油。
其中,优选饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯,特别优选由碳原子数为8的饱和脂肪酸和甘油构成的饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯(C8饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯)与由碳原子数为10的饱和脂肪酸和甘油构成的饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯(C10饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯)的混合物、或者在1分子饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯中混合存在有碳原子数为8的饱和脂肪酸酯部分和碳原子数为10的饱和脂肪酸酯部分的混合物。需要说明的是,C8饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯与C10饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯的混合比率优选是C8饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯:C10饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯为60:40~90:10,更优选为70:30~80:20。
另外,在使用饱和脂肪酸甘油三酯时,优选其在40℃下的运动粘度为8~120mm2/s。在运动粘度低于8mm2/s(40℃)时,耐热性差的可能性高,如果大于120mm2/s(40℃),则基础油自身的剪切阻力增加,在将其封入于滚动轴承后,导致启动力矩和转动力矩的上升。40℃下的运动粘度优选为8~50mm2/s,更优选为10~35mm2/s,特别优选为10~20mm2/s。
增稠剂的硬脂酸钙优选使用符合食品添加剂法定文件、日本药典收录品等规划的食品添加剂、药品添加剂。另外,增稠剂量优选为润滑脂组合物总量的5~35质量%。增稠剂量低于5质量%时,剪切稳定性变差,在应用到滚动轴承等滑动/转动装置时,滑动/转动部分因剪切作用而软化,造成过度泄漏。另一方面,如果增稠剂量超过35质量%,则供润滑用的基础油的比例变得过少,有可能平衡变差。增稠剂量优选为10~28质量%,更优选为12~25质量%,特别优选为13~23质量%。
在本发明的润滑脂组合物中,为了实现硬脂酸钙的结构稳定化,添加结构稳定剂。作为结构稳定剂,优选甘油单酯或多元醇,且优选符合食品添加剂法定文件、日本药典收录品等规划的食品添加剂、药品添加剂。具体而言,可以列举:氢化棕榈油甘油单酯、油酸甘油单酯、甘油等。
另外,结构稳定剂的添加量只要是能够使硬脂酸钙的结构稳定的量,则没有限制,但关于氢化棕榈油甘油单酯,优选相对于硬脂酸钙为5~6.5质量%,关于甘油,优选为1~2质量%。
通过添加该结构稳定剂,润滑脂组合物的耐热性提高。具体而言,如后述实施例所示,在100℃下静置加热100小时后的非工作锥入度达到77以上。
另外,工作锥入度优选NLGI稠度编号2~3。
在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,可以在本发明的润滑脂组合物中添加一般的润滑脂用添加剂。具体而言,可以列举:抗氧化剂、防锈剂、极压剂、摩擦调整剂、pH调整剂等,但优选环境负担低、对人体的安全性高者。例如,作为抗氧化剂,使用维生素类等。
作为润滑脂组合物的制备方法,可以是在基础油的食用油中添加硬脂酸钙和结构稳定剂,并加热搅拌,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,将整体骤冷为半固体状,并在根据需要添加其他添加剂后,用辊磨机等混合机进行混合。如果硬脂酸钙溶解后的冷却是通过放置来缓慢冷却至室温,则硬脂酸钙凝固而成为软的润滑脂组合物,润滑脂泄漏成为问题。
(滚动轴承)
本发明还涉及封入有上述润滑脂组合物的滚动轴承。滚动轴承的种类没有限制,在深沟球轴承、角接触球轴承、圆柱滚子轴承、滚针轴承、圆锥滚子轴承等中填充上述润滑脂组合物,并利用密封部件进行密封。

在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)80.2g中添加硬脂酸钙14g、氢化棕榈油甘油单酯0.8g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为244,滴点为112℃,离油度为0.1%。需要说明的是,离油度的测定依据ASTM-D566-76进行。
(实施例2)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)80.8g中添加硬脂酸钙14g、甘油0.2g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为238,滴点为112℃,离油度为0.1%。
(实施例3)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)82.2g中,添加硬脂酸钙12g、甘油0.2g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为286,滴点为112℃,离油度为0.4%。
(实施例4)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)76.6g中添加硬脂酸钙16g、甘油2.4g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为257,滴点为109℃,离油度为0%。
(比较例1)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)81g中,添加硬脂酸钙14g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为249,滴点为111℃,离油度为0.8%。
(比较例2)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)82g中,添加硬脂酸钙13g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中,添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为262,滴点为111℃,离油度为1.1%。
(比较例3)
在矿物油(40℃下的运动粘度为27.6mm2/s)81g中添加12-羟基硬脂酸锂12g,并以12-羟基硬脂酸锂溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,流入预先用水冷却后的铝制浅盘,并用流动的水进行冷却。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为249,离油度为2%。
(比较例4)
在饱和中链脂肪酸甘油三酯(40℃下的运动粘度为14.8mm2/s)80.2g中添加硬脂酸钙14g、氢化棕榈油甘油三酯0.8g,并以硬脂酸钙溶解的温度进行加热搅拌。接着,在硬脂酸钙完全溶解后,停止加热,直接放冷至室温。然后,在固化成润滑脂状的润滑剂组合物95g中添加5g的作为抗氧化剂的维生素E,并使其混合,使用3轴辊磨机,得到润滑脂组合物。需要说明的是,工作锥入度为340,离油度为1.8%。
然后,使用上述得到的润滑脂组合物进行(1)静置加热试验、(2)烧粘耐久试验以及(3)耐磨试验。
(1)静置加热试验
将润滑脂组合物在100℃的恒温槽内静置100小时后,测定非工作锥入度,并评价与初始工作锥入度相比的变化。
(2)烧粘耐久试验
使用日本精工(株)制造的带密封的深沟球轴承「6203VV」(内径17mm、外径47mm),封入润滑脂组合物1.3g,使其在温度95℃、P/C=0.12、dmN=70万的条件下连续旋转,并将温度急速上升的时间点作为烧粘时间。测定结果取相对于比较例1的烧粘时间的相对值。
(3)耐磨试验
试验利用歇尔(Shell)式滑动四球试验机进行。与下部固定试验球、上部的旋转试验球一起使用1/2英寸的钢球。然后,仅对旋转球涂布润滑脂组合物0.1g,并在定为垂直载荷为49N、转速为1000min-1、旋转时间为20分钟、温度为常温的条件下进行试验。测定结果,算出试验后的3个下部固定球的磨痕直径的平均值,取相对于比较例1的磨痕直径的平均值的相对值。
表1中与润滑脂组成一起示出各试验结果。另外,图1中示出(1)静置加热试验的结果,图2中示出(2)烧粘耐久试验的结果,图3中示出(3)耐磨试验的结果。而且,基于这些结果,图4中将加热后非工作锥入度与烧粘耐久寿命比的关系图表化并示出,图5中将加热前后的稠度比与耐磨比的关系图表化并示出,图6中将(工作锥入度/离油度)与耐磨比的关系图表化并示出。

实施例1中,用甘油三酯作为基础油、用硬脂酸钙作为增稠剂,并且还使用氢化棕榈油甘油单酯作为结构稳定剂,实施例2中,将实施例1的结构稳定剂变更为甘油。另外,实施例3、4中,改变实施例2中的增稠剂量。这些都在本发明的范围内,静置加热后的润滑脂固化被抑制,封入到轴承时的耐久寿命变长,耐磨性也良好。因此,不限于轴承,在需要润滑脂润滑的部位(例如齿轮)的润滑性优异。
另外,由图4可知,如果加热试验后、即在100℃下静置100小时后的非工作锥入度为77以上,就能够提高耐烧粘寿命。并且可知,为了进一步提高耐烧粘寿命,优选为93以上,更优选为129以上。
由图5可知,通过使静置加热前后的(静置加热后的非工作锥入度/静置加热前的工作锥入度)为0.30以上、优选为0.33以上,从而有提高耐磨性的效果,更优选为0.54以上。
由图6可知,通过使(工作锥入度/离油度)为715以上、优选为2380以上,从而有提高耐磨性的效果。
与此相对,在比较例1中,去掉了实施例1中的结构稳定剂,在不含结构稳定剂时,热引起的润滑脂固化变得非常多。另外,摩擦产生的热使润滑脂变硬,在摩擦表面未充分提供润滑脂,因此耐磨试验中的磨痕直径变大。
比较例2中,减少了比较例1中的增稠剂量。即使初始的稠度变软,在未配合结构稳定剂时,加热后的润滑脂固化也多。
比较例3是一般的润滑脂,用矿物油作为基础油、用12-羟基硬脂酸锂作为增稠剂。因此,与实施例相比,烧粘寿命短,由于使用矿物油作为基础油,因此润滑性低,耐磨性也差。
比较例4是组成与实施例1相同、但改变了冷却方法地制备的润滑脂。增稠剂量也相同,但改变了冷却方法,因此增稠剂凝集,润滑脂变柔软。因此,烧粘耐久试验中,润滑脂泄漏变多,很快到达烧粘寿命。另外,润滑脂容易飞溅,耐磨试验中,磨痕直径大。
对本发明详细且参照特定实施方式进行了说明,但本领域技术人员应当明了能够不脱离本发明的精神和范围地进行各种变更、修正。

工业上的实用性
本发明作为在食品制造装置中使用的滚动轴承是有用的。

Claims (3)

1.一种润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑脂组合物是将食用油作为基础油、将硬脂酸钙作为增稠剂、并添加用于抑制热固化的结构稳定剂而成,并且,在100℃下加热100小时后的非工作锥入度为77以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其特征在于,结构稳定剂是甘油单酯或多元醇。
3.一种滚动轴承,其特征在于,封入有权利要求1或2所述的润滑脂组合物。
