Abstract

本发明公开了一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,包括制备防腐胶片备用、对加工好的金属压板进行预处理、在金属压板的表面涂胶黏剂、包覆橡胶层及硫化步骤。本发明的优点为采用该工艺制作的金属压板不但物理支撑性能优良,防水汽腐蚀性好而且具备防油气和原油腐蚀等功能,主要用于在油罐内部原油油气浓度较高的特殊环境和潮湿气候下,防腐蚀包胶能有效地保护的金属压板的腐蚀损坏,对延长其使用寿命具有较大的作用。

一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油罐一次密封装置金属压板,具体是一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺。
背景技术
现有的浮顶贮罐(轻质原油、航空煤油、芳烃、酮类、醛类、醋酸乙酯等介质)常采用囊式密封,即油罐一次密封装置,其安装必须采用金属压板和螺栓螺母固定。一般的金属压板为防止腐蚀,都是在表面进行镀锌处理。但防水汽腐蚀、防油气和原油腐蚀等性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺。
实现本发明目的技术方案是:
一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)制备防腐胶片备用
出片工艺如下:
——热炼:Ø450×1200炼胶机 辊距:4~5㎜ 辊温:40~50℃
——供胶:Ø360×900炼胶机 辊距:4~5㎜ 辊温:40~50℃
——压延:Ø450×1200三辊压延机 速比:1∶1∶1 辊温:上55~60℃,中60~65℃,下冷辊。
——胶片要求:厚度0.65㎜,厚度1.5㎜,光滑无泡。
压延宽度800mm±5mm,干净垫布卷取供胶片,供划样使用。
划样规格为:
a)0.6mm厚胶片 大压板 50mm×1020 mm;
小压板 50mm×120 mm;
b)1.5mm厚胶片 大压板 500mm×105 mm;
小压板 50mm×105 mm;
(2)对加工好的金属压板进行预处理:
加工好的金属压板按图纸要求用120#溶剂汽油清洗干净置于烘箱铁板上干燥
(3)在金属压板的表面涂胶黏剂:
将洗净干燥好的金属压板在包胶部位分别先后涂“开姆洛克”胶粘剂205和220各两遍,胶粘剂干燥时间视环境温度而定。
(4)包覆橡胶层
a)环境温湿度要求。温度:20℃~40℃;相对湿度:75%以下
b)整齐摆好金属压板部件,用丙酮:乙酯=1:1的混合溶剂在包胶部位来回清洗涂浆表面一次,然后均匀涂2遍841成型胶浆
c)采用对接方式沿金属件涂浆面环状包0.6mm厚胶片、露浆边2mm~4 mm,滚压贴实,不允许有气泡;在贴好的胶片表面均匀涂2遍专用成型胶浆,干燥时间同上。将1.5mm厚胶片沿金属压板由上至下包贴压实。
(5)硫化
a)设备:Ø1700×4000硫化罐
b)硫化条件:间接蒸汽:0.55 MPa~0.65MPa,罐内风压:0.4MPa;连续鼓风。
c)硫化一定时间
所述步骤(1)中干燥的温度为 40℃~50℃,干燥时间为5min~10min。
所述步骤(3)中所述的胶粘剂为205和220,每种胶粘剂各涂两遍。所述的干燥温度为30℃是干燥时间 15分钟或温度为40℃时干燥时间 10分钟。
所述步骤(4)中所述的841成型胶浆的干燥温度为温度为30℃时干燥时间 15分钟或温度为35℃时干燥时间 10分钟。
所述步骤(5)中所述的硫化温度和时间为(100℃~145℃)×70min或(140℃~145℃)×50min。
本发明的优点为:采用该工艺制作的金属压板不但物理支撑性能优良,防水汽腐蚀性好而且具备防油气和原油腐蚀等功能,主要用于在油罐内部原油油气浓度较高的特殊环境和潮湿气候下,防腐蚀包胶能有效地保护的金属压板的腐蚀损坏,对延长其使用寿命具有较大的作用。
具体实施方式:
一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,包括:
(1)制备防腐胶片备用
出片工艺如下:
——热炼:Ø450×1200炼胶机 辊距:4~5㎜ 辊温:40~50℃
——供胶:Ø360×900炼胶机 辊距:4~5㎜ 辊温:40~50℃
——压延:Ø450×1200三辊压延机 速比:1∶1∶1 辊温:上55~60℃,中60~65℃,下冷辊。
——胶片要求:厚度0.65㎜,厚度1.5㎜,光滑无泡。
压延宽度800mm±5mm,干净垫布卷取供胶片,供划样使用。
划样规格为:
a)0.6mm厚胶片 大压板 50mm×1020 mm;
小压板 50mm×120 mm;
b)1.5mm厚胶片 大压板 500mm×105 mm;
小压板 50mm×105 mm;
(2)对加工好的金属压板进行预处理:
加工好的金属压板按图纸要求用120#溶剂汽油清洗干净置于45℃烘箱铁板上干燥8分钟。
(3)在金属压板的表面涂胶黏剂:
将洗净干燥好的金属压板在包胶部位分别先后涂“开姆洛克”胶粘剂205和220各两遍,胶粘剂干燥时间视环境温度而定,温度为30℃干燥时间 15分钟,
(4)包覆橡胶层
a)环境温湿度要求。温度:30℃;相对湿度:75%以下
b)整齐摆好金属压板部件,用丙酮:乙酯=1:1的混合溶剂在包胶部位来回清洗涂浆表面一次,然后均匀涂2遍专用成型胶浆,在温度为35℃下干燥时间 10分钟。
c)采用对接方式沿金属件涂浆面环状包0.6mm厚胶片、露浆边3 mm,滚压贴实,不允许有气泡;在贴好的胶片表面均匀涂2遍841成型胶浆,干燥时间同上。将1.5mm厚胶片沿金属压板由上至下包贴压实。
在成形过程中,不可将胶粘剂从金属件上扯脱,否则需重新涂刷胶粘剂。
(5)硫化
a)设备:Ø1700×4000硫化罐
b)硫化条件:间接蒸汽: 0.6MPa,罐内风压:0.4MPa;连续鼓风。
c)硫化时间:120℃×70min/(130℃)×50min
具体操作为:
1)将金属压板平整摆放于专用硫化车上,相邻两块金属件包胶部位间隔应不小于5cm。硫化车进罐时应缓慢、平稳,防止金属件振动位移而导致相互粘连。
2)压缩空气进罐前,必须先排净管道中的冷凝水。
3)如果硫化罐是冷罐,应先预热至100℃方可进罐。
4)硫化好的包胶金属件停放冷却后方可卸下硫化车。

Claims (5)

1.一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备防腐胶片备用
压延宽度800mm±5mm,干净垫布卷取供胶片,供划样使用;划样规格为:
a)0.6mm厚胶片大压板50mm×1020mm;
小压板50mm×120mm;
b)1.5mm厚胶片大压板500mm×105mm;
小压板50mm×105mm;
(2)对加工好的金属压板进行预处理:
加工好的金属压板按图纸要求用120#溶剂汽油清洗干净置于烘箱铁板上干燥 ;
(3)在金属压板的表面涂胶黏剂:
将洗净干燥好的金属压板在包胶部位分别先后涂“开姆洛克”胶粘剂,胶粘剂干燥时间视环境温度而定;
(4)包覆橡胶层 ;
a)环境温湿度要求;
温度:20℃~40℃;相对湿度:75%以下;
b)整齐摆好金属压板部件,用丙酮:乙酯=1:1的混合溶剂在包胶部位来回清洗涂浆表面一次,然后均匀涂2遍专用成型胶浆

c)硫化一定时间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)中干燥的温度为40℃~50℃,干燥时间为5min~10min。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述的胶粘剂为205和220,每种胶粘剂各涂两遍;所述的干燥温度为30℃是干燥时间15分钟或温度为40℃时干燥时间10分钟。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的专用成型胶浆的干燥温度为30℃时干燥时间15分钟或温度为35℃时干燥时间10分钟。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种油罐一次密封装置的金属压板防腐蚀包胶工艺,其特征在于,步骤(5)中所述的硫化一定时间为(100℃~145℃)×70min或(140℃~145℃)×50min。
