本发明涉及一种保健饮品,特别涉及一种生津性功能饮料及制备方法。
背景技术
生津指一种治法。系用滋养津液的药物治疗因高热等原因而引起耗伤津液的方法,如用玄参、生地、麦冬、石斛、花粉、知母等治疗发热、口干渴饮、唇燥等症。津:唾液。生津是口腔中分泌出唾液。在中国传统的养生中,唾液是无上宝贵,有延寿浆之美誉。就以现在医学知识,唾液中含有多种有助益身体成份,尤其在促进消化,增强养份吸收功能,有著很大的作用。
口中生津一方面可以解渴舒顺,另方面可以滋润自己的生命。健康和生命力旺盛的人,口腔唾液都很充足。时时感到口干舌燥,喉头紧锁,身体必定是出了问题有了毛病。津液的生成输步和排泄是一复杂过程。津液源于饮食通过胃的消化,脾的输步,肺的宣降至体表和膀胱。肾是主持全身水液代谢的重要脏器,升清降浊。此外津液为阴,有赖阳气固摄和推动。红参俱有补气、滋阴、益血、生津、强心、健胃、镇静等作用。这些作用红参、白参没有严格的区别,但在补虚方面一般认为红参强于白参。久服红参可以提高人体免疫力、抗疲劳、抗辐射、抑制肿瘤、调整人体内分泌系统。红参适合于老人、久病体虚者,红参具有火大、劲足、功效强之特点,是阴盛阳虚者的首选补品,医药上治疗虚脱或强补多用红参。食物疗法寓治于食,不仅能达到保健强身、防治疾病的目的,而且还能给人感官上、精神上的享受,使人在享受食物美味之中,不知不觉达到防病治病之目的。这种自然疗法、服用苦口的药物相比迥然不同,它不像药物那样易于使人厌服而难以坚持,人们容易接受,可长期运用,对于慢性疾病的调理治疗尤为适宜。
在现有技术中,针对生津益血的药品繁多,但既是食品又是药物的产品不多见,随着社会经济的快速发展和生活水平的迅速提高,人们越来越重视养生和保健,采用药物治疗和饮食疗法相结合的方法,而且特别提倡饮食疗法,目前市场上生津益血的食疗产品少见,有的产品虽有一定的作用,但都存在效果不显著,携带饮用不方便,人体摄取量少等不足,因此有必要根据中医的药食同源理论和食疗养生理论,研制开发一种适合人们需要的食用方便的新型功能性现代化工业加工的食疗产品。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明实施例提供了一种生津止渴,促进血液循环,且无副作用的保健饮料。所述技术方案如下:
本发明提出一种一种生津性功能饮料,其特征在于,由雪梨、乌梅、栝楼、甘草、冰糖、白酒曲制成,其各成份的重量份配比为:雪梨28-32份,乌梅8-12份、栝楼8-12份、甘草8-12份、冰糖15-20份、白酒曲0.1-0.2份。
作为上述技术方案的优先,所述雪梨30份,乌梅10份、栝楼10份、甘草10份、冰糖18份、白酒曲0.1份。
一种生津性功能饮料的制备方法,由以下步骤制成:
(1)取雪梨28-32份,乌梅8-12份、栝楼8-12份、甘草8-12份、冰糖8-12份放入蒸锅中蒸;
(2)待蒸锅内温度为30度时,加入白酒曲0.1-0.2份;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物放入发酵罐中,发酵一个月;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物放入蒸馏锅内蒸馏,将蒸馏出的液体装瓶,即得本发明所述的功能饮料。。
雪梨:味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2.C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效,特别适合秋天食用。《本草纲目》记载,梨者,利也,其性下行流利。
乌梅:性味,味酸、涩,性平。归经,归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。功效,敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。主治,用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。
栝楼:《医学衷中参西录》:“栝楼,能开胸间及胃口热痰,故仲景治胸结有小陷胸汤,栝楼与连、夏并用;治胸痹有栝楼薤白等方,栝楼与薤、酒、桂、朴诸药并用。若与山甲同用,善治乳痈;若与赭石同用,善止吐衄;若但用其皮,最能清肺、敛肺、宁嗽、定喘;若但用其瓤,最善滋阴、润燥、滑痰、生津;若但用其仁,其开胸降胃之力较大,且善通小便。”
甘草:类似肾上腺皮质激素样作用。对组胺引起的胃酸分泌过多有抑制作用;并有抗酸和缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛作用。同时,甘草黄酮、甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳作用;祛痰作用也较显著,
冰糖:中医认为冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的作用。也是泡制药酒、炖煮补品的辅料。冰糖具有补中益气、和胃润肺、止咳化痰、祛烦消渴、清热降浊、养阴生津、止汗解毒等功能,可用于治疗中气不足、肺热咳嗽、咯痰带血、阴虚久咳、口燥咽干、咽喉肿痛、小儿盗汗、风火牙痛等病症。
白酒曲:具有去腥、除腻、消苦、减酸、增香的作用。
本发明对所述生津性功能饮料中的原料以及其重量份进行了具有创造性的研究,发现增加的栝楼等不但具有清肺、润燥、滑痰、生津的效果,还产生了提高免疫力的预料不到的效果。
本发明制成品中含有栝楼,并加入具有敛肺、除腻等作用的乌梅、甘草以及有润肺止咳作用的梨等,润肺生津,益气养阴;同时,加入少量白酒曲并发酵而成,其口味有别于市场流行饮料形式,口味更加独特;而且,发酵、蒸馏后的药液更快的被人体吸收,见效更快,其是传统熬的中药所不具备的。本全方药效君臣佐使,相须配合,正彻病机,本发明的成分简单、组方独特、用量比例科学、作用明显,还具有易于制备、生产成本不高等优点。

本发明制成品中含有栝楼,并加入具有敛肺、除腻等作用的乌梅、甘草以及有润肺止咳作用的梨等,润肺生津,益气养阴。同时,加入少量白酒曲并发酵而成,其口味有别于市场流行饮料形式,口味更加独特。而且,发酵后的药液更快的被人体吸收,见效更快,其是传统熬的中药所不具备的。本全方药效君臣佐使,相须配合,正彻病机,本发明的成分简单、组方独特、用量比例科学、作用明显,还具有易于制备、生产成本不高等优点。
上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种生津性功能饮料,其特征在于,由雪梨、乌梅、栝楼、甘草、冰糖、白酒曲制成,其各成份的重量份配比为:雪梨28-32份,乌梅8-12份、栝楼8-12份、甘草8-12份、冰糖15-20份、白酒曲0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生津性功能饮料,其特征在于,雪梨30份,乌梅10份、栝楼10份、甘草10份、冰糖18份、白酒曲0.1份。
3.一种生津性功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
(1)取雪梨28-32份,乌梅8-12份、栝楼8-12份、甘草8-12份、冰糖8-12份放入蒸锅中蒸;
(2)待蒸锅内温度为30度时,加入白酒曲0.1-0.2份;
(3)将步骤(2)所得混合物放入发酵罐中,发酵一个月;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物放入蒸馏锅内蒸馏,将蒸馏出的液体装瓶,即得本发明所述的功能饮料。
