Abstract
本发明公开了一种混凝土搅拌运输车,包括车辆底盘以及设置在车辆底盘上的搅拌筒,其特征是搅拌筒的筒体为长方体,呈水平支撑在车辆底盘上,可以形成前高后低的卸料状态;搅拌筒形成封闭的筒体;在后端板上分别设置有进料口和出料口;在筒身内设置由各活动叶片相拼形成的转动内筒,相邻的活动叶片之间保持有转动中的活动裕量;各长条状活动叶片在两端分别由对辊支撑;朝向筒身内悬伸有搅拌叶,背部设置有传动齿条,与传动齿条相啮合的传动齿轮利用支架设置在筒身的对应位置上。本发明作为混凝土搅拌运输车,其装载量大、重心低,可有效地防止侧翻。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土搅拌设备,尤其涉及一种水泥混凝土搅拌运输车。
背景技术
水泥混凝土是当今最重要的土木工程材料之一,一般由专门的混凝土搅拌站提供,再由混凝土搅拌运输车运送到施工场所。混凝土运输车在运输过程中,其搅拌筒始终保持转动,以保证运载的混凝土不会凝固和离析。
搅拌筒是车载的混凝土的装载容器,通常由优质耐磨薄钢板制成,为了能够自动装卸混凝土,在其内侧壁上焊有螺旋叶片。搅拌筒在转动时混凝土沿叶片的螺旋方向运动,在不断的提升和翻动过程中进行混合搅拌。在进料及运输过程中,搅拌筒正转,混凝土沿叶片向里运动;出料时,搅拌筒反转,混凝土沿着叶片向外卸出。
现有技术中,混凝土搅拌运输车的搅拌筒一般为圆柱梭形结构,呈倾斜设置在副车架上,搅拌筒尾部高高翘起。这一形式导致混凝土搅拌运输车装载量大大减小,由于重心较高,在转弯或紧急刹车时容易发生侧翻。关于混凝土罐车侧翻事故常见诸报道。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种混凝土搅拌运输车,以期不仅能增加装载量,还能有效降低重心,避免车辆侧翻事故。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明混凝土搅拌运输车,包括车辆底盘以及设置在车辆底盘上的搅拌筒,其结构特点是:
所述搅拌筒的筒体为长方体,其呈水平支撑在车辆底盘上,并有铰接的后支座作为转动支点;设置举升机构用于在卸料时将搅拌筒的前端举升,形成前高后低的卸料状态;
设置所述搅拌筒是由底板、左侧板、右侧板和顶板构成可拆卸的筒身,在所述筒身的前端面设置有前端板、在所述筒身的后端面设置有后端板形成封闭的筒体;在所述后端板上分别设置有进料口和出料口;
在所述筒身内设置由各活动叶片相拼形成的转动内筒,长条状活动叶片沿着筒身的长度方向设置,相邻的活动叶片之间保持有转动中的活动裕量;所述各长条状活动叶片是在两端分别由对辊进行支撑,所述对辊利用支架安装在筒身的对应位置的内侧壁上;
所述活动叶片是在呈长方形的背板的正面、沿着背板的长度方向上,处在背板的中部设置一片朝向筒身内悬伸的搅拌叶,在所述背板的背面、沿着背板的宽度方向上设置有传动齿条,与所述传动齿条相互啮合的传动齿轮利用支架设置在所述筒身的对应位置上;所述转动内筒是以所述背板为筒壁。
本发明混凝土搅拌运输车的结构特点也在于:所述活动叶片,在其所述背板的正面、处在所述搅拌叶的两端,分别设置有朝向筒身内侧倾的斜倾端板,利用所述斜倾端板使所述转动内筒在前端和后端渐呈收口。
本发明混凝土搅拌运输车的结构特点也在于:相邻的两片活动叶片之间通过背板相互铰接连接,在相邻的背板之间,以及相邻的斜倾端板之间分别设置有止水带。
本发明混凝土搅拌运输车的结构特点也在于:在所述内筒的底部设置有用于支撑内筒的托辊,托辊的支架焊接在筒身内侧壁上。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明中搅拌筒呈水平设置,有效降低了重心,并因此提高车辆运行的安全性,防止侧翻。
2、本发明搅拌筒外形近似于长方体,可以获得较大的装载量。
3、本发明中搅拌筒外壁为可拆卸结构,方便检测维修。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本实施例中混凝土搅拌运输车包括车辆底盘1以及设置在车辆底盘1上的搅拌筒3,所述搅拌筒3的筒体为长方体,其呈水平支撑在车辆底盘1上,是由前支座8、后支座6和举升装置7上共同支撑,并有铰接的后支座6作为转动支点;设置举升机构7用于在卸料时将搅拌筒3的前端举升,形成前高后低的卸料状态。
举升装置7包括举升油缸、油缸上支座和油缸下支座,举升油缸上端和下端分别与油缸上支座、油缸下支座铰接,油缸上支座和油缸下支座分别焊接于搅拌筒3的底板40和汽车底盘1上。
如图2、图3、图4和图5所示,设置所述搅拌筒3是由底板40、左侧板41、右侧板42和顶板43构成可拆卸的筒身31,在所述筒身31的前端面设置有前端板33、在所述筒身31的后端面设置有后端板34形成封闭的筒体;在所述后端板34上分别设置有进料口4和出料口5,出料口5处在进料口4的上方。
在所述筒身31内设置由各活动叶片35相拼形成的转动内筒32,长条状活动叶片35沿着筒身31的长度方向设置,相邻的活动叶片之间保持有转动中的活动裕量;所述各长条状活动叶片35是在两端分别由对辊12进行支撑,所述对辊12利用支架安装在筒身31的对应位置的内侧壁上,转动内筒32与前端板33及后端板34形成封闭的装料空间。
如图6、图7、图8和图9所示,活动叶片35是在呈长方形的背板36的正面、沿着背板26的长度方向上、处在背板的中部设置有一片朝向筒身内悬伸的搅拌叶37,为了提高搅拌效果,搅拌叶37可以朝向转动内筒32的旋转方向有一倾斜,使搅拌叶37对于转动内筒32中的混凝土形成“铲”的效果;在所述背板36的背面、沿着背板的宽度方向上设置有传动齿条39,与所述传动齿条39相互啮合的传动齿轮9利用支架设置在所述筒身的对应位置上;转动内筒32是以所述背板36为筒壁。
所述传动齿轮9设置于搅拌筒3的底板40和转动内筒32之间,传动齿轮9由电机11驱动,电机11通过传动轴10驱动一个或多个传动齿轮9。
本实施例中,相应的结构设置也包括:
在活动叶片35的背板36的正面、处在所述搅拌叶37的两端,分别设置有朝向筒身内侧倾的斜倾端板,利用所述斜倾端板使所述转动内筒32在前端和后端渐呈收口,在前端和后端所成的收口分别与前端板和后端板形成回转密封结构;图6和图7所示的斜倾端板分别是前端斜倾端板38a和后端斜倾端板38b,为了便于出料,处在活动叶片尾部的后端斜倾端板38b在背板36上倾斜的坡度更小一些,以避免出料形成残留,前端斜倾端板38a在背板36上倾斜的坡度更大一些,基本形成为前端面。
相邻的两片活动叶片35之间通过背板36相互铰接连接,在相邻的背板36之间,以及相邻的斜倾端板之间分别设置有止水带。
在所述内筒32的底部设置有用于支撑内筒的托辊13,托辊13的支架焊接在筒身内侧壁上。在搅拌筒的左右两侧设置防护架2,所述防护架2由钢架焊接而成,焊接于汽车底盘1上。
Claims (4)
1.一种混凝土搅拌运输车,包括车辆底盘(1)以及设置在车辆底盘(1)上的搅拌筒(3),其特征是:
所述搅拌筒(3)的筒体为长方体,其呈水平支撑在车辆底盘(1)上,并有铰接的后支座(6)作为转动支点;设置举升机构(7)用于在卸料时将搅拌筒(3)的前端举升,形成前高后低的卸料状态;
设置所述搅拌筒(3)是由底板(40)、左侧板(41)、右侧板(42)和顶板(43)构成可拆卸的筒身(31),在所述筒身(31)的前端面设置有前端板(33)、在所述筒身(31)的后端面设置有后端板(34)形成封闭的筒体;在所述后端板(34)上分别设置有进料口(4)和出料口(5);
在所述筒身(31)内设置由各活动叶片(35)相拼形成的转动内筒(32),长条状活动叶片(35)沿着筒身的长度方向设置,相邻的活动叶片(35)之间保持有转动中的活动裕量;所述各长条状活动叶片(35)是在两端分别由对辊(12)进行支撑,所述对辊(12)利用支架安装在筒身(31)的对应位置的内侧壁上;
所述活动叶片(35)是在呈长方形的背板(36)的正面、沿着背板的长度方向上,处在背板的中部设置一片朝向筒身内悬伸的搅拌叶(37),在所述背板(36)的背面、沿着背板的宽度方向上设置有传动齿条(39),与所述传动齿条(39)相互啮合的传动齿轮(9)利用支架设置在所述筒身的对应位置上;所述转动内筒(32)是以所述背板(36)为筒壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土搅拌运输车,所述活动叶片(35),在其所述背板(36)的正面、处在所述搅拌叶(37)的两端,分别设置有朝向筒身内侧倾的斜倾端板,利用所述斜倾端板使所述转动内筒(32)在前端和后端渐呈收口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土搅拌运输车,其特征是:相邻的两片活动叶片(35)之间通过背板(36)相互铰接连接,在相邻的背板(36)之间,以及相邻的斜倾端板之间分别设置有止水带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土搅拌运输车,其特征是:在所述内筒(32)的底部设置有用于支撑内筒的托辊(13),托辊(13)的支架焊接在筒身内侧壁上。
