Description

用于将至少一个装饰性条带施加到椅套的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及通过高频焊接用于将至少一个装饰性条带带施加到椅套的方法和装置,所述装置包括两个工具半部,其中至少一个工具半部具有电极。
背景技术
已知通过高频焊接将装饰性条带或其它图案施加到椅套,特别是纺织椅套,以及还将装饰性条带或其它图案施加到车辆座椅。
上述类型的装置从DE3612025C2已知。在该文献中,将U形装饰性条带放置到导槽内。导槽由模制部件保持且被带动到靠近椅套。然后将电极从下方推入到导向部分内,所述电极在导向部分内将所述装饰性条带推动抵靠椅套。
只有通过相当大的努力才能进行特别精确地调节,特别是在平行延伸的多个装饰性条带的情况下。
发明内容
本发明基于提出上述类型的方法和装置的目的,通过所述方法和装置,多个装饰性条带可以一定的位置精度施加到椅套。
该目的通过包括专利权利要求1所述特征的方法来实现。对于装置而言,该目的通过包括专利权利要求4所述特征的装置来实现。本发明的有利实施例在从属权利要求中指定。
在通过高频焊接用于将至少一个装饰性条带施加到椅套的方法中,设置成使得装饰性条带被放置到工具半部上,所述工具半部包括电极和绝缘体,所述电极平行于彼此取向,而所述绝缘体将电极分隔开并且平行取向,对于椅套而言,其放置到包括装饰性条带的第一工具半部上,所述装饰性条带彼此平行地插入,对于第二工具半部而言,其放置到椅套上,以便将高频交流电压施加到第一工具半部的电极和第二工具半部之间,从而使得装饰性条带被焊接到椅套,对于第一工具半部和第二工具半部而言,在高频焊接过程中通过压力而压靠彼此,对于绝缘体而言,其在过程开始时突出超过电极,当被压缩时被向下推动,使得绝缘体和电极之间的高度差异变得更小。可通过上述精确地调节装饰性条带并将它们彼此平行地焊接到椅套上。
在高频焊接过程中工具半部在压力下被压缩。优选地,这通过液压机进行。从而优选施加15至20千牛顿之间的压缩力。
在过程开始时,绝缘体相对于电极突出,以使装饰性条带可以插入到绝缘体之间。绝缘体被实施为高度可调节的,且在过程中被向下推动。
优选地,绝缘体被向下推动到绝缘体的表面和电极的表面在过程结束时形成公共平面区域的程度。
在可替代的优选实施例中,绝缘体被降低到下述程度以至于在过程结束时包括置于其上的所述装饰性条带的电极突出超过绝缘体。
通过布置于绝缘体下方的弹簧元件可实现绝缘体的移位。在这种情况下,绝缘体会基本上被动地向下移位。这通过将两个工具半部带到一起来进行。在替代方案中,还可以主动地降低绝缘体,例如通过液压或气动元件降低绝缘体。
在本发明的进一步优选的实施例中,在第一工具半部或第二工具半部上设置止动部,工具半部通过所述止动部被一起带到直至止动部,从而直至所限定的路径。
在通过高频焊接用于将至少一个装饰性条带施加到椅套的装置的情况下,所述装置包括两个工具半部,其中至少一个工具半部具有电极,所述装置以下述方式设置,其对于本发明而言是必要的,对于第一工具半部而言使其具有至少两个电极,所述电极平行于彼此取向并且所述电极的宽度适于将被施加的装饰性条带的宽度,对于绝缘体而言,所述绝缘体平行取向,布置在电极之间,并且在电极外侧上平行,以及对于绝缘体而言在第二工具半部的方向上突出超过电极。将被施加的装饰性条带因而可被立即放置到电极上并且在该位置被牢固地保持和受到引导。通过上述可将装饰性条带高精确度地放置和使其平行取向。因而对于n个电极而言存在n+1个绝缘体。优选地,该装置用于执行上述方法。
优选地,绝缘体实施为相对于电极是高度可调节的。特别优选地,所述高度可调节性以如此的方式实施以至于最初在第二工件的方向上相对于电极突出的绝缘体可移位直到电极和绝缘体在其上侧上形成共同平面为止。
在一个优选的实施例中,所有电极具有相同的高度。类似地,所有绝缘体优选具有相同的高度。通过上述实现装饰性条带到椅套的均匀且牢固的施加。在本发明的另一优选实施例中,提供四个电极。四个平行的装饰性条带因此可通过其施加。优选地,两个中间的电极比两个外侧的电极更宽。优选地,两个中间的电极以3:2的比率比外侧电极更宽。在本发明的一个优选实施例中,两个中间电极之间的距离小于中间电极和外侧电极之间的距离。具体通过上述可实现动态光学效果。这通过相应地设计在电极之间的绝缘体的宽度来实现。有利地,电极以棒状的方式实施。优选地,各个电极然后导电性地连接到彼此,从而使得将高频电压施加到各个电极特别简单,即只需要基本上在一个位置处施加,其原因在于电极导电性地连接到彼此。优选地,所述绝缘体也以棒状方式实施。在这种实施例的情况下,电极和绝缘体可以简单且容易释放的方式连接到彼此。具体地可进行螺钉或夹具连接,借助于此使得电极和绝缘体彼此接触,这取决于所需模式。
在另一个优选的实施例中,第二工具半部具有增加的表面区域,其对应于在第一工具半部上由电极和绝缘体形成的区域。这两个工具半部可以这种方式被带到一起。
在一个特别优选的实施例中,增加的表面区域可相对于剩余的第二工具半部移动,特别是相对于所述第二工具半部的板,但在具有预应力的情况下。例如,该增加的表面区域可通过多个弹簧(特别是压力弹簧)连接到第二工具半部的板。这具有的效果是第二工具半部已搁置在第一工具半部上,特别是已搁置在绝缘体上,所述绝缘体最初从一开始就直立起来,以及当通过压力弹簧被推压到一起时,压力则连续地增加。优选地,在加压的最后阶段,升高的表面区域然后直接承靠该板,即压力弹簧然后被完全推压到一起。

具体实施方式
图1示出汽车座椅1,其包括椅套2,装饰性条带3,4,5和6施加到其上。所述装饰性条带3至6优选由微纤维材料制成。两个中间装饰性条带4和5由此以1.5倍的系数比两个外侧的装饰性条带3和6更宽。两个中间装饰性条带3和4之间的距离相应地显著小于中间装饰性条带和外侧装饰性条带、即4、5或3、6之间的距离,因此例如显著小于装饰性条带5和6之间的距离。装饰性条带3至6彼此平行地延伸跨过整个椅套2。装饰性条带3至6延伸跨过靠背以及跨过椅套2的下部的真正椅座部分。
图2示出第一工具半部10,图1中所示的装饰性条带3至6通过其定位在椅套2上并通过高频焊接而施加到此。第一工具半部10具有基板11以及总共六个间隔件12,间隔件12用于相对于将被施加的第二工具半部精确的距离定位。在间隔件12之间设置电极和绝缘体区域13。电极和绝缘体区域在基板11上延伸并用于容纳和定位装饰性条带3至6。电极和绝缘体区域13将在下面参照图3和图4更详细地解释说明。总共存在四个棒状金属电极。它们用14,15,16和17标记。电极14至17是导电性的,并由电连接杆18接触,高频电场通过电连接杆18施加到电极14至17。电极14至17的宽度和取向以及布置对应于将被施加的所述装饰性条带3至6的宽度和定位。电极14至17通过绝缘体18和22彼此间隔开,绝缘体18和22形成外侧限制,而绝缘体19、20和21将电极14至17从彼此间隔开。绝缘体18至22以棒状方式实施,并突出超过电极14至17。这导致适于装饰性条带3至6的轨道状插入区域,装饰性条带3至6将被直接容纳在电极14至17上。绝缘体18至22实施为比电极14至17稍短,从而使电极14至17突出超过前侧并能够与接触杆28直接接触。如可特别在图4中看出的那样,电极和绝缘体通过螺钉连接件23而被连接到彼此。后者即螺钉连接件23可被释放,以及可以简单的方式建立装饰性条带的不同组合和顺序,在于电极的数量可被改变,或者在于可以使用包括其它宽度的电极或包括其它宽度的绝缘体。
图5示出第二工具半部30的顶部视图,第二工具半部30基本由板31构成。图6中示出第二工具半部30的底部视图。第二工具半部30具有额外的板状升高区域32,其大小和规格对应于第一工具半部10上的电极和绝缘体区域13。
在图7中示出相对于彼此的两个工具半部10和30。织物或椅套插入到工具半部10、30之间,以及被放置到电极14至17上的装饰性条带3至6然后通过高频焊接被施加到布置于其上方的椅套2上。典型地包括15至30千瓦的高频发生器用于此目的。工具半部10和30借助于液压机压靠彼此。上部工具半部30由此通常被紧固,而下部工具半部10压靠上部工具半部30。
参照所述方法,装饰性条带3至6被放置到平行于彼此取向的电极14至17上,从而使得装饰性条带3至6位于平行的绝缘体18至22之间并且在该位置处以笔直而平行的方式取向。然后将椅套2放置到包括装饰性条带3至6的第一工具半部10上,装饰性条带3至6搁置在电极14至17上。然后将第二工具半部30放置到椅套2上。将高频电压施加到电极14至17,其中这可通过接触杆28发生。装饰性条带3至6通过电极14至17和第二工具半部30之间的高频交流电压而焊接到椅套2。第一工具半部10同时通过液压机压靠第二工具半部30,液压机施加大约15至20千牛顿的压缩力。优选地,液压机在向上移动的下板和固定的上板之间施加压力。第一工具半部10优选是被向上推压的下板。
过程流程可通过图8至图11以如下方式详细地描述,即该液压机最初不施加充分的压力,而是只有第二工具半部30(特别是第二工具半部30的以板状方式升高的表面区域32)最初与第一工具半部10(特别是在该位置处的绝缘体18至22)相接触。以板状方式升高的表面区域32通过压力弹簧33相对于板31施加预应力。响应于第一工具半部10和第二工具半部30之间的增加压力,所述绝缘体18至22然后被降低到它们与电极14至17形成平面的程度。装饰性条带3至6包括放置在其上方的椅套2然后在该时间点下搁置抵靠第二工具半部30。高频电场可尤其在该位置施加,以及装饰性条带3至6可被焊接到椅套2。响应于第一工具半部10和第二工具半部30之间的进一步增加的压力,以板状方式升高的表面区域32被逐渐地压靠板30,直到后者即板30在该位置处完全抵接以及达到两个工具半部10,30之间的最小距离,最小距离通过间隔件12预先确定。优选地,绝缘体18至22甚至被进一步平行地降低,直到电极14至17包括搁置在其上的椅套2突出超过具有焊接到其上的装饰性条带3至6的绝缘体18至22。压力弹簧33与其平行地被进一步压到一起。当工具半部10和30处于它们的由间隔件12预定的最终位置并且当施加最大压力时,压力弹簧33被尽可能程度大地压缩。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于通过高频焊接将至少一个装饰性条带(3,4,5,6)施加到椅套(2)的方法,其特征在于:
将装饰性条带(3,4,5,6)放置到第一工具半部(10)内,所述第一工具半部包括电极(14,15,16,17)和绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22),所述电极平行于彼此取向,所述绝缘体将电极分隔开并且平行取向;
将椅套(2)放置到第一工具半部(10)上,彼此平行地插入的装饰性条带(3,4,5,6)已被放置到所述第一工具半部内;
将第二工具半部(30)放置到椅套(2)上;
将高频交流电压施加到第一工具半部(10)的电极(14,15,16,17)和第二工具半部(30)之间,从而使得装饰性条带(3,4,5,6)被焊接到椅套(2);
将第一工具半部(10)和第二工具半部(30)在高频焊接过程中通过压力而压靠彼此;以及
在挤压开始时突出超过电极(14,15,16,17)的绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)当被压缩时被向下推动,使得绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)和电极(14,15,16,17)之间的高度差异变得更小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)相对于电极(14,15,16,17)是高度可调节的,并且在挤压期间以如下方式移位,即使得在挤压结束时绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)和电极(14,15,16,17)在它们的上侧上形成平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)相对于电极(14,15,16,17)是高度可调节的,并且在挤压期间以如下方式移位,即使得绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)的上侧在挤压结束时低于电极(14,15,16,17)。
4.一种用于通过高频焊接将至少一个装饰性条带施加到椅套(2)的装置,所述装置包括第一工具半部(10)和第二工具半部(30),其特征在于:
所述第一工具半部(10)具有至少两个电极(14,15,16,17),所述电极平行于彼此取向并且所述电极的宽度适于将被施加的装饰性条带(3,4,5,6)的宽度,平行取向的绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)布置在电极(14,15,16,17)之间,并且在电极(14,17)的外侧上平行;
绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)在第二工具半部(30)的方向上突出超过电极(14,15,16,17);以及
绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)相对于电极(14,15,16,17)是高度可调节的。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)可从其在第二工具半部(30)的方向上突出超过电极(14,15,16,17)的位置移位到其中绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)和电极(14,15,16,17)形成共同平面的位置。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一工具半部(10)的电极,即两个中间电极(15,16)宽于所述第一工具半部的两个外侧电极(14,17)。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一工具半部(10)的电极中的两个中间电极(15,16)之间的距离小于第一工具半部(10)的所述电极中的中间电极(16)和外侧电极(17)之间的距离。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于电极(14,15,16,17)以棒状方式实施。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于电极(14,15,16,17)被导电性地连接到彼此。
10.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于所述绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)以棒状方式实施。
11.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)和所述电极(14,15,16,17)被可释放地连接到彼此。
12.根据权利要求4或5所述的装置,其特征在于所述第二工具半部(30)具有升高的表面区域(32),其对应于在第一工具半部(10)上由电极(14,15,16,17)和绝缘体(18,19,20,21,22)形成的区域。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于所述第二工具半部(30)的升高的表面区域(32)在所述第二工具半部(30)上可移动地布置。
