Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆制动装置的液压单元。
背景技术
日本专利申请公开公报No.2009-262924描述了一种用于车辆制动装置的液压单元。该液压单元具有下述结构:在该结构中,形成有凹部的ECU(电子控制单元)外壳装配至壳体以使得凹部与容置有泵的壳体室连通从而使得凹部用作储存从泵泄漏的制动流体的流体储液器。此外,为了防止制动流体从流体储液器中泄漏到外面,在ECU外壳与壳体之间的配合表面处设置有密封构件。
然而,用于车辆制动装置的以上常规液压单元的问题在于:由于ECU外壳形成有用作流体储液器的凹部,因此存在下述担忧,即如果制动流体由于密封构件的劣化而从流体储液器中泄漏,则制动流体可能粘附到容置在ECU外壳中的ECU,从而引起电气故障。
发明内容
示例性实施方式提供了一种用于具有主缸和轮缸的车辆制动装置的液压单元,该液压单元包括:
壳体,该壳体形成有管道,该管道连接在主缸与轮缸之间以允许制动流体穿过该管道;
泵,该泵设置在壳体中以用于抽吸和排放制动流体以增加制动流体的压力;

图1是包括根据本发明的实施方式的液压单元的制动装置的管道系统示意图。用于四轮前轮驱动车辆的车辆制动装置具有X型双液压回路,该X型双液压回路包括从右前轮至左后轮的第一管路和从左前轮至右后轮的第二管路。
如图1中所示,车辆的制动踏板1连接至增压器单元2,该增压器单元2用于增加通过车辆驾驶员施加至制动踏板1的压下力。
增压器单元2包括用于将增加的压下力传递至主缸3的推杆。当推杆推动设置在主缸3内的主活塞时,产生主缸压力。制动踏板1、增压器单元2和主缸3构成制动流体压力产生部分。
主缸3与主储液器3a连接,该主储液器3a用于将制动流体供应到主缸3中并且用于储存主缸3内的剩余量的制动流体。
主缸压力通过ABS(防抱死制动系统)传递至右前轮的轮缸4和左后轮的轮缸5。在下文中,对从右前轮至左后轮的第一管路的操作进行解释。由于从左前轮至右后轮的第二管路的操作与第一管路的操作相同,因此省略了其说明。
车辆制动装置还包括连接至主缸3的主管道(以下称为“管道A”)。管道A设置有压差控制阀7。管道A分成管道A1和管道A2,其中,该管道A1从主缸3延伸至压差控制阀7并且接收主缸压力,该管道A2从压差控制阀7延伸至轮缸4和轮缸5。

此外,管道C在其位于泵10的下游的部分处设置有用于抑制从泵10排放的制动流体的脉动的蓄能器12。压力调节储液器8和主缸3通过管道D彼此连接。泵10通过管道D和压力调节储液器8来抽吸管道A1中的制动流体,并且将制动流体排放至管道A2以增加轮缸压力。
压力调节储液器8包括储液器活塞81,该储液器活塞81以可来回移动的方式设置在形成于之后说明的壳体中的孔中。储液器活塞81分隔用于暂时储存从轮缸4和轮缸5排放的制动流体的储液器室82。储液器活塞81被活塞弹簧83沿减小储液器室82的容积的方向偏置。

在不执行ABS控制或辅助控制的正常制动操作期间,压差控制阀7设定在连通状态。在此状态下,由被驾驶员压下的制动踏板1产生的主缸压力被直接施加至轮缸4和轮缸5。此时,由于泵10不处于工作中,因此阀体84与阀座85接触以使得主缸压力不被施加至泵10的抽吸口。
当与通过正常制动操作相比需要增加制动力时,例如,当通过未示出的加速度传感器等检测到车辆的减速度超过预定阈值时,压差控制阀7切换到压差状态以辅助由驾驶员操作的制动踏板1的压下力。因而,制动流体从管道A1穿过管道D被传送到压力调节室8中。此后,压力调节室8内的制动流体被抽吸到泵10中以及被从泵10中排放以将制动流体供应至管道A2以使得轮缸压力通过设定在压差状态下的压差控制阀7保持得比主缸压力大。
如果泵10的抽吸性能跟不上流入到储液器室82中的制动流体的量,并且制动流体已储存到储液器室82内的预定水平面处,那么阀体84就坐置到阀座85上以在管道A(主缸侧)与泵10的抽吸侧之间进行切断。因而,由于储液器室82内的制动流体被泵10抽吸,因此储存在储液器室82中的制动流体的量减少,并且因此轴87向上推动阀体84以将制动流体从主缸那侧供应至储液器室82。
此时,从处于运行中的泵10泄漏的制动流体穿过壳体孔92和排出通道93而被引至流体储液器室881并且储存在流体储液器室881中。
在此实施方式中,流体储液器室881形成在设置于壳体9中的盖88中。因此,即使制动流体从流体储液器室881泄漏,由于该制动流体几乎不流向ECU,因此仍可以防止发生电气故障。
此外,即使储存在储液器室82中的制动流体从储液器活塞81的外周泄漏,盖88仍然防止该制动流体流到外面。即,盖88提供了防制动流体从储液器室82泄漏的失效保护功能。
在上述实施方式中,O形环883在第一凸缘部882与壳体9之间进行密封。然而,可以通过将第一凸缘部882压入配合在壳体9中来在第一凸缘部882与壳体9之间进行密封以省去O形环883。
以上解释的优选实施方式是本申请的仅由下文所附权利要求描述的示例性实施方式。应当理解的是,如本领域技术人员将会想到的,可以对优选实施方式作出修改。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于车辆制动装置的液压单元,所述车辆制动装置具有主缸和轮缸,所述液压单元包括:
壳体,所述壳体形成有管道,所述管道连接在所述主缸与所述轮缸之间以允许制动流体穿过所述管道;
泵,所述泵设置在所述壳体中以用于抽吸及排放所述制动流体从而增加所述制动流体的压力;
储液器活塞,所述储液器活塞设置在形成于所述壳体中的孔内以能够以可滑动的方式来回移动,并且所述储液器活塞分隔所述孔内的用于暂时储存从所述轮缸排放的所述制动流体的储液器室;
盖,所述盖设置在所述孔中以封闭所述孔的位于大气侧的一端,并且所述盖形成有用于储存从所述泵泄漏的所述制动流体的流体储液器室;以及
排出通道,所述排出通道形成在所述壳体中以用于将从所述泵泄漏的所述制动流体引入到所述流体储液器室中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆制动装置的液压单元,其中,所述流体储液器室为形成在所述盖的外周中且形成为面向所述孔的凹部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆制动装置的液压单元,其中,所述孔开至所述壳体的底表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆制动装置的液压单元,其中,所述储液器活塞由活塞弹簧沿减小所述储液器室的容积的方向偏置。
