技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于脱硫除尘技术领域,具体涉及一种屋脊形分水式气流均布装置。
背景技术
[0002] 冶金、电力及其它工业炉窑在生产运行过程中产生大量的工业烟气,其中含有大量粉尘、二氧化硫等污染物。传统烟气处理工艺中设置独立的脱硫装置及除尘装置分别对烟气中的二氧化硫、粉尘进行处理。烟气脱硫技术中最为常用的是湿法脱硫技术,其脱硫效率高(可达99%以上)。除尘技术中最为常用的是电除尘器,随着现行环保排放标准的不断提高,用于烟囱入口前(湿法脱硫后)的湿式电除尘器越来越多,其除尘效率高(粉尘排放可达到彡I_3mg/Nm3的水平)。由于场地限制及减少投资等原因,将湿法脱硫与湿式电除器技术进行集成设计,形成了下部为湿法脱硫工艺段,上部为湿式电除尘工艺段的一体式结构。湿法脱硫工艺段设置脱硫喷淋管路,喷洒脱硫液,生成的脱硫副产物随脱硫浆液排出处理。湿式电除尘工艺段上部设置喷淋管路,喷洒冲洗水,用于冲洗极板上的粉尘,粉尘随冲洗水排出处理。由于排出的脱硫浆液与除尘冲洗水成份不同、水质要求也不同,需分别设置独立的排水系统,并单独处理。
[0003] 为达到此目的,位于上部的除尘器的冲洗极板的冲洗水需设置接水装置,防止其落入下部脱硫浆液。同时,烟气经下部脱硫工艺段后需向上进入湿式电除尘器,因此气流需穿过除尘器下部的接水装置。为保证电除尘器的除尘效率,进入电除尘器之前的烟气需保证流速的均匀性,需增加气流均布装置。
发明内容
[0004] 为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供了一种屋脊形分水式气流均布装置,在不影响烟气向上流通的前提下,既能将上部落下的除尘冲洗水收集后外排,又能对由下向上通过的气流进行均布处理。
[0005] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0006] 一种屋脊形分水式气流均布装置,位于一体脱硫除尘装置I脱硫段的上部和除尘段的下部,由两排双层对扣的人字形的槽形板3形成屋脊式结构2,双层对扣的人字形的槽形板3间隔布置,中间留有间隙供气流绕行通过,屋脊式结构2的末端伸入一体脱硫除尘装置I的壳体侧壁连接的接水槽4内。
[0007] 所述的屋脊式结构2的屋脊倾斜角度10〜15°。
[0008] 所述的槽形板3的开孔率在40〜50%之间,通过槽形板3后横断面气流流速得到均布,其气流流速的均方根值S <0.2,开孔率是气流通过槽形板3的流通面积与本区域总面积的百分比值。
[0009] 所述的槽形板3的上部及下部布置喷淋喷嘴5定期进行喷淋冲洗。
[0010] 本发明的优点为:
[0011] 采用双层对扣的人字形的槽形板3间隔布置,中间留有间隙供气流绕行通过,由上部落下的除尘冲洗水落在上层槽形板3后流入下层槽形板3,沿屋脊倾斜角度流入壳体侧壁的接水槽4后排出设备,避免落入下部脱硫浆液。
[0012] 气流由下向上在双层对扣的人字形的槽形板3中间绕行通过,部分随脱硫烟气夹带的水滴及水滴中所包含的脱硫副产物会与槽形板3碰撞,粘结在槽形板3上,随水流排出设备,从而减少了湿式除尘器的处理量,间接提高了后续湿式电除尘器处理效率。
[0013] 可根据入口气流流速分布情况,调整各区域槽形板3开孔率(气流通过槽形板3的流通面积与本区域总面积的百分比值)。通过槽形板3后横断面气流流速得到均布,其气流流速的均方根值S <0.2,提高除尘器电场除尘效率。
[0014] 为防止长期运行过程中槽形板3结垢,在槽形板3的上部及下部布置喷淋喷嘴5定期进行喷淋冲洗。
