[0009] 本发明药物的制备方法如下 一、备料 1、 太子参:摘除须根,晒干; 2、 黄芪:取黄芪片,加炼熟蜂蜜与开水少许,拌匀,稍闷,置锅内用文火炒至变为黄色, 不粘手为止,取出,放凉 3、 灵芝草:除去杂质,洗净,润软,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎肩; 4、 当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干; 5、 川芎:拣去杂质,分开大、小个,用水浸泡,晒瞭,闷润后切片,干燥; 6、 熟地黄:取原药材,蒸至表面乌黑色,取出,晒至八成干时,切片,干燥; 7、 砂仁:拣去杂质及果壳,捣碎; 8、 山药:拣去杂质,用水泡至山药中心部软化,捞出稍瞭,切片晒干或烘干; 9、 白芍:取净白芍片,置锅内用文火炒至微黄色,取出,放凉; 10、 白术:先将麸皮撒于热锅内,候烟冒出时,将白术片倒入微炒至淡黄色,取出,筛去 麸皮后放凉,每白术片100斤,用麸皮10斤; 11、 青高:拣去杂质,除去残根,水淋使润,切段,晒干; 12、 香附:拣去杂质,礙成碎粒,鑛去细毛及细末; 13、 连翘:拣净杂质,搓开,除去枝梗; 14、 枳实:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,润至内无硬心,切片,晾干; 15、 决明子:取净决明子,置锅内炒至微有香气,取出,放凉; 16、 玄参:拣净杂质,除去芦头,洗净润透,切片,晾干; 17、 瓜蒌:取原药材,除去杂质及果柄,洗净,压扁,切丝或小块,干燥; 18、 大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干; 19、 肉苁蓉:拣净杂质,清水浸泡,每天换水1-2次,如系咸苁蓉,泡尽盐分,润透,切片 纵向,晒干; 20、 杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸 净; 21、 佛手钳:拣去杂质,用水喷润后,切碎,晒干; 22、 柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,随即晒干; 23、 厚朴:用水浸泡捞出,润透后刮去粗皮,洗净,切丝,晾干; 24、 山楂:取拣净的山楂,置锅内用武火炒至外面焦褐色,内部黄褐色为止,喷淋清水, 取出,晒干; 25、 郁李仁:筛去泥肩,淘净,拣净杂质和碎壳,晒干,用时捣碎; 26、 火麻仁:拣去杂质及残留外壳,取净仁; 27、 金银花:筛去泥沙,拣净杂质; 28、 蒲公英:拣去杂质,洗净泥土,切段,晒干; 29、 瓦楞子:取瓦楞子放坩锅内,置无烟的炉火中煅至红透,取出放凉,碾碎用; 30、 乌贼鱼肉:肉洗净,鲜用。
[0010] 二、制备 1、 将所述重量的太子参、黄芪、灵芝草、当归、川芎、熟地黄、砂仁、山药、白芍、白术、青 蒿、香附、连翘、枳实、决明子、玄参、瓜蒌、大黄、肉苁蓉、杏仁、佛手钳、柴胡、厚朴、山楂、郁 李仁、火麻仁、金银花、蒲公英、瓦楞子、乌贼鱼肉放入煎药容器内,第一次加水8倍量,浸泡 100分钟后,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液,将第一次煎煮液 倒入容器内; 2、 将过滤的药渣加水6倍量,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮液; 3、 将两次煎煮液混合搅拌均匀,分为3剂服用。
[0011] 组方中肉苁蓉有补肾,益精,润燥,清肠的功能为君药;火麻仁润燥,滑肠,通淋,活 血;当归有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠的功能,二者为臣药,三味药共同发挥补肾,益精, 补血,活血,润燥,滑肠的作用,治疗便秘效力全面,且以补肾,和血,润燥为主可治本,郁李 仁有润燥,滑肠,下气,利水的功能为佐药,瓜蒌有清热涤痰,宽胸散结,润燥滑肠的功能为 使药,与余下诸药是治标。

具体实施方式: 以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果,这些试验例包括本发明药 物的动物毒性试验报告和临床疗效观察资料。
[0014][试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告: 取家兔30只,雌雄兼用,体重2. 0 - 2. 5kg,分两组,每组15只,其中一组为超剂量试验 组,另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg,正常量为10ml/kg,给药方式为灌胃法给 药,每天两次,连服7天,每天观察给药反应,结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常,药物无不 良毒副作用。
[0015][试验例2]本发明药物的临床疗效观察 1、一般资料 收治便秘门诊患者共30例。
[0016] 2、诊断标准 典型症状为粪便在肠内滞留过久,排便周期延长,或粪质干结,排出困难,或欲大便而 艰涩不畅。患者还常伴有腹胀腹痛、头晕头胀、嗳气食少、心烦失眠、肛裂、出血、痔疮以及气 短乏力,心悸头晕等症状。
[0017] 3、治疗方法 选用上述药剂,给患者服用,每日3次,每次服用1剂,每天早、中、晚各服1次,7天为一 个疗程,连续服用3个疗程。
[0018] 4、疗效评定标准 显效:便秘症状消失,体质恢复正常,痊愈; 好转:患者排便困难,腹胀腹痛现象减轻,便秘症状明显好转,排便周期逐步恢复正 常; 无效:达不到好转标准者。

在上述治疗中,用本发明药物治疗便秘患者30例,结果显效22例,显效率为73. 33%,好 转6例,好转率为20%,无效2例,总有效率为93. 33%。
Claims (3)
1. 一种治疗便秘的药物,其特征在于:它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成: 太子参12-16克,黄芪25-35克,灵芝草12-18克,当归8-12克,川芎8-12克,熟地黄 8-12克,砂仁8-12克,山药15-25克,白芍8-12克,白术10-15克,青蒿10-15克,香附8-12 克,连翘8-12克,枳实8-12克,决明子8-12克,玄参10-15克,瓜蒌6-10克,大黄8-12克, 肉苁蓉8-12克,杏仁5-8克,佛手钳8-12克,柴胡6-10克,厚朴8-12克,山楂25-35克,郁 李仁15-25克,火麻仁25-35克,金银花15-25克,蒲公英15-25克,瓦楞子25-35克,乌贼 鱼肉15-25克。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的药物,其中各原料药的用量为: 太子参15克,黄芪30克,灵芝草15克,当归10克,川考10克,熟地黄10克,砂仁10 克,山药20克,白芍10克,白术12克,青蒿12克,香附10克,连翘10克,枳实10克,决明子 10克,玄参12克,瓜蒌8克,大黄10克,肉苁蓉10克,杏仁6克,佛手钳10克,柴胡8克,厚 朴10克,山楂30克,郁李仁20克,火麻仁30克,金银花20克,蒲公英20克,瓦楞子30克, 乌贼鱼肉20克。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法,它包括下列步骤: (一)备料 (1) 太子参:摘除须根,晒干; (2) 黄芪:取黄芪片,加炼熟蜂蜜与开水少许,拌匀,稍闷,置锅内用文火炒至变为黄色, 不粘手为止,取出,放凉 (3) 灵芝草:除去杂质,洗净,润软,切厚片,干燥,筛去碎肩; (4) 当归:拣去杂质,洗净,闷润,稍晾,切片晒干; (5) 川芎:拣去杂质,分开大、小个,用水浸泡,晒晾,闷润后切片,干燥; (6) 熟地黄:取原药材,蒸至表面乌黑色,取出,晒至八成干时,切片,干燥; (7) 砂仁:拣去杂质及果壳,捣碎; (8) 山药:拣去杂质,用水泡至山药中心部软化,捞出稍晾,切片晒干或烘干; (9) 白芍:取净白芍片,置锅内用文火炒至微黄色,取出,放凉; (10 )白术:先将麸皮撒于热锅内,候烟冒出时,将白术片倒入微炒至淡黄色,取出,筛去 麸皮后放凉,每白术片100斤,用麸皮10斤; (11) 青蒿:拣去杂质,除去残根,水淋使润,切段,晒干; (12) 香附:拣去杂质,礙成碎粒,鑛去细毛及细末; (13) 连翘:拣净杂质,搓开,除去枝梗; (14) 枳实:拣净杂质,用水浸泡至八成透,捞出,润至内无硬心,切片,晾干; (15) 决明子:取净决明子,置锅内炒至微有香气,取出,放凉; (16) 玄参:拣净杂质,除去芦头,洗净润透,切片,晾干; (17) 瓜蒌:取原药材,除去杂质及果柄,洗净,压扁,切丝或小块,干燥; (18) 大黄:拣净杂质,大小分档,闷润至内外湿度均匀,切片或切成小块、晒干; (19) 肉苁蓉:拣净杂质,清水浸泡,每天换水1-2次,如系咸苁蓉,泡尽盐分,润透,纵向 切片,晒干; (20) 杏仁:拣净杂质,置沸水中略煮,俟皮微皱起捞出,浸凉水中,脱去种皮,晒干,簸 净; (21) 佛手钳:拣去杂质,用水喷润后,切碎,晒干; (22) 柴胡:拣去杂质,除去残茎,洗净泥沙,捞出,润透后及时切片,随即晒干; (23) 厚朴:用水浸泡捞出,润透后刮去粗皮,洗净,切丝,晾干; (24) 山楂:取拣净的山楂,置锅内用武火炒至外面焦褐色,内部黄褐色为止,喷淋清水, 取出,晒干; (25) 郁李仁:筛去泥肩,淘净,拣净杂质和碎壳,晒干,用时捣碎; (26) 火麻仁:拣去杂质及残留外壳,取净仁; (27) 金银花:筛去泥沙,拣净杂质; (28) 蒲公英:拣去杂质,洗净泥土,切段,晒干; (29) 瓦楞子:取瓦楞子放坩锅内,置无烟的炉火中煅至红透,取出放凉,碾碎用; (30) 乌贼鱼肉:肉洗净,鲜用; (二)制备 (1) 将所述重量的太子参、黄芪、灵芝草、当归、川芎、熟地黄、砂仁、山药、白芍、白术、青 蒿、香附、连翘、枳实、决明子、玄参、瓜蒌、大黄、肉苁蓉、杏仁、佛手钳、柴胡、厚朴、山楂、郁 李仁、火麻仁、金银花、蒲公英、瓦楞子、乌贼鱼肉放入煎药容器内,加水8倍量,浸泡100分 钟后,武火煎煮沸腾,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第一次煎煮液,将第一次煎煮液倒入容 器内; (2) 将过滤的药渣加水6倍量,武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮20分钟,过滤得第二次煎煮 液; (3) 将两次煎煮液混合搅拌均匀,分为3剂服用。
