本发明具体是一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂组合物及其制备方法,属于工程机械技术领域。
背景技术
轴承是在机械传动过程中起固定和减小载荷摩擦系数的部件。也可以说,当其它机件在轴上彼此产生相对运动时,用来降低动力传递过程中的摩擦系数和保持轴中心位置固定的机件。轴承是当代机械设备中一种必不可少的零部件之一,它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,用以降低设备在传动过程中的机械载荷摩擦系数,延长设备的使用寿命。而轴承本身需要必须具备良好润滑,否则会影响传动,轴承负责在高速运转时,由于摩擦,温度升高,不仅会增加能耗,更严重的是很容易损坏轴承,但是现有的润滑剂耐高温、防腐蚀性能低,且润滑效果不是太好,大大缩短了轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂组合物及其制备方法,能够耐高温,且防腐蚀和润滑效果好,提高轴承的使用性能,延长轴承的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂组合物,包括以下重量份数的组份:
脂肪酸30份-40份,二硫化碳25份-35份,甘油6-8份,磷酸酯型极压剂4份-5份,氢氧化钙3份-6份,氢氧化钠6份-8份,硫化鲸鱼油8份-10份,极压抗磨剂10份-15份、油溶性聚醚2份-3份、催冷剂5份-10份、油酸环氧酯2份-3份。
一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂组合物优选方式,包括以下重量份数的组份:
脂肪酸35份,二硫化碳30份,甘油7份,磷酸酯型极压剂4.5份,氢氧化钙4.5,氢氧化钠7份,硫化鲸鱼油9份,极压抗磨剂12.5份、油溶性聚醚2.5份、催冷剂7.5份、油酸环氧酯2.5份。
进一步,还包括羊毛脂3份-5份和蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚2份-3份。
进一步,还包括抗氧剂3份-5份,所述抗氧剂为含硫醚基酚。
一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将上述组合物按照重量分数放入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,使组合物中的组分充分融合、反应,温度控制在150℃-200℃,搅拌速度为1400rpm-1500rpm,搅拌时间为1h-2h;
S2反应结束后,物料在反应釜中静置、冷却,直至冷却至室温,然后对反应釜中的物料进行过滤,过滤后的物料即是所制得的润滑剂组合物。
与现有技术相比,在轴承高速运转的过程中,本润滑剂起到了降温的效果,耐高温效果显著,同时本发明还具有防腐和抗氧化的功能,提高了润滑剂的质量,延长了轴承的使用寿命。

一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将上述组合物按照重量分数放入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,使组合物中的组分充分融合、反应,温度控制在150℃,搅拌速度为1400rpm,搅拌时间为1h;

一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂组合物,包括以下重量份数的组份:
脂肪酸40份,二硫化碳35份,甘油8份,磷酸酯型极压剂5份,氢氧化钙6份,氢氧化钠8份,硫化鲸鱼油10份,极压抗磨剂15份、油溶性聚醚3份、催冷剂10份、油酸环氧酯3份,羊毛脂5份,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3份,抗氧剂5份,所述抗氧剂为含硫醚基酚。
一种工程机械耐高温润滑剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1将上述组合物按照重量分数放入反应釜中,均匀搅拌,使组合物中的组分充分融合、反应,温度控制在200℃,搅拌速度为1500rpm,搅拌时间12h;
S2反应结束后,物料在反应釜中静置、冷却,直至冷却至室温,然后对反应釜中的物料进行过滤,过滤后的物料即是所制得的润滑剂组合物。

脂肪酸30份-40份,二硫化碳25份-35份,甘油6-8份,磷酸酯型极压剂4份-5份,氢氧化钙3份-6份,氢氧化钠6份-8份,硫化鲸鱼油8份-10份,极压抗磨剂10份-15份、油溶性聚醚2份-3份、催冷剂5份-10份、油酸环氧酯2份-3份。
