Abstract

相关技术描述

概述
在各种实施方案中,插管装置可通过将组成插管装置的抽吸手持件部分和灌注手持件部分耦接(用于同轴)和断开耦接(用于双手动)而在同轴模式与双手动模式之间进行变换。在一些实施方案中,灌注手持件部分和抽吸手持件部分可包括用于将抽吸手持件部分的远端可释放地耦接到灌注手持件部分的近端的互锁元件。

实施方案的详述

图8示出组装插管装置101的方法的流程图。流程图中提供的元件仅是说明性的。可省略各种所提供的元件,可增加另外的元件,和/或可以与下文所提供的顺序不同的顺序执行各种元件。
在801,可将抽吸尖端111耦接到抽吸管117的远端415。例如,可将抽吸尖端111拧到抽吸管117的开口中。
在803,可将止回阀201插入到抽吸管117的近端413中,直到止回阀201的O形环203抵接抽吸管117的凹进特征419。
在805,可将卡扣式保持器205插入在止回阀201后方,直到卡扣式保持器205上的一个或多个接片401扣合到抽吸管117上的接收孔403中。可使用用于卡扣式保持器205的其他附接机构。例如,可通过粘合剂、摩擦配合等将卡扣式保持器205耦接到抽吸管117。在一些实施方案中,可不使用卡扣式保持器205(例如,如图2b示出的实施方案中所见、)。
在807,可将组装好的抽吸管117插入到灌注手持件外壳体121中,直到抽吸管117上的外部O形环119抵接灌注手持件壳体121的内部上的凹进特征601。在一些实施方案中,肋状物501可与灌注手持件外壳体121的内部上的接收凹槽213对齐。
在809,可将抽吸尖端109耦接到抽吸手持件部分105的远端135。例如,可将抽吸尖端109可拧到抽吸手持件部分105上的接收螺纹中。
在811,可将抽吸手持件尖端109插入到灌注手持件部分103的近端131处的止回阀201中。如图3c至图3e所见,止回阀201可包括孔口207以允许抽吸手持件尖端109穿过止回阀201。
在813,可将抽吸手持件部分105耦接到灌注手持件部分103。例如,可将抽吸手持件部分105的端部插入到灌注手持件部分103的近端131中,并且随后进行旋拧以使抽吸手持件部分105上的接片123与灌注手持件部分103上的狭槽125接合。在一些实施方案中,灌注手持件部分103可具有接片123,并且抽吸手持件部分105可具有狭槽125。其他耦接技术也是可能的(例如,灌注手持件部分103与抽吸手持件部分105之间的摩擦配合、)。
流程图801-813的元素也可以反向进行,以便拆解插管装置101。组装/拆解可允许对插管装置101的部分或全部进行清洁和/或消毒以便可重复使用。在一些实施方案中,插管装置101的部分可重新使用,而其他部分(例如,抽吸尖端109和/或抽吸尖端111、)可在使用之间丢弃(针对每次后续使用安装新的尖端、)。在一些实施方案中,整个插管装置101可以是一次性的。在一些实施方案中,整个插管装置101可以是可重复使用的。

在905,可在眼睛中切开第二切口1003。
在907,可以将抽吸手持件部分105与灌注手持件部分103断开耦接。例如,如图1d中所见,可以旋拧抽吸手持件部分105以便将抽吸手持件部分105上的接片123与灌注手持件部分103中的狭槽125脱离接合,并且随后轴向拉动以将抽吸手持件部分105与灌注手持件部分103分开。在一些实施方案中,可将抽吸手持件部分105从灌注手持件部分103移除,而套筒107和尖端111保持在切口1001中。在一些实施方案中,可在将抽吸手持件部分105从灌注手持件部分103移除之前,将套筒107和尖端111从切口1001抽出。
在909,抽吸手持件部分105的尖端109可插入到眼睛中的第二切口1003中。

在917,抽吸手持件部分105可耦接到灌注手持件部分103。在一些实施方案中,可将抽吸手持件部分105耦接到灌注手持件部分103,而套筒107和尖端111保持在切口1001中。在一些实施方案中,可在将抽吸手持件部分105耦接到灌注手持件部分103之前,将套筒107和尖端111从切口1001抽出。

Claims (13)
1.一种插管装置,其包括:
灌注手持件部分,其包括被配置来提供抽吸的第一抽吸尖端和被配置来提供灌注流体的灌注流体出口;
抽吸手持件部分,其包括被配置来提供抽吸的第二抽吸尖端,其中所述第二抽吸尖端从所述抽吸手持件部分的远端延伸;
其中所述插管装置能够在以下模式之间变换:
同轴模式,在所述同轴模式下所述抽吸手持件部分耦接到所述灌注手持件部分,以便通过所述第一抽吸尖端和随后串联的所述第二抽吸尖端抽吸流体并且通过所述灌注流体出口提供灌注流体,以及
双手动模式,在所述双手动模式下所述抽吸手持件部分与所述灌注手持件部分是分开的,以便通过所述第二抽吸尖端提供抽吸,同时所述灌注手持件部分继续通过所述灌注流体出口提供灌注流体但不通过所述第一抽吸尖端提供抽吸。
2.如权利要求1所述的插管装置,其中所述灌注流体出口是耦接到所述灌注手持件部分的远端的灌注套筒中的端口,其中所述灌注套筒至少部分地包围从所述灌注手持件部分延伸的所述第一抽吸尖端。
3.如权利要求1所述的插管装置,其还包括处于所述灌注手持件部分的近端中的密封件,其中所述密封件被配置来在所述抽吸手持件部分耦接到所述灌注手持件部分时接收所述第二抽吸尖端。
4.如权利要求3所述的插管装置,其中所述密封件为锥形,并且被配置来配合在所述灌注手持件部分的远侧部分内,以使得所述密封件的壁压靠在所述灌注手持件部分的内壁上,从而阻止所述密封件的壁与所述灌注手持件部分的内壁之间的流体流动。
5.如权利要求3所述的插管装置,其中所述密封件包括O形环,所述O形环被配置来压靠在所述灌注手持件部分的内壁上,以便阻止所述O形环与所述灌注手持件部分的内壁之间的流体流动。
6.如权利要求3所述的插管装置,其中所述密封件被配置来在将所述抽吸手持件部分从所述灌注手持件部分移除时阻止离开灌注手持件部分的抽吸流体流动。
7.如权利要求3所述的插管装置,其还包括保持器,所述保持器用于在将所述抽吸手持件部分插入所述灌注手持件部分以及从所述灌注手持件部分抽出时将所述密封件保持在所述灌注手持件部分中。
8.如权利要求1所述的插管装置,其中所述灌注手持件部分和所述抽吸手持件部分包括用于将所述抽吸手持件部分的所述远端可释放地耦接到所述灌注手持件部分的近端的互锁元件。
9.如权利要求1所述的插管装置,其中所述灌注手持件部分还包括灌注连接器,所述灌注连接器被配置来将提供灌注流体的灌注管路耦接到所述灌注手持件部分,并且其中所述第一抽吸尖端在指向远离所述灌注手持件部分的包括所述灌注连接器的一侧的方向上是弯曲的。
10.一种抽吸/灌注方法,其包括:
将抽吸手持件部分的抽吸尖端插入到灌注手持件部分中的密封件中,以便将所述抽吸手持件部分的所述抽吸尖端布置成与所述灌注手持件部分的抽吸路径流体相通,从而使得进入所述灌注手持件部分上的抽吸尖端的流体经过所述灌注手持件部分的内部、进入所述抽吸手持件部分的所述抽吸尖端并且随后离开所述抽吸手持件部分;
将所述抽吸手持件部分耦接到所述灌注手持件部分以便形成同轴手持件;
通过所述灌注手持件部分上的所述抽吸尖端提供抽吸,并且通过所述灌注手持件部分上的灌注流体出口提供灌注流体;
将所述抽吸手持件部分与所述灌注手持件部分断开耦接;
将所述抽吸手持件部分的所述抽吸尖端从所述灌注手持件部分中的所述密封件抽出以便形成两个单独的手持件;以及
通过所述灌注手持件部分上的所述灌注流体出口提供灌注流体,并且通过所述抽吸手持件部分上的所述抽吸尖端提供抽吸。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中通过所述灌注流体出口提供灌注流体包括通过在耦接到所述灌注手持件部分的远端的灌注套筒中的端口提供灌注流体,其中所述灌注套筒至少部分地包围所述灌注手持件部分上的所述抽吸尖端。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中将所述抽吸手持件部分耦接到所述灌注手持件部分包括将所述抽吸手持件部分和所述灌注手持件部分上的互锁元件旋拧在一起。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中将所述抽吸手持件部分耦接到所述灌注手持件部分以及将所述抽吸手持件部分与所述灌注手持件部分断开耦接并不需要移除灌注管道连接件或抽吸管道连接件,并且不需要将套筒从所述灌注手持件部分移除。
