背景技术
现代人的生活水平不断提高,造成了营养不均衡,饮食结构不合理,追求吃得精、吃得香。嘴吃香了,身体却受影响了,出现了三高三低症状,产生了高血压、高血脂、高血糖,肥胖人群不断增加。除此之外,由于饮食不规律及生活压力大,胃病的发生率也越来越高,诱发胃功能紊乱的原因有以下几个方面:1、生活因素:可能是吃了某些刺激性食物或者药物引起的,如辛辣、生冷、过硬、过酸的食物,吸烟健康,服用了非甾体抗炎药物等,均可导致胃难受的现象。另外,吃饭不规律,饥一顿饱一顿,暴饮暴食,也可出现此类症状;2、精神因素:由于生活压力大,长期处于紧张,忧虑,焦急,抑郁等不良情绪中,可导致胃难受,还可出现胃肠功能紊乱的症状;3、疾病因素:很多疾病,均可导致胃难受的症状,如急性胃炎、慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、胃出血、胃的良恶性肿瘤等,其中胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、慢性胃炎占绝大多数。因此研究开发出一种具有健胃功能的药品或保健食品,对保障人们的健康生活具有重要的意义。并且,随着人们对保健食品和药品安全的越来越重视,人们也逐渐开始关注保健食品和药品的毒副作用,那么中药做为天然物质,副作用小,越来越多的保健品或药品选择中药成分作为主要原料。
辣木,白花菜目辣木科,原产于印度,又称为鼓槌树,是多年生热带落叶乔木,全世界约有14个品种,目前较常食用的品种有以下三种:印度传统辣木、印度改良种辣木(印度T.N.农业大学的改良种,早生且具高豆荚产量)和非洲辣木(原只产于肯尼亚图尔卡纳湖附近及埃塞俄比亚西南部)。辣木的叶片和果荚含有多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质。研究表明,100克印度传统辣木的新鲜叶片中的维他命E含量约为9毫克,干燥叶片中维他命E含量约为16.2毫克。每100克的辣木中含有的维生素C是柑橘的7倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍,钙质是牛奶的4倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,蛋白质是酸奶的2倍。根据计算,只要三汤匙(约25克)的辣木叶干粉就含有幼儿每日所需270%的维生素A,42%的蛋白质,125%的钙,70%的铁及22%的维生素C。对怀孕和哺乳中的女性而言,辣木叶片和豆荚亦可帮助本人及胎儿或婴儿维持健康,提供大量的铁质、蛋白质、铜、硫和维他命B。辣木叶由于其具有的健胃抗氧化的作用,出现一些以辣木为原料的健胃保健食品,如中国专利CN103355566A公开了一种健胃鱼肉包子,其原料包括面粉、山药粉、薏仁粉、山楂粉、鲈鱼、腐竹、辣木叶、陈皮等。但是目前以辣木为原料的具有健胃保健效果的保健食品,健胃保健效果不够显著。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种辣木健胃组合物,具有显著的胃肠道保健效果。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种辣木健胃组合物的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%~40%、山楂1%~10%、胡椒1%~10%、草珊瑚1%~10%、淮山1%~10%、鸡内金1%~10%、鱼鳔1%~10%、茯苓1%~10%、低聚果糖1%~20%。
优选的,上述辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶30%、山楂5%、胡椒10%、草珊瑚5%、淮山10%、鸡内金5%、鱼鳔5%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖20%。
优选的,所述辣木叶为辣木嫩茎叶。
各原料功能简介:
辣木叶富含多种矿物质、维生素、10种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质,可以活化细胞增强免疫力,有效的抗氧化、抗自由基、消除人体活性氧,具有良好的健胃保健消化道的功效。将辣木嫩茎叶干燥、粉碎精制成辣木粉,可作为制备片剂的原料。
山楂中含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、类脂、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。利用山楂果实治疗疾病,在中国已有悠久的历史:《唐本草》记:汁服用止水痢;《本草纲目》记:山楂化饮食,消肉滞等,凡脾胃虚弱,食物不消化,胸腹酸刺胀闷者,于膳后Ⅱ爵两三枚绝佳;中医认为,山楂更具有生津止渴,活血化瘀等功能。常食山楂具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、化血化瘀的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。
胡椒,又名昧履支、披垒、坡洼热等,属胡椒目,胡椒科,属木质攀援藤本,是一种多年生的木本藤蔓植物,常攀缘于树木、木棒或格架上,高度可达四米。胡椒的果实与种子含有挥发油、胡椒碱、粗脂肪、粗蛋白等,通过不同的加工方法,可以得到黑胡椒、白胡椒、绿胡椒以及红胡椒。胡椒温中,下气,消痰,解毒,治寒痰食积,脘腹冷痛,反胃,呕吐清水,泄泻,冷痢,并解食物毒。胡椒是治疗胃病的重要药食两用材料。

淮山作为保健食品,在中国至少已有两千多年,成书于东汉时期,中国现存的最早的药学专著《神农本草经》将淮山列为上品,不过这时的淮山可能是野生的,还未进入栽培阶段。到了唐代《四时纂要》引道士王日文所著的《山居要术》,对淮山栽培作了较为详细的记载,从此,淮山逐步成为蔬菜之一。在民间,淮山是人们所公认的滋补佳品。它含有蛋白质、糖类、维生素、脂肪、胆碱、淀粉酶、粘液汁等成分,还含有碘、钙、铁、磷等人体不可缺少的无机盐和微量元素,而磷的含量比红薯多一倍,比土豆多二倍。科学分析,淮山营养的最大特点是含有大量的粘蛋白,粘蛋白是一种多糖蛋白质的混合物,对人体具有特殊的保健作用,能防止脂肪沉积在心血管上,保持血管弹性,阻止动脉粥样硬化过早发生;可减少皮下脂肪,因此有减肥作用;能防止结缔组织的萎缩,故能预防类风湿关节炎、硬皮病等胶原病的发生。中国医书认为淮山“主伤中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉,久服耳目聪明”。许多滋补方剂,如六味地黄丸、枸菊地黄丸、归脾汤、参岭白术散等中药都含有淮山。明代著名的益寿食品--八珍糕,是由淮山、山楂、麦芽等8味中药研为细末,和以米粉制成的糕,用于治疗老人小孩的脾胃虚弱、食少腹胀、面黄肌瘦、便溏泄泻之症,效果显著。
鸡内金,为雉科动物家鸡的干燥沙囊内壁,杀鸡后,取出鸡肫,立即剥下内壁,洗净,干燥。味甘、性平,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经。具有健胃消食、涩精止遗、通淋化石的功效,主治食积不消,呕吐泻痢,小儿疳积,遗尿,遗精,石淋涩痛,胆胀胁痛。
鱼鳔含有的生物小分子胶原蛋白,是人体补充合成蛋白质的原料,且易于吸收和利用,以水溶液的形式贮存于人体组织中,从而改善组织营养状况和加速新陈代谢。现已证明,富含胶原蛋白质的食物可通过胶原蛋白的结合水,去影响某些特定组织生理机能,从而促进生长发育增强抗病能力,起到延缓衰老和抵御癌症的效能。在中国的汉代即有药书有记载“鱼鳔”作为药用的功效,到了唐朝已作为贡品之一。鱼鳔味甘、性平、气温,具有补肾益精,滋养筋脉,止血,散瘀,消肿的功效。主治肾虚滑精,产后风痉,破伤风,吐血,血崩,创伤出血,痔疮。也可用于治疗食道癌,胃癌等,具有对胃肠道的保健作用。
茯苓,俗称云苓、松苓、茯灵,为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,形状像甘薯,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤作用;有利尿作用,能增加尿中钾、钠、氯等电解质的排出;有镇静及保护肝脏、抑制溃疡的发生、健胃、抗放射等作用。茯苓还用作茯苓饼、茯苓酥和茯苓酒等。有的国家将茯苓作为海军常用药物及滋补品的原料,在温度较大的地区和场所,茯苓可作为重要的食疗品种,经常食用可健脾去湿,助消化,壮体质。
低聚果糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢,能有效降低血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸的数量,对于因血脂高而引起的高血压、动脉硬化等一系列心血管疾病有较好的改善作用。经动物和人体实验证实,低聚果糖具有如下生理功能:低聚果糖具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌的作用,双歧杆菌在低聚果糖的作用下增殖10~100倍,具有双向调节之功效;人体摄入低聚果糖后,体内有益菌群双歧杆菌数量可抑制外源致病菌和肠内固有腐败细菌如沙门氏菌等生长繁殖,减少肠内腐败物质的生长和积累,促进肠道蠕动,防止便秘和腹泻。低聚果糖在大肠内被细菌发酵生成L-乳酸,可以溶解钙、镁、铁等矿物质,促进人体对矿物质的吸收,具有肠道消化保健功能。同时,低聚果糖是一种很好的粘结剂,从而避免在制备片剂过程中添加其他的有毒副作用的粘结剂。
本发明辣木健胃组合物,以辣木叶、山楂、胡椒、草珊瑚、淮山、鸡内金、鱼鳔、茯苓和低聚果糖为原料制备而成。辣木叶中含有丰富的蛋白质和维生素等营养物质,可以对胃肠道提供良好的营养物质,同时,辣木叶中的辣木素等活性成分具有促进胃肠道的消化和蠕动功效;山楂和胡椒协同作用促进胃肠道的消化功能,杀灭或抑制病原细菌,如幽门螺旋杆菌、霍乱弧菌、致病性大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等;鸡内金和鱼鳔含有丰富的修复人体胃肠道的蛋白质、维生素和微量元素,促进人体消化道粘膜的修复以及促进胃肠道的代谢功能;淮山和茯苓协同作用,促进人体消化系统和经络系统的正常运行,促进消化液的分泌,确保药物的吸收、消化,提高药物的健胃保健功效;同时茯苓有安神健脑的功能;草珊瑚具有消炎、活血、祛湿的功效,它与辣木叶、胡椒、山楂等一起协同作用,起到更好活血以及祛湿的作用效果,同时,它对动物成分如鸡内金、鱼鳔的修复活性,也起到促进作用;低聚果糖具有调整人体的消化道系统的微生态等功效,促进胃肠的蠕动和排泄,从而维持和保护胃肠道的健康。
本发明辣木健胃组合物的各原料包括了植物和动物来源成分。单一植物来源的健胃成分对于促进胃肠道的代谢功能具有较好的效果,但是一般缺乏修复胃肠道组织所需的蛋白质、维生素以及微量元素;动物来源的健胃成分具有很好的修复胃肠道组织所需的蛋白质、维生素以及微量元素,但是促进胃肠道代谢的效果不如植物来源的健胃成分。本发明健胃保健组合物中有效的结合了植物和动物的健胃保健成分,使相互之间协同增效,具有显著的保护肠道和促进消化的功能,可以满足胃肠道功能虚弱人群的保健要求,辅助用于人体消化道系统疾病的预防和治疗。
上述各原料优选为粉末状。
上述辣木健胃组合物的剂型为片剂。
上述辣木健胃组合物也可以为医学上可接受的其他剂型,如颗粒剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、口服液等,并且采用药物制备领域的常规制备方法即可获得其他剂型的辣木健胃组合物。
上述辣木健胃组合物片剂的制备方法,包括将各原料混合均匀后压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
优选的,还包括将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
本发明辣木健胃组合物的制备方法,采用将各原料混合后直接压片成型的方式,操作简便,易于实现,便于工业化推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
下述实施例中辣木健胃组合物均为片剂,每片平均重量为0.7克,但是该剂型并不构成对本发明的任何限制,剂型的改变并不影响本发明辣木健胃组合物的保健效果。
实施例1
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶30%、山楂5%、胡椒10%、草珊瑚5%、淮山10%、鸡内金5%、鱼鳔5%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖20%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
实施例2
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%、山楂10%、胡椒10%、草珊瑚7%、淮山8%、鸡内金10%、鱼鳔10%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖15%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
实施例3
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶40%、山楂1%、胡椒8%、草珊瑚10%、淮山1%、鸡内金6%、鱼鳔8%、茯苓6%、低聚果糖20%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
实施例4
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶40%、山楂8%、胡椒10%、草珊瑚1%、淮山10%、鸡内金10%、鱼鳔10%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖1%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
实施例5
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶32%、山楂10%、胡椒6%、草珊瑚10%、淮山10%、鸡内金10%、鱼鳔1%、茯苓1%、低聚果糖20%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
实施例6
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶40%、山楂8%、胡椒1%、草珊瑚10%、淮山8%、鸡内金1%、鱼鳔10%、茯苓7%、低聚果糖15%。
本实施例辣木健胃组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
对比例
本对比例辣木健胃组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶80%、木糖醇5%、低聚果糖15%。按照实施例1同样的方法制备成片剂。
试验例1
试验方法:将80位由轻微胃动力不足,食欲不振,经常有胃痛或慢性胃肠炎的亚健康人群随机分为两组,每组40位。其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木健胃组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木健胃组合物。观察每组患者的胃肠道功能改善状况。
用法用量:每人每次三片,一天二次,连续服用二个月。
试验结果:服用对比例制备的辣木健胃组合物的患者只有16人感觉胃肠道消化能力好转,食欲有所增加;服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木健胃组合物的患者全部感觉胃肠道消化功能好转,食欲增强,反酸、胃胀等症状减轻或消失。实施例2~6制备的辣木健胃组合物的保健效果同实施例1。
上述试验结果表明,本发明制备的辣木健胃组合物,通过加入山楂、胡椒、草珊瑚、淮山、鸡内金、鱼鳔、茯苓与辣木协同作用,增强组合物的健胃保健效果,对轻度肠胃炎或肠胃道消化能力不足的患者具有较好的健胃和辅助治疗效果。
试验例2
试验方法:将80位检测有幽门螺旋杆菌感染,具有明显胃炎症状的患者随机分为两组,每组40位。其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木健胃组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木健胃组合物。观察每组患者胃肠道功能改善状况。
用法用量:每人每次三片,一天二次,连续服用两个月。
试验结果:服用对比例制备的辣木健胃组合物的患者只有8人感觉胃肠道消化能力好转,食欲略有增加;服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木健胃组合物的患者有33人表示胃肠道消化能力好转,食欲增强,反酸、胃胀等症状减轻或消失。实施例2~6制备的辣木健胃组合物的健胃保健效果同实施例1。
上述试验结果表明,本发明制备的辣木健胃组合物,通过加入山楂、胡椒、草珊瑚、淮山、鸡内金、鱼鳔、茯苓与辣木协同作用,增强组合物的健胃保健效果,能够有效抑制幽门螺旋杆菌为胃肠道的感染,提高消化吸收能力,辅助和预防胃肠道炎症。
Claims (7)
1.一种辣木健胃组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%~40%、山楂1%~10%、胡椒1%~10%、草珊瑚1%~10%、淮山1%~10%、鸡内金1%~10%、鱼鳔1%~10%、茯苓1%~10%、低聚果糖1%~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辣木健胃组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶30%、山楂5%、胡椒10%、草珊瑚5%、淮山10%、鸡内金5%、鱼鳔5%、茯苓10%、低聚果糖20%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的辣木健胃组合物,其特征在于,所述各原料均为粉末状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的辣木健胃组合物,其特征在于,其剂型为片剂。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的辣木健胃组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料混合均匀后压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木健胃组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的辣木健胃组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求5所述的辣木健胃组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
