Abstract

一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,其特征在于,按重量份计算:由C12‑C24羟基脂肪酸10‑20份,氢氧化锂2‑10份,环烷基矿物油40‑50份,钠基润滑脂10‑20份,抗氧剂5‑15份,抗乳化剂5‑10份,酯类合成油70‑85份,5‑10份添加剂。在控制润滑脂洁净度的基础上,保证了润滑脂的润滑效果,特别是通过研制特殊的润滑脂的配方组成,辅以特别的制备方法,即改传统的直接皂化为预制皂法,加上循环控 温剪切以控制润滑脂的纤维结构,使其在保持应有的性能前提下,在轴承中的降噪性能达到国际先进水平。本发明的润滑油,温度适应范围大,具有优良的耐高温、耐高速性能,同时润滑性、冷却性较好,对轴承具有极大的保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业润滑油领域,具体涉及一种低噪声轴承润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
轴承(Bearing)是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数(friction coefficient),并保证其回转精度(accuracy)。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化,但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大,价格也较高。滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。简单来说,只要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定义为滚动轴承。按滚动体的形状,滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类。
润滑脂因具有简化轴承装置,使机械装置小型化的优点而广泛应用。现代制造工业,特别是办公自动化设备和家用电器中的电机、新的军用装备、精密仪器仪表、航天、航空以及航海机械设备等都要求使用低噪声和低振动的球轴承,这些轴承大多数是小直径、带密封的一次性深沟滚动球轴承。 几乎在所有情况下,此类轴承都是注脂轴承。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足提供一种低噪声轴承润滑脂及制备方法,使其在轴承恶劣环境条件下具有抗氧、抗磨、抗乳化、防腐防锈的功能。
本发明的技术方案:一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸10-20份,氢氧化锂2-10份,环烷基矿物油40-50份,钠基润滑脂10-20份,抗氧剂5-15份 ,抗乳化剂5-10份,酯类合成油70-85份,5-10份添加剂。
前述低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸12-15份,氢氧化锂4-7份,环烷基矿物油42-46份,钠基润滑脂12-16份,抗氧剂7-12份 ,抗乳化剂6-8份,酯类合成油75-80份,6-9份添加剂。
前述低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸13份,氢氧化锂6份,环烷基矿物油44份,钠基润滑脂14份,抗氧剂10份 ,抗乳化剂7份,酯类合成油79份,8份添加剂。
前述一种低噪声轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括下述步骤,首先将计量的C12-C24的羟基脂肪酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应,将生成的脂肪酸锂脱水干燥后, 研磨制成预制皂粉;将占总量2/3的由环烷基矿物油与酯类合成油混合而成的基础油预热,升温至80-100℃之间时加入预制锂皂,加热分散,升温至200-210℃,恒温膨化20-30 分钟,然后加剩余1/3的基础油以及钠基润滑脂,抗氧剂,抗乳化剂,自然冷却至160-165℃时,恒温循环剪切30分钟后, 冷却至120-130℃加添加剂,然后均化脱气,精密过滤,包装成脂。
前述低噪声轴承润滑脂,所述添加剂包括有机胺抗氧剂、抗腐防锈剂、抗磨极压剂、金属减活剂。
与现有技术相比,在控制润滑脂洁净度的基础上,保证了润滑脂的润滑效果,特别是通过研制特殊的润滑脂的配方组成,辅以特别的制备方法,即改传统的直接皂化为预制皂法,加上循环控 温剪切以控制润滑脂的纤维结构,使其在保持应有的性能前提下,在轴承中的降噪性能达到国际先进水平。本发明的润滑油,温度适应范围大,具有优良的耐高温、耐高速性能,同时润滑性、冷却性较好,对轴承具有极大的保护作用。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸10份,氢氧化锂2份,环烷基矿物油40份,钠基润滑脂10份,抗氧剂5份 ,抗乳化剂5份,酯类合成油70份,5份添加剂。
所述低噪声轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括下述步骤,首先将计量的C12-C24的羟基脂肪酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应,将生成的脂肪酸锂脱水干燥后, 研磨制成预制皂粉;将占总量2/3的由环烷基矿物油与酯类合成油混合而成的基础油预热,升温至80℃之间时加入预制锂皂,加热分散,升温至200℃,恒温膨化30 分钟,然后加剩余1/3的基础油以及钠基润滑脂,抗氧剂,抗乳化剂,自然冷却至160℃时,恒温循环剪切30分钟后, 冷却至120℃加添加剂,然后均化脱气,精密过滤,包装成脂。
实施例2
一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸13份,氢氧化锂6份,环烷基矿物油44份,钠基润滑脂14份,抗氧剂10份 ,抗乳化剂7份,酯类合成油79份,8份添加剂。
所述低噪声轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括下述步骤,首先将计量的C12-C24的羟基脂肪酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应,将生成的脂肪酸锂脱水干燥后, 研磨制成预制皂粉;将占总量2/3的由环烷基矿物油与酯类合成油混合而成的基础油预热,升温至90℃之间时加入预制锂皂,加热分散,升温至205℃,恒温膨化25 分钟,然后加剩余1/3的基础油以及钠基润滑脂,抗氧剂,抗乳化剂,自然冷却至163℃时,恒温循环剪切30分钟后, 冷却至125℃加添加剂,然后均化脱气,精密过滤,包装成脂。
实施例3
一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸20份,氢氧化锂10份,环烷基矿物油50份,钠基润滑脂20份,抗氧剂15份 ,抗乳化剂10份,酯类合成油85份, 10份添加剂。
所述低噪声轴承润滑脂的制备方法,包括下述步骤,首先将计量的C12-C24的羟基脂肪酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应,将生成的脂肪酸锂脱水干燥后, 研磨制成预制皂粉;将占总量2/3的由环烷基矿物油与酯类合成油混合而成的基础油预热,升温至100℃之间时加入预制锂皂,加热分散,升温至210℃,恒温膨化20 分钟,然后加剩余1/3的基础油以及钠基润滑脂,抗氧剂,抗乳化剂,自然冷却至165℃时,恒温循环剪切30分钟后, 冷却至130℃加添加剂,然后均化脱气,精密过滤,包装成脂。

1. 一种低噪声轴承润滑脂,其特征在于,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸10-20份,氢氧化锂2-10份,环烷基矿物油40-50份,钠基润滑脂10-20份,抗氧剂5-15份 ,抗乳化剂5-10份,酯类合成油70-85份,5-10份添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪声轴承润滑脂,其特征在于,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸12-15份,氢氧化锂4-7份,环烷基矿物油42-46份,钠基润滑脂12-16份,抗氧剂7-12份 ,抗乳化剂6-8份,酯类合成油75-80份,6-9份添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低噪声轴承润滑脂,其特征在于,按重量份计算:由C12-C24羟基脂肪酸13份,氢氧化锂6份,环烷基矿物油44份,钠基润滑脂14份,抗氧剂10份 ,抗乳化剂7份,酯类合成油79份,8份添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低噪声轴承润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括下述步骤,首先将计量的C12-C24的羟基脂肪酸与氢氧化锂进行皂化反应,将生成的脂肪酸锂脱水干燥后, 研磨制成预制皂粉;将占总量2/3的由环烷基矿物油与酯类合成油混合而成的基础油预热,升温至80-100℃之间时加入预制锂皂,加热分散,升温至200-210℃,恒温膨化20-30 分钟,然后加剩余1/3的基础油以及钠基润滑脂,抗氧剂,抗乳化剂,自然冷却至160-165℃时,恒温循环剪切30分钟后, 冷却至120-130℃加添加剂,然后均化脱气,精密过滤,包装成脂。
