Abstract

本发明公开了一种活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭10-20份、改性麦饭石8-18份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-2份、硫酸镍1~3份、氢氧化钠片碱0.1-0.5份、聚天冬氨酸1-5份、销酸镧3-8份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份。本发明配方中加入改性麦饭石,使得整个吸附剂具有吸附能力高、对重金属吸附稳定、无二次污染的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及水处理材料领域,具体是一种活性炭除污剂。
背景技术
我国是目前世界上最贫水的13个国家之一,据经济合作与发展组织最新公布的《中国环境绩效评估》报告,目前流经中国城市的超过75%的水体不适合饮用,30%以上的检测河流水质属于劣V类。随着工业发展,城市生活饮用水水源受污染程度日益加剧,同时随着生活水平的提高,人们对饮用水质的要求以及饮用水质标准越来越严格。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸附能力高的活性炭除污剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭10-20份、改性麦饭石8-18份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-2份、硫酸镍1~3份、氢氧化钠片碱0.1-0.5份、聚天冬氨酸1-5份、销酸镧3-8份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份。
所述的改性麦饭石由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉20-50份、云母粉5-8份、纳米碳酸钙2-8份、硬脂酸5-20份、氧化石墨2-8份、氯化石蜡3-5份、氯化镁2-10份、白砂糖1-3、木质素磺酸钙3-5份、乙酸乙酯1-3份、水适量;将麦饭石粉、云母粉、氧化石墨、氯化石蜡和白砂糖混合,加入适量水,练成泥状,送入煅烧炉中,在900-1000℃下煅烧3-5小时取出,与其它剩余成分一并加入适量水中研磨,得到200-300目浆料,喷雾干燥,即得。
进一步,活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成,活性炭18份、改性麦饭石15份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、硫酸镍2份、氢氧化钠片碱0.3份、聚天冬氨酸3份、销酸镧5份、纳米二氧化钛2份。
进一步,所述的改性海泡石粉由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉35份、云母粉6份、纳米碳酸钙4份、硬脂酸9份、氧化石墨5份、氯化石蜡3份、氯化镁7份、白砂糖2、木质素磺酸钙4份、乙酸乙酯2份、水适量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明配方中加入改性麦饭石,使得整个吸附剂具有吸附能力高、对重金属吸附稳定、无二次污染的优点。

实施例1
一种活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭18份、改性麦饭石15份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、硫酸镍2份、氢氧化钠片碱0.3份、聚天冬氨酸3份、销酸镧5份、纳米二氧化钛2份。
所述的改性海泡石粉由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉35份、云母粉6份、纳米碳酸钙4份、硬脂酸9份、氧化石墨5份、氯化石蜡3份、氯化镁7份、白砂糖2、木质素磺酸钙4份、乙酸乙酯2份、水适量;将麦饭石粉、云母粉、氧化石墨、氯化石蜡和白砂糖混合,加入适量水,练成泥状,送入煅烧炉中,在900℃下煅烧3小时取出,与其它剩余成分一并加入适量水中研磨,得到200目浆料,喷雾干燥,即得。
实施例2
一种活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭14份、改性麦饭石12份、醋酸镁3份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、硫酸镍1份、氢氧化钠片碱0.3份、聚天冬氨酸2份、销酸镧6份、纳米二氧化钛3份。
所述的改性麦饭石由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉45份、云母粉6份、纳米碳酸钙5份、硬脂酸12份、氧化石墨3份、氯化石蜡4份、氯化镁6份、白砂糖3、木质素磺酸钙3份、乙酸乙酯1份、水适量;将麦饭石粉、云母粉、氧化石墨、氯化石蜡和白砂糖混合,加入适量水,练成泥状,送入煅烧炉中,在980℃下煅烧4小时取出,与其它剩余成分一并加入适量水中研磨,得到240目浆料,喷雾干燥,即得。
实施例3
一种活性炭除污剂,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭13份、改性麦饭石9份、醋酸镁2份、聚丙烯酰胺1.1份、硫酸镍2份、氢氧化钠片碱0.3份、聚天冬氨酸3份、销酸镧5份、纳米二氧化钛2份。
所述的改性麦饭石由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉32份、云母粉5份、纳米碳酸钙5份、硬脂酸12份、氧化石墨5份、氯化石蜡4份、氯化镁7份、白砂糖1、木质素磺酸钙3份、乙酸乙酯1份、水适量;将麦饭石粉、云母粉、氧化石墨、氯化石蜡和白砂糖混合,加入适量水,练成泥状,送入煅烧炉中,在920℃下煅烧3小时取出,与其它剩余成分一并加入适量水中研磨,得到280目浆料,喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种活性炭除污剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭10-20份、改性麦饭石8-18份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺0.2-2份、硫酸镍1~3份、氢氧化钠片碱0.1-0.5份、聚天冬氨酸1-5份、销酸镧3-8份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份,
所述的改性麦饭石由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉20-50份、云母粉5-8份、纳米碳酸钙2-8份、硬脂酸5-20份、氧化石墨2-8份、氯化石蜡3-5份、氯化镁2-10份、白砂糖1-3、木质素磺酸钙3-5份、乙酸乙酯1-3份、水适量;将麦饭石粉、云母粉、氧化石墨、氯化石蜡和白砂糖混合,加入适量水,练成泥状,送入煅烧炉中,在900-1000℃下煅烧3-5小时取出,与其它剩余成分一并加入适量水中研磨,得到200-300目浆料,喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭吸附剂,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:活性炭18份、改性麦饭石15份、醋酸镁2-5份、聚丙烯酰胺1份、硫酸镍2份、氢氧化钠片碱0.3份、聚天冬氨酸3份、销酸镧5份、纳米二氧化钛2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性炭吸附剂,其特征在于,所述的改性海泡石粉由以下重量份原料制成:麦饭石粉35份、云母粉6份、纳米碳酸钙4份、硬脂酸9份、氧化石墨5份、氯化石蜡3份、氯化镁7份、白砂糖2、木质素磺酸钙4份、乙酸乙酯2份、水适量。
