Abstract

本发明公开了一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂及其制备方法,属于润滑剂技术领域。本发明的技术方案要点为:一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油200~600份、脂肪酸40~80份、无机酸1~2份、氢氧化锂6‑10份、无机膨润土8~15份、分散剂1.5~3份和添加剂1~3份。本发明还具体公开了该高滴点通用锂基润滑脂的制备方法。本发明所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂的制备工艺简单、成本低廉、适合低转速、重负荷的机械设备使用,与目前市场上常规的通用锂基润滑脂相比在使用温度和滴点方面表现出较为优异的性能。

Description

一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于通用锂基润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
通用锂基润滑脂具有良好的抗水性、机械安定性、防锈性和氧化安定性等特性,属于多用途、长寿命、宽温度范围使用的润滑脂,适用于-20~120℃温度范围内各种机械设备滚动轴承和滑动轴承及其它摩擦部位的润滑,而且其生产工艺简单、成本低廉。但是通用锂基润滑脂滴点偏低、一般是在160~180℃之间,一般不适宜在高温设备上使用。目前市场上在高温设备上使用的多是极压复合锂基润滑脂,但是极压复合锂基润滑脂的制备工艺相比较通用锂基润滑脂的制备工艺复杂且成本较高。因此,有必要在不增加成本的前提下研制一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种工艺简单且成本低廉的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油200~600份、脂肪酸40~80份、无机酸1~2份、氢氧化锂6-10份、无机膨润土8~15份、分散剂1.5~3份和添加剂1~3份,其中基础油为矿物油、合成油或二者的混合物,脂肪酸为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸或硬脂酸与十二羟基硬脂酸的混合物,无机酸为硼酸、硅酸、偏硼酸或氟硼酸,分散剂为C2-4醇类化合物,添加剂是由0.5~2重量份的抗氧剂二苯胺和0.5~1重量份的705防锈剂组成的混合物。
进一步优选,所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:矿物油400份、十二羟基硬脂酸40份、硬脂酸20份、无机酸硼酸1.6份、氢氧化锂8份、无机膨润土12份、分散剂乙醇2.4份和添加剂2.2份,其中添加剂是由1.2重量份的抗氧剂二苯胺和1重量份的705防锈剂组成的混合物。
本发明所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)取上述物料中1/4的基础油加入无机膨润土搅拌混合均匀,再加入分散剂搅拌混合均匀得到膨润土稠化剂;
(2)取上述物料中剩余3/4的基础油加热至70~80℃加入脂肪酸并搅拌混合均匀,缓慢升温至脂肪酸完全溶解后加入氢氧化锂的水溶液,继续搅拌升温至100~110℃加入无机酸的水溶液,恒温30min后进行脱水,再升温至210℃保温得到脂肪酸锂基稠化剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的脂肪酸锂基稠化剂降温至50~60℃加入步骤(1)得到的膨润土稠化剂和添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后加油调不同的型号再经均质机出脂即得高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
本发明所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂的制备工艺简单、成本低廉、适合低转速、重负荷的机械设备使用,与目前市场上常规的通用锂基润滑脂相比在使用温度和滴点方面表现出较为优异的性能。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的上述内容做进一步详细说明,但不应该将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明上述内容实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1
(1)取100g矿物油加入12g无机膨润土搅拌混合均匀,再加入2.4g分散剂乙醇搅拌混合均匀得到膨润土稠化剂;
(2)取300g矿物油加热至70~80℃加入40g十二羟基硬脂酸和20g硬脂酸并搅拌混合均匀,缓慢升温至脂肪酸完全溶解后加入含有8g氢氧化锂的水溶液,继续搅拌升温至100~110℃加入1.6g无机酸硼酸的水溶液,恒温30min后进行脱水,再升温至210℃保温得到脂肪酸锂基稠化剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的脂肪酸锂基稠化剂降温至50~60℃加入步骤(1)得到的膨润土稠化剂和由1.2g二苯胺抗氧剂与1g 705防锈剂组成的添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后加油调不同的型号再经均质机出脂即得高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
实施例2
(1)取50g矿物油加入8g无机膨润土搅拌混合均匀,再加入3g分散剂丙醇搅拌混合均匀得到膨润土稠化剂;
(2)取150g矿物油加热至70~80℃加入40g十二羟基硬脂酸和40g硬脂酸并搅拌混合均匀,缓慢升温至脂肪酸完全溶解后加入含有6g氢氧化锂的水溶液,继续搅拌升温至100~110℃加入1g无机酸硼酸的水溶液,恒温30min后进行脱水,再升温至210℃保温得到脂肪酸锂基稠化剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的脂肪酸锂基稠化剂降温至50~60℃加入步骤(1)得到的膨润土稠化剂和由0.5g二苯胺抗氧剂与0.5g 705防锈剂组成的添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后加油调不同的型号再经均质机出脂即得高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
实施例3
(1)取150g矿物油加入15g无机膨润土搅拌混合均匀,再加入1.5g分散剂丁醇搅拌混合均匀得到膨润土稠化剂;
(2)取450g矿物油加热至70~80℃加入20g十二羟基硬脂酸和20g硬脂酸并搅拌混合均匀,缓慢升温至脂肪酸完全溶解后加入含有10g氢氧化锂的水溶液,继续搅拌升温至100~110℃加入2g无机酸硼酸的水溶液,恒温30min后进行脱水,再升温至210℃保温得到脂肪酸锂基稠化剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的脂肪酸锂基稠化剂降温至50~60℃加入步骤(1)得到的膨润土稠化剂和由1.8g二苯胺抗氧剂与1.2g 705防锈剂组成的添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后加油调不同的型号再经均质机出脂即得高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
上述实施例1制得的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂与普通通用锂基润滑脂的性能对比:

Claims (3)

1.一种高滴点通用锂基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:基础油200~600份、脂肪酸40~80份、无机酸1~2份、氢氧化锂6-10份、无机膨润土8~15份、分散剂1.5~3份和添加剂1~3份,其中基础油为矿物油、合成油或二者的混合物,脂肪酸为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸或硬脂酸与十二羟基硬脂酸的混合物,无机酸为硼酸、硅酸、偏硼酸或氟硼酸,分散剂为C2-4醇类化合物,添加剂是由0.5~2重量份的抗氧剂二苯胺和0.5~1重量份的705防锈剂组成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂,其特征在于是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:矿物油400份、十二羟基硬脂酸40份、硬脂酸20份、无机酸硼酸1.6份、氢氧化锂8份、无机膨润土12份、分散剂乙醇2.4份和添加剂2.2份,其中添加剂是由1.2重量份的抗氧剂二苯胺和1重量份的705防锈剂组成的混合物。
3.一种权利要求1所述的高滴点通用锂基润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)取上述物料中1/4的基础油加入无机膨润土搅拌混合均匀,再加入分散剂搅拌混合均匀得到膨润土稠化剂;
(2)取上述物料中剩余3/4的基础油加热至70~80℃加入脂肪酸并搅拌混合均匀,缓慢升温至脂肪酸完全溶解后加入氢氧化锂的水溶液,继续搅拌升温至100~110℃加入无机酸的水溶液,恒温30min后进行脱水,再升温至210℃保温得到脂肪酸锂基稠化剂;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的脂肪酸锂基稠化剂降温至50~60℃加入步骤(1)得到的膨润土稠化剂和添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后加油调不同的型号再经均质机出脂即得高滴点通用锂基润滑脂。
