本发明公开了一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备,包括:机架;导柱;第一气缸;活动机架;第二气缸;模具架;模具;第三气缸;上模架;弯脚模;平脚模;第四气缸;控制器。本发明的工作过程是,将四只刷架放入到模具的凹腔内,将刷板放入,四只刷架的安装脚伸出,第三气缸连杆伸张,顶块插入的刷架腔体,第二气缸连杆收缩,四只安装脚移动后对准弯脚模,压床带动弯脚模下压,将安装脚对称地弯一角度,第一气缸连杆收缩,四只安装脚移动后对准平脚模,将安装脚进一步压平,第一气缸、第二气缸、第三气缸依次复位,第四气缸连杆伸张将刷架组件顶出,第四气缸复位,完成产品加工。本发明具有成本低、使用方便、加工质量好、工作效率高的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备。
背景技术
汽车需要通过冷却水对发动机进行散热,冷却水的水箱通常需要安装散热风扇,散热风扇使用的是直流有刷电机,直流有刷电机需要安装两只刷架,当功率较大时,需要安装四只刷架,因此,工作量很大,现有技术中,主要通过人工安装刷架组件,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备,与压床配合,能通过设备完成压散热风扇刷架组件。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备,其特征是,包括:
机架,设置有机架滑槽;
导柱,至少有两根,底部固定在机架上;
第一气缸,缸体固定在机架上;
活动机架,设置有滑轨和滑块,滑轨仅能沿着机架滑槽移动,第一气缸的连杆与活动机架固定;
第二气缸,缸体固定在活动机架上;
模具架,具有模具滑槽,模具滑槽仅能沿着活动机架上的滑块移动,第二气缸的连杆与模具架固定;
模具,固定在模具架上,能放置刷架组件,模具具有嵌入四只刷架的凹腔,该四个凹腔对称设置;
第三气缸,设置有四只,每只第三气缸对应一只刷架,第三气缸的缸体固定在模具架上,第三气缸的连杆固定有顶块,第三气缸动作时,顶块能插入刷架的刷架腔体;
上模架,能与压床的压杆固定,上模架固定有套在导柱上的导孔,上模架能沿着导柱上下移动;
弯脚模,设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架底面,弯脚模具有对称的双斜面,该双斜面能压刷架的两只安装脚,将安装脚对称地弯一角度;
平脚模,设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架底面,能将已被弯成角度的安装脚进一步压平,刷架固定在刷架组件的刷板上;
第四气缸,缸体固定在模具架的内凹处;
顶针板,与第四气缸连杆固定;
顶针,一端与顶针板固定,另一端穿过模具通孔,第四气缸连杆伸张时,顶针能将刷架组件顶出;
控制器,能定时控制第一气缸,第二气缸,第三气缸,第四气缸以及压床动作。
所述双斜面的角度为45度。
本发明的工作过程是,将四只刷架放入到模具的凹腔内,将刷板放入,四只刷架的安装脚伸出,第三气缸连杆伸张,顶块插入刷架腔体,防止刷架压扁,第二气缸连杆收缩,四只安装脚移动后对准弯脚模,压床带动弯脚模下压,将安装脚对称地弯一角度,压床带动弯脚模上抬,第一气缸连杆收缩,四只安装脚移动后对准平脚模,压床带动平脚模下压,将安装脚进一步压平,压床带动平脚模上抬,第一气缸、第二气缸、第三气缸依次复位,第四气缸连杆伸张将刷架组件顶出,取出刷架组件,第四气缸复位,完成产品加工。
本发明具有结构简单、成本低、使用方便、加工质量好、工作效率高的有益效果。

如图所示,一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备,包括:
机架41,设置有机架滑槽;
导柱31,至少有两根,底部固定在机架41上;
第一气缸11,缸体固定在机架41上;
活动机架42,设置有滑轨422和滑块421,滑轨422仅能沿着机架滑槽移动,第一气缸11的连杆与活动机架42固定;
第二气缸12,缸体固定在活动机架42上;
模具架63,具有模具滑槽,模具滑槽仅能沿着活动机架42上的滑块421移动,第二气缸12的连杆与模具架63固定;
模具62,固定在模具架63上,能放置刷架组件61,模具62具有嵌入四只刷架612的凹腔,该四个凹腔对称设置;
第三气缸5,设置有四只,每只第三气缸5对应一只刷架612,第三气缸5的缸体固定在模具架63上,第三气缸5的连杆固定有顶块,第三气缸5动作时,顶块能插入刷架612的刷架腔体613;
上模架32,能与压床的压杆固定,上模架32固定有套在导柱31上的导孔35,上模架32能沿着导柱31上下移动;
弯脚模33,设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架32底面,弯脚模33具有对称的双斜面331,该双斜面331能压刷架612的两只安装脚614,将安装脚614对称地弯一角度;
平脚模34,设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架32底面,能将已被弯成角度的安装脚614进一步压平,刷架612固定在刷架组件61的刷板611上;
第四气缸9,缸体固定在模具架63的内凹处;
顶针板8,与第四气缸9连杆固定;
顶针7,一端与顶针板8固定,另一端穿过模具62通孔,第四气缸9连杆伸张时,顶针7能将刷架组件61顶出;
控制器,能定时控制第一气缸11,第二气缸12,第三气缸5,第四气缸以及压床动作。
双斜面331的角度为45度。

1.一种压散热风扇刷架组件的工装设备,其特征是,包括:
机架(41),设置有机架滑槽;
导柱(31),至少有两根,底部固定在机架(41)上;
第一气缸(11),缸体固定在机架(41)上;
活动机架(42),设置有滑轨(422)和滑块(421),滑轨(422)仅能沿着机架滑槽移动,第一气缸(11)的连杆与活动机架(42)固定;
第二气缸(12),缸体固定在活动机架(42)上;
模具架(63),具有模具滑槽,模具滑槽仅能沿着活动机架(42)上的滑块(421)移动,第二气缸(12)的连杆与模具架(63)固定;
模具(62),固定在模具架(63)上,能放置刷架组件(61),模具(62)具有嵌入四只刷架(612)的凹腔,该嵌入四只刷架(612)的凹腔对称设置;
第三气缸(5),设置有四只,每只第三气缸(5)对应一只刷架(612),第三气缸(5)的缸体固定在模具架(63)上,第三气缸(5)的连杆固定有顶块,第三气缸(5)动作时,顶块能插入刷架(612)的刷架腔体(613);
上模架(32),能与压床的压杆固定,上模架(32)固定有套在导柱(31)上的导孔(35),上模架(32)能沿着导柱(31)上下移动;
弯脚模(33),设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架(32)底面,弯脚模(33)具有对称的双斜面(331),该双斜面(331)能压刷架(612)的两只安装脚(614),将安装脚(614)对称地弯一角度;
平脚模(34),设置有四只,对称地固定在上模架(32)底面,能将已被弯成角度的安装脚(614)进一步压平,刷架(612)固定在刷架组件(61)的刷板(611)上;
第四气缸(9),缸体固定在模具架(63)的内凹处;
顶针板(8),与第四气缸(9)连杆固定;
顶针(7),一端与顶针板(8)固定,另一端穿过模具(62)通孔,第四气缸(9)连杆伸张时,顶针(7)能将刷架组件(61)顶出;
控制器,能定时控制第一气缸(11),第二气缸(12),第三气缸(5),第四气缸以及压床动作。
